When drunk, Matt can’t keep his hands off Foggy. Fingers circling Foggy’s wrist, an arm over his shoulders pulling him in, a hand running down his back. Other people, including Foggy, probably chock it up to ‘blind guy needs grounding.’

More like, ‘blind guy’s inhibitions go down when alcohol’s in his system.’

Maybe Karen notices the grabby-ness and brings it up slyly? Maybe Marci’s there when Matt does his octopus impression and rolls her eyes, because experience tells her this means she’s not going to get laid tonight. Or Brett’s on patrol when he runs across Matt and Foggy glued to each others' sides and he huffs to Foggy to get Murdock home before they embarrass everyone? (Which is what Foggy’s trying to do! He’s a good friend! A good friend who’s trying very hard not to get distracted when Matt runs a hand through his hair, God help him.)

Elektra/Frank/Matt- A/B/O Threesome Universe, possible dubious consent, abusive relationship

OK so this is gonna take some explanation, bear with me.

In this universe, relationships aren't based on couples, they're based on a completed trinity- an alpha, an omega and a beta. At it's most basic the Trinity works like this: the alpha (whether male or female) sires offspring, the omega (whether male or female) bears offspring and the beta (whether male or female) is the family protector. Betas are infertile, but their Bond to their mates and children are extremely powerful. However, since their protective instinct is so strong, they can break their bond to their alpha if they believe the alpha poses a threat to the omega and/or their children. In fact, betas have been known to kill their alphas to defend their omegas.

Here's where it applies to our heroes/anti-heroes:

Alpha!Elektra fell in love with, seduced and bonded with Omega!Matt during college. Unfortunately, after her father's murder, she snaps and abandons Matt. Being abandoned by an alpha is hard enough on an omega, but since their relationship hadn't been completed with a beta, it's extra devastating for Matt. Though he tries to move on, the trauma of his abandonment always sabotages his relationships.

Meanwhile, Beta!Frank is the only survivor after the mob slaughtered his alpha, omega and children. All of his instincts scream at him that he's failed his main role in life. Since he can no longer protect his family, the only thing he has left is punishing those who harmed them.

Sometime after the Fisk incident, both Elektra and Frank arrive in New York. Matt has tentatively started a relationship with Alpha!Karen. However, Elektra is drawn back to Matt and immediately reasserts her claim over him (possibly after she spied him kissing Karen in the office, stormed in, yanked him out of Karen's arms and bit his neck possessively). Of course, Matt is not happy with the way she's treated him, but without a beta to help balance out her influence, he can't really fight her. Elektra knows she's mistreating Matt, but after being separated from her omega so long, her possessive, jealous alpha instincts are in over-drive.

Still, Matt is able to go out as Daredevil when Elektra is out doing her mystery job, and he encounters the Punisher. Frank is torn between admiring the omega's devotion to fighting crime, and being seriously annoyed that Daredevil keeps getting in his way. Frank separately encounters Elektra as well, and finds himself drawn to her too.

Then one night the Punisher sneaks up on Daredevil and Elektra arguing (and considering how impossible it's been to sneak up on either of them before they must be distracted). He quickly realizes that Daredevil is Elektra's omega, that their relationship is extremely unhealthy and that they desperately need a beta...Frank's instincts take over.

As if this prompt needed to be longer...bonuses!

OP also doesn't mind if author prefers Karen's role in the story goes to Claire. OP mainly picked Karen because she's advertised as Elektra's competition for season 2.

So I always thought this was an interesting thing for Marci to say. Foggy seems like a guy made for commitment, no?

What if the issue isn’t that he has commitment issues so much as he’s already emotionally committed and that, while he cares deeply about most of his exes, his emotional bedrock was always with someone else. (Matt. I’m talking about Matt.)

Can I get a fic about Foggy’s previous relationships just sort of fizzling out after a while and everyone’s confused about it?



Bonus if Foggy is at least somewhat aware of the problem and is making a good-faith effort to find love somewhere else. It never seems to work.

Double bonus if there’s a parallel to be found between Foggy’s failed efforts at long term relationships and how Matt usually doesn’t even try for anything long term. Two sides of the same quietly pining coin.

First Slavery AU prompt on new post: slave!Matt gets convinced that Foggy isn't going to rape him

Inspired by some of the fills for other slavery AUs that floated around in the previous rounds, which are all nice, but either ended up unfinished or did not contain a scene like that.

I'd love to read a mini-fill or something in a universe where slavery is legal, Matt gets given to Foggy at Columbia as a study-aid (or anything, just that seems to be the standard) (and Foggy hates the whole slavery system and tries to treat Matt decently) but Matt is convinced that Foggy is going to 'put him to use' eventually. Even reassurances to the contrary might not work, because even with Matt's lie-detector skills he could only determine that Foggy *right now* doesn't think he's lying, but he could change his mind later.

What is something Foggy could do/say to really convince Matt nothing like that is going to happen to him? I like both drama and fluff, so both grand gestures as well as intense conversations would be fine!

Now I'm kind of wondering how he would even do it. Have a 'house rules for EVERYONE INCLUDING ME' contract that includes 'nobody, including Foggy, has any sex with Matt at all ever'?

Part of the reason Matt goes out in the suit is because he can't handle the overwhelming feelings he gets on a regular basis, partially due to what he hears, partially due to his own issues. It's too painful to deal with the crawling of his skin, the anxiety, the despair, so he goes out and uses violence to push it away.

He's becoming more and more reckless in the streets, so Foggy comes up with a plan. He buys an egg timer, and asks Matt to sit with his feelings until the bell goes off. He starts Matt with five, moves up to ten, eventually getting to hours. Matt learns how to process his emotions over time, learns that he can endure and the world won't end, learns to lean on Foggy more. Sometimes, Matt uses the timer on his own, sometimes Foggy talks him through it on the phone, eventually Foggy shows up in person to sit with his friend.

Other possible ideas (none required): Matt has some relapses where the timer has to be set back every once in a while, the egg timer has to replaced because Matt destroys it in a rage, Matt and Foggy hold hands and Matt squeezes when the feelings are overwhelming, Foggy researches breathing exercises to help Matt.

Bonus points for cathartic tears and a happy ending where Matt still does vigilante work but takes better care of himself.

I see this as a gen story, but I love Matt/Foggy so please feel free to ship to your hearts content it that floats your boat!

Back in law school, Elektra introduced Matt to alllll these wild, wonderful, id-unleashing kinks. They've long since broken up and Matt hasn't seen her since they graduated, but boy did she leave her mark on him. Unfortunately, since then, none of Matt's relationships have lasted long enough for him to feel comfortable trying that kind of sex again.

...Until now! Matt and Foggy are in an established relationship, they're pretty much married already and Matt trusts Foggy with the world. He really, really, really wants to give his kinky side another go. And, after much discussion and negotiation, Foggy agrees.

Some suggestions - bondage, crossdressing, roleplaying with Foggy as some figure of authority (priest? cop? teacher? the possibilities are endless), topping from the bottom, painplay, sex toys, ... :D Just, whatever you can think of, as long as everyone's having fun.

Please nothing toilet-related and no abusive!Elektra (but a generally unhealthy relationship is fine). I'm good with basically everything else! PWP or plotty are both great in my books.

Matt/Foggy, Detective/cops AU

AU where Foggy is a detective/cop and he meets Matt when Matt becomes the victim of a serial killer - but survives. He is, in fact, the first to do so and Foggy is really excited, finally they have a WITNESS - if only said witness, the strangely non-shaken, elaborate lawyer - wasn't blind.

And damn attractive.

Foggy is a mess of trying to be professional and NOT ask a victim out, also while trying to contain his frustration that Matt as a lead is useless (after all, it's not Matt's fault) and maybe also get his subordinates in line who all seem to treat Matt like he's either a child and/or needs a guardian or helper to pick him up from the station.

*Matt* on the other hand, is mostly trying to smile (read: bare his teeth) that he now has to *sit* here and *wait*, while the killer that he *almost* had GETS AWAY. (true, he wasn't quite sure what he would have done if the cops hadn't shown up right after the guy had shoved him to the ground and the guy had turned tail and ran. Sure, he probably would have been able to handle him, but him being in his *civilian clothes* at the time likely...would not have ended well if this fight had gone on longer and somebody would have seen them. Matt had been an *idiot* to take the route through that alley in his work clothes rather than in his....other work clothes.)

No, this night had gone awful.

Except maybe for the detective with the nice scent and nicer voice, who is the only one in the station who *isn't* treating him like a child who's lost his mother.

Matt tries to get his thoughts in line again. He can't afford to start flirting with somebody in his life. Claire was definitely right about *that* aspect.


The only worrying thing seems to be that...Foggy, there really is a police officer who calls himself *Foggy*? - seems hellbent on catching that killer, and, now that Matt has tangled with him, he also knows that it would be a very, VERY stupid idea for anyone but him (or maybe Luke or Danny or Jessica, but it's not their turf) to go after this guy. Seems like Daredevil might have to start watching out for this one very determined cop, then...

(Also, Matt and Foggy's ways keep crossing by day as well. Matt gets called in for line-up identification (using their voice), Matt shows up at the precinct where Foggy works when he's there for info on their client, Brett is a colleague of Foggy's and Matt's friend from high school and *Matt* is the one bribing his grandmother, (brett may try to matchmake), Matt becomes a victim of another (maybe unrelated) crime and Foggy's there *again*...)

also, Daredevil and Cop!Foggy have the most aggressive 'stop protecting me, you're being illegal!' flirting ever.

Matt Finds Out Upsetting Information About Jack

So I am not sure if anyone has posted this before...

In the comics, Matt's dad wasn't just a boxer who threw a fight, he was also an enforcer for the mob which is how he supported them really.

Give me MCU Matt finding out somehow post-S1, whether through details of another case they take related to old mob cases, or through something someone says while he's interrogating them as DD, that basically implies that Jack had a whole secret life that Matt actually didn't know about, where he was involved in much shadier business than just fixing fights to support them.

And then the aftermath of how Matt feels about that. Does he not want to believe it despite evidence? Does it change how he thinks about his dad, or himself and his work as Daredevil?

Rentboy!Matt x Foggy

There is a major lacking of prostitute/rentboy fics here. Hopefully this can change that. Basically wise/streetsmart Matt didn't go to an orphanage when Jack died. Instead he had to turn to the streets, and was forced into prostitution to survive. As years go on he catches the eyes of customers of deeper pockets, and eventually finds himself under the control of kingpen/pimp Fisk.

You can make it a/b/o dynamics or not. Just as long as there's gratuitous gritty street sex, violence, and innocent Foggy trying to understand and save Matt (i.e. sees him all the time outside of his law firm, tries to get him to come inside, sleep in his apartment for the night, stay off the streets). Perhaps unrequited love in the beginning as well.

Please feel free to add any others ideas to this. This is just a rough thought...

Based off an interesting side thread on the 'Foggy rapes Matt' prompt (Though if you have a different rapist/scenario in mind, then go ahead)

Frank, Elektra, and Matt have a poly thing going. It comes up that Matt was previously raped. His partners recognize this as such, he doesn't because he's internalized the entire victim-blaming checklist.

Wherever you'd like to go with this. Recovery, revenge, reveal of partner's past abuse, anything.

... in that kind of a scenario, what happens if Matt ever mentions it to, like, Frank or Elektra down the line like "yeah me and Foggy once had sex. I mean I was kind of asleep, I passed out halfway through" and then when they get cold and angry Matt hastily goes to reassure them like "no, no, it was my fault, I shouldn't have gotten drunk around a guy who I knew liked me, I was probably asking for it" and they're like "probably?" and matt's like "Well I was very drunk...and stumbling...and couldn't talk very much, and i don't really remember a whole lot"

For EVEN MORE ANGST, if it happened in college/while Matt and Elektra were dating, he could tearfully apologize to her for 'cheating' on her, he didn't intend to and it wasn't his idea but he's still so, so sorry, and meanwhile Elektra feels hideously guilty that she couldn't protect him, maybe she was even friends with the rapist or was at the same party but thought Foggy was keeping an eye on Matt (and ofc if Foggy's the rapist that's awful but even if he's not that's still horrible)

Karen has to hunt down Maggie and Rosalind

Foggy and Matt are out of commission, possibly because someone like Strange or the Guardians royally screwed up. The only way to save them (from a coma? a parallel dimension?) is to have a female relative pull them out of it. Karen has to hunt down those female relatives in order to save Matt and Foggy’s lives.

- Somehow they know for sure that a close female relative for each is still alive.
- Karen thought Matt was an orphan, so she has to go to St Agnes for leads. What she finds is shocking, to say the least.
- Karen thought Foggy’s case would be easy because she knows where his mother and sister live. But oops, turns out Anna’s not his birth mother.
- Rosalind is either a cut-throat attorney or, if you prefer, affiliated with the mob. (Possibly both.)
- Karen’s got her work cut out for her in convincing them to help.

Bonus if after Matt and Foggy are saved, neither of the birth mothers stick around for the aftermath.

Matt and Foggy nver made a comment on what happened that nigth but the insecurities are still there. Matt remembers bits of it but never what happened and he is afraid to confront Foggy.

When he goes being DD for the first time he elts out his rage again the guy that was raping the little girl and he gets a flashback of that night. He goes and find Foggy at Josie's and cant shake the feeling, eh wants to hurt Foggy for what he had done but he doesnt do anything and everything just builds inside.

One night right after the bombings when Foggy says that the guy in the black mask is a terrorist Matt has had it, He waits for Foggy to get out of work, he doesnt care Foggy is already injured, he is just mad and he is shaking, he wants to hurt Foggy like he hurt him and so he does. He takes Foggy and rapes him and he hates he enjoys it. Eye for and eye he says and it's teh first and only time he does something like that.

When shit hits the fan when Foggy finds out about Matt. He leaves the appartment after he says.
"I guess we are even now" before Matt starts calling for him.

Daredevil/Kingdom Hearts Crossover

How does Daredevil deal with the Heartless? Does anyone become a Nobody? Who broods more, Matt or Riku? How many Heartless does Karen manage to take out? What does the Keychain for Hell's Kitchen look like?


Bonus for the Heartless going after Foggy like he's an all-you-can-eat buffet.

Double bonus for Foggy handing over a Nelson and Murdock business card to Sora which then gets turned into a Keychain.

But you read that right! Both Matt and Foggy are free men, and still lawyers, still partners in their fledgling Hell's Kitchen practice, and still struggling to build up a client base. Both are abolitionists, but while Foggy is more quiet about it, Matt is rather vocal about it (but what can he really do? Daredevil's still out there too, kicking crime in the teeth, and he is DEFINITELY an abolitionist--punishing abusive slave owners, getting slaves out of bad situations, and acting as a 'conductor' of sorts for a modern-day Underground Railroad, helping escaped slaves get to Canada or Mexico, or where-ever they need to go to be free. (Maybe DD gets the red armor from Melvin as a thank you for helping Melvin get out an abusive home...?) Needless to say, a LOT of people would love to see the Devil stopped. How does Foggy feel about DD? How pissed is he when he finds out about his best friend's after-hours hobby?

Feel free to insert this AU into S1 of the show. Maybe Karen's another abolitionist, very outspoken, very active and was set up for murder to get her out of /somebody's/ hair (well, if he actually had any hair...). Or maybe she's a well-treated slave, who's owner found some incriminating evidence and he was killed, leaving Karen as the sole witness, and of course she's the prime suspect, cuz who's gonna believe some slave when they're covered in blood of their dead owner? Nelson and Murdock to the rescue...(and they inadvertently end up becoming her new owners, or maybe the previous had her freed in his will?)

seconding this! I think there was another prompt exactly like this a few rounds back, only this one also had the added stipulation that Karen was definitely a slave and Matt and Foggy buy her before she can be put down and then try to awkwardly treat her decently/free her/put her on the underground railroad, except Karen wants JUSTICE before she wants freedom and bring down Fisk's slave dealing empire?
Also, what if one of the reasons why Matt is so much more vocal and angry about the whole slavery thing is that he sometimes gets mistaken as one, as people with disabilites have a high chance of ending up as a slave? It mostly happens when he isn't wearing his business suit, but after most of a lifetime of getting mistaken as the property of whatever person is standing next to you currently, you can guess why DD would sometimes hit a little harder when it's about slave owner douchebags...

Inspired by that fill for the Foggy isn't real prompt.

Foggy isn't real, he was created by Matt's desire for a companion and acceptance. Dr. Strange unmakes him despite Matt's protests. Matt, Matt kind of goes crazy only people can't tell. Remember that rapist he beat the shit out of as his first stint as the Man in the Mask?

He learned his routine and waited for an opportune time to attack him. So give me Matt going dark and stalking Dr. Strange, his loved ones, and the Avengers who (if) helped him by keeping Matt back.

And then he starts taking them out. Pepper Potts just vanishes, Clint Barton's family dies in a fire, etc. everyone goes down one by one until he kills Strange, until he finds a way to kill him. Maybe with Punisher's help.

Then when Strange is gone, Foggy comes back. Foggy who understands him and cares for him and tempers him. Foggy who WILL UNDERSTAND. Right?

It doesn't matter because Foggy will always be his, Matt's.

Matt and Foggy are an established couple. When Black-mask had his run in with Vladimir, Vlad has imprinted Black-mask as family in his confused way. He is obsessed with him. Which is creepy for everyone because Vladimir is creepy kidnapping human trafficking garbage.

Give me Foggy trying to cope with his partner being stalked and wanting to protect him and Matt being exasperated and worried about Foggy. And then Foggy getting caught in the middle and threatened by Vladimir.
