Everyone goes blind

A while ago there was a DD comic set in the future, I think it was to celebrate 50 years of Datedevil or something. Anyway, Matt was living a fairly awesome life in San Fransisco, he had a kid, was still best friends with Foggy, etc etc. Then along comes a bad guy and makes almost everyone blind. She does it via these futuristic techno eye drops that everyone's using, which obviously wouldn't work here. Anyway, one of the affected people is Matt's son, and Matt goes crazy trying to find her to fix it.

Turns out she did it as a birthday gift for Matt, she thought he'd be happy about it, and he's all "You hurt *my son!*

Can someone write me a similar scenario, but set nowish, where Foggy and Karen are affected, and Matt will do anything he can to help them.

Frank meets Stick [Gen or Frank/Matt]

SO I just want a fic where Matt and Stick is working on something together and Frank ends up in the mess. And Matt has to explain who Stick is to him, and Frank goes livid when he learns that Stick basically made Matt a child soldier.

Daredevil crashes a Leverage team Job

So, the Leverage team quite often pretend to be regular criminals on their jobs, right?

Say they came to NY to "steal a gang/mobster" (not Fisk, please) and proceed as they always do. They're about to make a deal that will seal the mark's fate, and then this weirdo comes out of nowhere and starts to beat up people, the gang-members and fake-gang-members alike.

Eliot reluctantly goes down (can't fight forever), the Leverage team folds, retreat and regroup. They have two jobs to work now.


+1 it's still early in the DD history, he's not famous at all (or believed to be an urban legend) and the team didn't expect him AT ALL.

+10 we do NOT get to know whether it'd be Matt or Eliot coming up on top in a fight. They're both unwilling to kill, and against each other, they would have to, to outrun the other.

+100 DD and Leverage do NOT share their secrets with each other and drink beer together in the ending scene. Whether or not they part as something better than enemies is your choice.

+1000 give me a healthy dose of misunderstandings and humor, along with the actual crime-and-investigation plot

So, I really liked this prompt. But I think it would be much more hilarious and intense if Foggy and Matt do NOT fall in love with each other. How much harder is it to go through couples therapy if you're not into the other guy on the coach?

+1 can I ask for some thinly veiled relations of what was Matt up to yesterday? or something like that, relating what is happening outside of the therapy room.

+10 aside from the arguments, the hilarity and the squirming, it'd be really nice to get some insight into the heads of those two, so:

+100 slowly, painfully (hilariously) they make being not-a-couple work. They get more sincere in therapy, work through they're issues and get to know each other, all without breaking the 'boyfriend code' as they now call it, or revealing Matt's secrets.

+? any possibility to get a poor, disoriented therapist to assume something really funny or outlandish? Her (it's got to be a she!) pov, notes, assumptions, whatever from time to time would be appreciated.

Matt and Foggy are miserable apart, and they know it. But whenever they try to be friends again, it just ends in anger and tears. They don't even know how to talk with each other anymore. Foggy bitches about to Karen every damn time they meet. Karen, being the good friend she is, sets them up. With a couples therapist.

Which, hell no. Foggy looked at his not-so-friend, dumbly wondering if there is anything else that could appall the Devil. This probably wasn't what Matt expected from seeing Karen for the first time in four months.

But it's not like they have any better ideas. "Might as well," Foggy sighed.

Foggy is an Inhuman - Post-S2 and AoS

So this was prompted previously, but post-S2 and Agents of SHIELD getting more into it, I want a variation on it.

Foggy has that last conversation with Matt about Brett. And he has that last drink with Karen and heads home, ready to move on and start his new job. And boom... That's when suddenly the Inhuman coccoon envelops him.

Does anyone find out now that he isn't as close with his support network of Matt and Karen? How does he handle it? Does the government show up looking for him or does he have to find a way to hide it? What about SHIELD? And how does it impact a possible reconciliation with Matt?

I just want all of the fallout of both Foggy as an inhuman and post-S2 happening at once.

Matt and Foggy talking on the phone (m/f)

After the split, Matt and Foggy don’t run into each other a lot. Their lives just don’t intersect anymore.

But they do still have each other’s phone numbers.

At first it’s brief conversations, both keeping it business-like. (possibly DD/vigilante/corruption related?) But as time goes on, the conversations start to get longer again, more personal. It gets to the point where once Matt’s phone starts ringing, he snatches it up just so he can talk to Foggy again.


+ 10 for calling when they're in the same vicinity, whether or not the other knows it.

+ 1000 for pining.

Frank ends up in a hostage situation. He has two blind men, one being Murdock and his older blind... Teacher? Frank's not quite sure what the hell their relationship is but he needs for them to keep out of the way if the police (who probably would mow them like his family to get to him) and his targets.

Ok, so this one might be a bit odd. I want Matt and Foggy to teach Frank a lesson that would leave him more broken than he already has been. Matt and Foggy enjoy it, but Frank is slowly losing himself. His Punisher side, his marine side, and himself till there is just nothing but an empty shell. Matt and Foggy then have to put him back together the way they want to. Only condition is that Frank is a bottom. Someone fulfill my fucked up imagination please.

"You d-don't get to talk shit when you can b-barely talk with that b-b--dammit--busted lip..." Matt bit his own lip, hard, and Frank watched it flush under the abuse.

"Eh, nobody listens to me anyway. But I never heard you get so choked up before. You always get so wound up you can't talk, after a fight?"

"Only... when I'm r-really... angry." Matt's breathing was only just starting to level out. Frank could still feel the blood pumping where his grip wrapped around Matt's wrist.

Matt leaned in close enough for Frank to feel the warmth of his breath.

"M-Maybe you just piss me off that much."

Matt/Frank, soul mate AU

Soul mate AU where the name of your soul mate temporarily glows on the skin of your wrist when you meet them.

But! In this world finding one's soul mate is extremely rare and rooted more in fairy tales than reality so it's not unusual for someone to date and/or marry somebody who is not their soul mate (so Frank should still have been married to Maria).

So you can imagine Frank and Matt's surprise when both their wrists light up the night they meet and start to fight.

Bonus points for all the angst. Frank feels like he's betraying his wife who he loved and adored despite the fact that she wasn't his true soul mate and resents Matt for "trying to take her place" while Matt just doesn't know what the hell to do at all. In between his exploits as Daredevil, Matt tries to get closer to Frank to see if they can ease each other's pain. But despite his best efforts and fate itself saying that they are meant for each other, Frank at first wants nothing to do with Matt, who struggles with not only that but with the fact that his apparent soul mate is a mass murdering vigilante.

Does Matt even SEE his wrist glow? Is it a felt sensation, or just the light? Because we might just have a situation where Frank is angsting and worrying over betraying his wife...but he just suddenly found his soulmate and balks at hurting him.

And Matt has literally NO idea of what's going on. Why is Frank suddenly being nice (well, nicer) to him? Why is he pulling his blows? WHAT IS GOING ON???

In the show, there's no effects on his eyes, but what if the chemicals did have an effect. No pupils, maybe they change color when he focus' his senses, maybe they have a weird reflecting thing, like mirrors. Give a shocking and visible change that Matt has to hide. Maybe it's what gives him his name, the Devil of Hell's Kitchen?

They come across the Neflix show. Then the comic books. Maybe the 2003 movie. Then, they stumble across the fan fiction/art, which leads them to AO3, and then they find themselves in this very daredevil kink meme site.

Who is taking notes about possible stuff that could happen in the future? Who binge watches S1 and S2 of the Netflix show? Who insists on watching EVERY MCU movie (in order!)? Who is enjoying the hell out of this whole thing? Who is flat out traumatized (especially by the kinkmeme)? And does anybody CONTRIBUTE to the kinkmeme?

Elektra finds out about Wesley and finds Karen the Plucky Reporter fascinating. She's kinda like Elektra's new Matt, obsession-wise, except Karen's even better because she might actually accept Elektra for the killer she is.

Karen's not particularly sure how to feel about the kinda stalkery assassin lady who always shows up at the exact right moment to save her, but she makes Karen feel safer and doesn't lie, so Karen rolls with it.

Bonus point for:
-Frank/Karen brotp
-Elektra teaching Karen self-defense
-Karen being a badass reporter (she may not be able to kill someone with a few well-placed punches but damn, does she know how to blackmail and ruin entire corporations with exposees, etc)

I'm going to hell in a handbasket, I know, but I really want to see Karen dealing with some extremely dark and violent sexual fantasies in the form of very vivid dreams.
I'm talking guns. Blood. Death. Rape fantasies - some with her as the rapist and some with her as the victim.

Karen fucking herself with a loaded gun, finger on the trigger. Having rough sex in a dirty alley with a sweaty, blood-covered Frank Castle while making eye contact with a completely blank-faced Wesley. Riding Wesley in a cold, white, empty room, blood leaking from the bullet holes in his chest. Karen as Daredevil, beating up a criminal, then sitting on his face and forcing him to eat her out. Matt keeping her in a constantly drugged state in his apartment and injecting her with another dose before taking her while she is too out of it to feel much of anything.

But seriously, anything goes. No limits.
Whether it's Karen's reaction to trauma or some genuine repressed violent fantasies, I mostly want to see her deal with the fall out - the guilt, shame and confusion.

Bonus points if it's one big tangled mess of a dream, shifting between scenes at random, dream logic all around, until Karen wakes up, disgusted with herself, but more turned on than she's ever been in her life.

Because there are so many Foggy gets powers and he really doesn't like it fics out there, and they are all great, but I'd love to see him (maybe after an initial freak out) being really comfortable with them, but preferably not going the vigilante route because I just don't think he would, considering his attitude to Matt's extracurricular activities.
