Some thugs manage to overpower Matt and beat him up, and then one sick fuck decides that's not enough and he wants to teach Daredevil a lesson, make him humble.

So he fucks him, hard, in a dirty garbage-filled alley, until he can't even beg anymore. Some, or the rest, decide they want a piece of that ass too and they take turns, before leaving him for dead.

They take vids with their cellphones, for posterity. Share it to torture-porn sites. It's a very popular video.

Creepypasta - Matt is being haunted

I want Matt to realize he's genuinely being haunted by an actual ghost/demon/something really creepy or scary.

It starts off small, like items not being where he set them down. Then it escalates to strange noises. Then one night he's alone in the office when he hears someone come in, and walk right up to him, but he can't hear a heartbeat, or breath, or anything.

The only reason it hasn't killed him is because he can't see it.

News leaks that Daredevil is blind

Matt removed his mask to put a particularly frightened crime victim at ease (like he did for that little boy in ep 2), but the person is hard up for money and sells an interview to a magazine or tabloid. They describe what little of his features they could make out and mention the unfocused gaze and that they're 99% sure that Daredevil is blind.

Now it's all over the internet, and Fox News and CNN are speculating for days, and it's basically a big talking point on social media and stuff. Very buzzworthy for there to possibly be a "disabled" superhero out there, etc etc.

Up to you how far-reaching the reactions go. I'd be interested to not only see the general public's reactions, but also the reactions of his Superhero cohorts, or even the villains.

THIS IS STILL TECHNICALLY A WIP i'm sorry i posted this in the other fills post when i started working on it, i'm glad this wip post is here now.

prompt: Matt hates himself so much that by now it's become a fact of life for him. "Sky's blue, grass is green, Matt Murdock is an irredeemable sack of shit, the Pope is Catholic."

Someone comes along and sweeps him off his feet. Matt is timid and wary and disbelieving because he thinks he's not worth loving, and this person probably just feels bad for him and is humoring him. Maybe he says yes to everything because he doesn't want to be unnecessarily difficult; maybe he pushes the other person away. He really REALLY likes them but takes that as a sign of weakness.

Eventually the other person finds out and just loves the shit out of him, trying to get him to trust them and believe he's good.

MAKE ME CRY.

He had to be wrong. But who else can it be?

Exactly what it says on the tin. Matt is experiencing sensory overload, bad enough he's in tears, and Foggy is there to help. Mostly by staying close enough to act as an anchor, something for Matt to focus his senses on. Was it actually bad enough that Matt called Foggy for help? Was Matt trying to go about his day as normal, and his control finally shattered? Did Foggy just happen to drop by at the best/worst moment? All up to you!

(I would prefer for this to be post-reveal, and would Very Strongly prefer absolutely no sex)

Fill: Matt Murdock/James Wesley, D/s-verse

Matt is a submissive whose name may as well be Sam (Smart-ass masochist). Wesley is a dom who is a sadist. As much as I love the shockingly small number of fics with this pairing that tends towards the dubious, I would actually prefer a safe (as far as Matt’s high tolerance of pain may allow) and consensual relationship between the two.

That being said, maybe this universe is a little more altered in that Wesley isn’t the right hand man to a man buying out and taking over crime syndicates—maybe he really is just a PA that manages the business and personal affairs of a dear friend—and maybe just menaces the odd CFO under investigation for embezzlement, rather than orchestrating the planting of evidence on headless bodies. Perhaps Fisk is a professional CEO that jumps from company to company fixing things, improving profits and the like? Just something less nefarious that wouldn’t inevitably require the immediate death of the Devil/Matt…or his prolonged captivity…(er, wait, I forget why that’s bad, but moving on). Although maybe Matt is still the masked man and gets his pain fix in by getting into fights with the odd mugger or enforcer for the criminal element that isn’t…Fisk Enterprises? Or maybe there is no big picture of villainy, just the regular crappiness that is humanity’s darker side.

Wesley is an uncompromising Dom; he enjoys inflicting pain (as long as his submissive enjoys it) but he is also practiced in turning pleasure into pain and vice versa—and just think on the possibilities with Matt’s sensitivity and Matt’s reticence against moving from physical pain to a more sensual pain. And more than that, Wesley is committed to the care and after care of all submissives, his most of all. And maybe Matt has insecurity issues stemming from the fact that the few relationships he’s had with Doms thought his being blind was an obstacle that couldn’t be overcome, so understandably, he has some trust issues. And imagine the inadequacies and turmoil that Wesley feels when Matt, with his own insecurities and totally wrong beliefs that he is inadequate, just up and leaves after they’re done. Wesley feeling like utter crap because he can’t comfort his sub (and even more turmoil that Matt isn’t really his sub…yet); (and just to abuse parentheticals again: subs aren’t the only ones that can suffer if they don’t receive care, a dom totally committed and doing it right will also feel like crap if they can’t provide it—I rarely see this played out in fics).

Fisk (dom…switch?) noticing and offering advice that was not asked for! Vanessa (switch?) making an unrelenting pest of herself in wanting to meet the (let’s face it because Wesley is a connoisseur and snob in more things than just wine) no doubt competent professional and very pretty sub that has Wesley so distracted.

What if Matt manages to leave while he’s in subspace and turns up on Foggy’s (cuddly!vanilla!dom) doorstep and Foggy is Matt’s go-to aftercare expert (Matt’s done it before because he’s adorably dumb and Foggy’s told him so, but that doesn’t stop Foggy from being the awesome that he is). And maybe the two made a go of the relationship and Matt regrets that it couldn’t work between them. But Foggy just can’t provide the pain Matt craves (by vanilla, I mean that Foggy really isn’t a sadist at all—no pleasure in pain for him-I can’t see it, unless you can? Then sure.) and Matt isn’t made to be the sweet sub that Foggy deserves. Wesley jealous when he finds out where Matt goes after they finish?

Me oh my! Feelings! Think of all the messy feelings! Oh, holy headcanons… There’s so much more…I need to lock it all down, really, I do! No one wants to hear them except for my very own, vocal peanut gallery. Right?

I’m sorry. Not sorry enough to not post, though. Still…so very sorry.

So. Foggy and Marci end up having a baby. They don't get married, they're not even an actual couple, but Foggy is excited and Marci thinks kids can be cute once they grow up past the age of 5. Anyway, Foggy ends up with the primary custody while Marci takes the weekends and they're satisfied with that arrangement. Matt ends up pretty much a third parent here, because he absolutely falls in love with Baby Nelson the moment he first hears him/her.

Give me snapshots from the life of the Foggy&Marci&Matt&kid family. Everything is cute! "THAT'S NOT HOW YOU HOLD AN INFANT, MURDOCK!" The kid grows up with three awesome parents, Aunt Karen, and Avengers popping in with presents from time to time.

Extra bonus points if you manage to make Baby Nelson the Kate Bishop of MCU. Because IMAGINE

Foggy/Matt: Soulmates with a secret identity

As far as I can tell, reposting from previous rounds is still okay...

I love soulmate stories where everyone has the first words their soulmate will say to them written somewhere on their skin. So here's what I'm thinking:

Matt and Foggy meet (they didn't meet in college -- Foggy went to Harvard, or something) and they exchange words, but there's a problem: Matt is dressed as Daredevil when they do this.

He wants to trust his soulmate, but he's only just met this man who may be his soulmate but is also a stranger, and so he doesn't tell Foggy who he is. A little while later, Matt and Foggy meet while Matt is Matt (in court?), and sparks fly but Foggy wants his soulmate and Matt wishes that this was their first meeting.

Cut to Foggy and Matt-as-Matt's developing friendship and Foggy and Matt-as-Daredevil's developing "something" and then... comes the reveal. Cue much angst and all the feels and -- most importantly -- a happy ending.

Daredevil vs Wesley's loyalty

In an act of desperation (maybe after someone innocent gets taken or badly hurt), Daredevil goes after Wesley for information. And he is ready to torture the man if he has to in order to get what he needs.

Except Wesley doesn't break, no matter how much pain or threats he endures. The days stretch into weeks, and it becomes obvious that Fisk is not going to find Wesley. Matt is getting more and more frustrated and impatient.

But what he doesn't expect is that as it turns out, when driven to a corner, Wesley is prepared to kill himself if that's what it takes to keep Fisk's secrets.

Does he succeed? How does Matt deal with this situation (and how would he react if Wesley does successfully end his kidnapping through death)?

[ALT: Feel free to make someone else the kidnapper, maybe Matt tracks Wesley down but doesn't do anything to rescue him because A - the scumbag deserves this, and B - he wants to know whatever information he has to share?]

Bonus if Matt develops a grudging respect for Wesley, and their conversations divert from the usual (and Matt finds himself curious as to what made Wesley so loyal to Fisk of all people). These two just didn't get enough interaction in the series.

Everything is the same, except without being a moral compass and best friend to Matt, the Devil has become more of a devil, to a point where Matt is killing and torturing people just to get what he needs.
