Foggy gets a talking to

So at some point post season 2, while Matt and Foggy are on the outs, maybe Foggy starts going to a therapist or something and gets into the whole Matt situation which is really bumming him out, and explains about the whole secrets thing that's his main issue - obviously without getting into the whole Daredevil thing, maybe its more of a "yeah my bff does this thing thats kinda dangerous but helping ppl" or something idk

Only the therapist is like, Foggy's not actually entitled to Matt's secrets? Matt is allowed to keep things to himself if he wants to? People have different reasons for not telling people things, and Foggy should accept that? And given the passive-aggressive, guilt-tripping behaviour Foggy exhibited after finding out Matt's secret or whatever it's understandable that Matt wouldn't have wanted to tell him if he'd known Foggy well enough to know he'd react that way? And Matt's bad behaviour does not negate Foggy's or his role in their current situation.

It doesn't even have to be a therapist - maybe it's Karen taking Matt's side after finding out he's Daredevil because she herself has way too many secrets to judge.

tl;dr Someone telling Foggy that Matt is entitled to his secrets and Foggy is not, people keep things to themselves for reasons and until they're ready to talk, and Matt's terrible behaviour and irresponsibility does not excuse Foggy's.

Bonus: Foggy then goes to reconnect with Matt, and is surprised to find he has been mostly fine - and in fact kind of happier - without him because of hte lack of guilt tripping (but feeling guilty that he's felt relief without Foggy constantly getting on his case, and also still missing Foggy because those things aren't mutually exclusive)

Post-Electra's death, Matt realizes he'd been following Stick's advice again (and had played right into Stick's plan to get him isolated. How creepy.) So, he decides to eat crow, make amends, and makes a point to have some normal, human downtime. Foggy and Karen decide they really, really don't like this Stick character...

I feel like this would all come to a head where once matt is talking to foggy and Karen again they're at matts one if the nights and stick shows up and basically demands matt come with for a mission and when he refuses he goes off on some rant and like starts to persuade matt to come join him and is like "remember what we said about friends? They make you soft Matty, we wouldn't want what happened to Ellie to happen to them would we?" And matt is just putty in sticks hands and goes to join him and cue foggy and Karen jumping in to defend matt.

frank being called punny

ok so a few days ago i watched the interview that jon and charlie were in and one thing charlie said was that jon didn't like being called "the punisher" on the set
after looking thru most of the ddkinkmeme i saw people refer to the punisher as punny and i was just like WHAT IF SOMEONE IN THE SHOW CALLED FRANK PUNNY??? THE POSSIBILITIES

some of my ideas:
foggy finally meeting frank and tries to lighten the mood by calling him punny
matt calls frank punny in retaliation for calling matt red
frank accidently makes a pun and someone says "well wasnt that.. punny.. get it?"

anyways these were just my ideas anything w frank being called punny will sate my need for this silly nickname

For some reason Foggy is taken in an intergalactic journey and finds himself in a court room full of aliens and he is being pushed by a talker Racoon and huge walking tree,Hulk's brother and someone that might or might not be the woman from avatar in a different colour.

And he has to defend a normal guy? well eh wasn't expecting that by everyone's looks he was expecting at least a 10 ft tall, 5 arms ciclope.

And BTW how did they get my info?

Omega!Matt and alpha!Foggy are interning at a law firm (Landman and Zack). Foggy is hailed as brilliant and as having a very bright future ahead of him while Matt is treated like a lost little puppy and asked on the daily when he is going to settle down with a nice alpha and have babies. His opinions are dismissed, he is laughed at, gossiped about, maybe even sexually harassed.

I just want to see a scenario where Matt and Foggy are put in this situation and how they both deal with it from their wildly different perspectives. Foggy might think Matt is overreacting until he witnesses the struggle Matt faces every day firsthand, and maybe Matt is afraid that Foggy is turning into a typical alpha male who runs on testosterone and ego from all the praise he's receiving from the firm's alpha partners.

And you know omega!Matt would have it even harder than a sighted omega, because there's ableism building off the sexism/for the sexism to build off. Matt would have an extra reason to want to live separately from Foggy, because he needs to prove he can live by himself so much more urgently.

Oooh, maybe the sexist alphas just assume that Matt and Foggy are involved and ask when Foggy's going to make an honest omega of him? Or say that Foggy should get him under control?

I assume that this happens like 2 out of 3 times they try to fuck.
If theyre already in Matt's apartment or a safehouse, Matt's less likely to run off, but on the roof he is more alert and subject to the capricious whims of fate

Imagine him coming back into the safehouse at 4AM. Frank (who is recovering from a broken ankle) is sitting on the bed in just a trench coat and underwear, (his version of pajamas and a dressing gown) reading 'Mobsters Digest: who 's who edition.' Totally tucked in for the night and not going to engage in any sexual activity tonight.

Winged Foggy

Inhuman, mutant, magic spell, I don't care, just make it that Foggy has or suddenly develops wings. They might fold up real good so can hide them when they're inconvenient, like in court (or maybe they don't and he has to deal with that) but he spends his free time soaring through the sky over New York just because he can.

Matt & Foggy. Accidental injury = crying

Foggy knows that Matt will shrug off any injury he gets while out as Daredevil and say he's fine, even if he's walking on a broken ankle. It comes as quite the surprise to Foggy that Matt, when injured by accident, is quite the opposite. In other words… Matt trips at work or home, ends up whacking his face, breaking his nose in the process, and he dissolves into a puddle of blood, snot, and inconsolable tears.

Foggy knew that Matt had a string of short relationships while they were at college, and he heard the rumors that Matt is the absolute fucking master of oral sex, but he didn't know that those relationships never lasted because while Matt will give head, he won't let his partners touch him anywhere below the waist, even with clothes on.

Matt was born intersex, and despite the doctors at the hospital suggesting it throughout Matt's childhood, Jack fought for Matt not to have surgery to make him look more “normal.” Matt is raised male, with the idea that he can choose later in life what he identifies as, and decide himself if he wants surgery when he is old enough.

But Jack died, and the nuns at St Agnes weren't eager to talk about Matt's “condition” as they described it, and they told him never to let anyone know about it, so Matt grew up hating his own body.

Post season one, Matt & Foggy realize they are in love, and Matt falls into the same pattern of giving amazing oral sex, and then not letting Foggy touch him.

After a while Foggy gets frustrated. Foggy jokingly asks if Matt is really a girl because he won't let him see him naked, and Matt starts screaming at Foggy that he isn't. Matt has always felt male, but he is haunted by the fact that someone else could have made that decision for him when he was just a baby.

Foggy eventually gets Matt to calm down and explain the situation to him. Matt explains that he has 5 alpha reductase deficiency, and expects Foggy to leave him because of it.

Foggy stays. He loves Matt just the way he is.

Matt’s feelings for Foggy are totally platonic and any indications otherwise are just a fluke.

Jealousy over each and every one of Foggy’s paramours? Foggy’s his best friend, he doesn’t need other people trying to lure him away. Wanting to tuck his head into Foggy’s neck and just breathe for a while? Well, Foggy’s a very comforting presence. Boners? They just happen. Recurring dreams about what Foggy’s like in bed? There’s nothing wrong with having an active imagination.

It gets to the point where even Matt knows he’s in denial. He keeps up the pretense, though, because it makes it easier to deal with wanting things you think you can’t have.

So when Foggy gets shot, Matt reaches out and pushes Foggy and the bullet hits his shoulder instead of his chest. But what if Matt hadn't pushed him? Or if he still did but it still hit Foggy's chest?

Peter Parker needs a mentor

So, Peter Parker is officially a teenager. I mean, he's more of a teenager now than he ever has been before, what with the actual teenage actor and school scenes and stuff.

He's a kid. He's also an orphan, and doubly so, having lost his parents when he was little and his uncle Ben recently. And then there's the fact that he got thrust in a whole new world with the spider bite incident, and playing a vigilante didn't really help that part.

So I think he could use a Matt Murdock.

Give me Matt running into this kid in a funny costume, possibly hurt pretty badly, on one of the rooftops in Hell's Kitchen. Take it from there.

Matt is understandably concerned and frustrated with this child jumping around his city, and Peter is about indignant about the whole child thing, but other than that Daredevil is pretty cool, and Peter does sort of want to talk...

So Matt kind of accidentally becomes a father figure, and has to figure out how to raise a teenager that doesn't even live under his roof enough to be grounded.

Important:

+ Matt is so not not cool with this 'spider-man' stunt. Children should NOT put themselves in danger like this. Children should not fight, should not be trained, and Peter, this has to stop.

+ Peter does actually listen to Matt most of the time. He's the kind of kid that deals pretty well with authority, and he looks up to Matt. It's just that the circumstances don't always allow that, and, I mean, he just HAD TO react this time...

+ Peter is even younger than those movies make him - he was fourteen when he got bitten, is a week from fifteenth birthday when he winds up in Hell's Kitchen that fateful day.

+ please, do ignore things like giant lizards and electro-monsters from spiderman movies. The more realistic you go with the crime-fighting (and other bits of the world), the better.


I think I'll be filling this in my spare time, but it's not really a plot kind of story, more like snap-shots thing. So I think there's no reason why there shouldn't be more than one person contributing, the more the merrier, and everyone's invited :)

Both Matt and Foggy are kidnapped. Can be a DD thing and they know his identity or a N&M thing, doesn't matter. I just have this idea where they have Matt and Foggy in two different rooms. They each know the other is there, but it's so much worse for Matt because he can hear everything Foggy is going through too. Just when he's about to break, not under his own torture but Foggy's, he hears Foggy whispering to him through the walls, telling him to be strong...

Frank fucks Matt, but doesn't let him come until Matt repeats that he's a good person who deserves friends, happiness, and success. Whenever he doms the fuck out of Matt, he makes Matt say that he's a good person and deserves to be treated right, to only have things happen to him with his full, informed consent. He has Matt shower, eat good food, rest, etc all using the negotiated power of being a dom.

Please have this all be negotiated and agreed to--Matt might think it's silly at first, or agree to doing things like sleeping in and eating good food because lol why not--and later he finds it difficult but overall really healing.

Bonus: if this leads to reconciliation that's not just Matt abasing himself/taking all the blame, that would be amazing

Post S2, the crossover wizard is irritated. So he grabs the canon Matt, Foggy, Karen, and Frank, and locks them in a magical dimension-room, and explains that they can't leave until EVERYONE has watched all of S1 and S2 of Daredevil. Captions and audio description are on, though if Foggy wants to describe instead then the description turns off.

Once in the comics Matt's senses went haywire and he was unable to control them again, like when he was a kid. Predictably, he went to Stick, as he tends to when stuff goes wrong. But before he did there was this page:

He just looks so scared in that bottom panel. TV Matt can't just go to Stick, he wouldn't know where to find him if he hasn't just shown up as he does, so how he deals is up to you, but give me scared, out of control Matt. Preferably with Foggy trying to help but not knowing how.

Mutual Stalking (Matt/Foggy)

After the closing of Nelson and Murdock, neither Matt nor Foggy know to leave each other alone, even if they’re never in the same room.

Matt keeps track of Foggy with his senses, checking up on him from a distance in the courthouse, maybe swinging by his apartment a few nights a week just to, you know. Make sure his heart is still beating.

Foggy, on the other hand, doesn’t have super senses but he DOES seem to know every other person in Hell’s Kitchen and maybe sort of possibly uses that to his advantage. (“Hey, if Matt ever orders from here, put an extra carton of lo-mein in there, but charge it to me. And for the love of God, don’t tell him.”)


+ 10 if they start to notice the new little conveniences in their lives. Like a douchebag HC&B associate getting tripped into a fountain after he started started talking shit about Foggy, or an innocent client with a decent-sized wallet getting sent Matt’s way ‘on referral.’

+ 100 if they start a little back-and-forth with it.

He's actually the grandson of Peggy Carter.

Does Matt find out? How does he react? Was Foggy with SHIELD at some point? Are they trying to recruit him? Does Matt meet Foggy's grandma? All of the super family plz

Bonus: Phil Coulson is his dad.
Bonus 2: He refers to Fury as 'Uncle Nick'
Bonus 3: The Avengers are basically his family.

Are you implying he has lied about or changed his name though, because it'd be entirely possible for Foggy to be Peggy Carter's grandson and still be called Nelson. I'm kind of imagining him having this extended family of SHIELD agents and superhero 'uncles' and he's never lied about a thing, it just never came up because that's normal life to him.

Just I'm thinking about how pissed he was when he found out Matt's secret, I can't see that guy deliberately misleading anyone or deliberately lying by omission. I can see he and Matt getting caught up in some incident the Avengers are involved in, and him being all "Hey, Steve. You still coming to mom's for dinner on Sunday" to captain America and Matt being all "uhhh, wtf?"
