Matt spies on himself (Matt/Foggy)

Matt gets dumped in an alternate world. Maybe he had some warning this was going to happen because he knows he needs to find his alternate self in order to get back home, so he heads for the apartment.

But when he gets there it soon becomes obvious that alt!Matt has a special friend over. In fact, from the sounds of things it seems alt!Matt is straddling said friend on the couch and having a good time, with all signs pointing toward an even better time to be had in the near future.

And maybe Matt lingers a bit. He's curious, okay? Because the special friend sounds like a guy, which isn't unheard of for Matt though it's a little uncommon. But he also sounds - familiar?

And then he hears the special friend talk and holy shit that's Foggy.


+100 for Matt being frozen in place, unable to do anything else but listen.

+10000 for Matt being attracted to his own Foggy, but they're not together. This is a very pornographic and/or sweet glimpse of something Matt doesn’t have.

At least alt!Matt is distracted enough that he wouldn't pick up on Matt lurking around, at least not if he doesn't move much.

Someone offers Matt a cure for his blindness. He's not interested

Someone (Tony Stark?) offers to get Matt a cure for his blindness. The cure absolutely would work, and the offer to pay for all of it with no expectation of paying it back is sincere.

Matt's not interested.

He's fine being blind, it's part of who he is and how he perceives the world, and he's just fine with that.

For whatever reason, this year Matt decides that what he needs to give up for Lent is getting off. By himself or with anyone else. Maybe all the willing-down of stubborn inappropriate erections, the self flagellation after wet dreams, and (whether he makes it through the whole 40 days or not) someone like Foggy or Claire helping him through it when it's finally time to let go?

Oh god, can you imagine? Like, at first it probably wouldn't be too bad, maybe he just doesn't even think about it for a few days. But after a while he's just so turned on all the time and a breeze can make him hard (or his pants pulling just right, or the smell of Foggy's shampoo, or Karen's hair accidentally brushing his neck when she walks by and flips it over her shoulder...), even in court. And the longer he'd hold out the worse it would get. Eventually he would start having sex dreams, would wake up grinding into the mattress...

Murdock v Bloodhound

Foggy thinks this is highly amusing.
Karen wants to the sweetheart of a bloodhound as an office pet.

Wesley/Matt - Obsession

Basically, Wesley has been interested in Matt since they met via that one court case. When shit hits the fan and he's threatening Karen, she tries and fails to kill him.

Then he proceeds to kill everyone around her...But Matt.

He doesn't have it in his heart to kill Matt, purely because of his attraction and allurement to him. So he talks Fisk into letting him "keep" Matt. For sexual reasons, and also to try to woo him into a state of Stockholm Syndrome.

He wants Matt to fall in love with him and he wants it bad. Despite having killed everyone Matt holds dear. So he tries really hard to make him happy to make up for it, but he's also very stern with his new pet.

Not really related but I would prefer if Wesley never finds out Matt was Daredevil.


Bonus 1-Wesley buying Matt nice things all the time to try to sway him. Including a nice, diamond studded dog collar. (With a leash.)

Bonus 2- Leash and collar and inherently sexual. I.E., Wesley making Matt where them during everyday events. Cooking, cleaning, going out, etc.

Bonus 3- Sexual things are still appreciated, though. Dub/Non-Con is fine.

So a new interview just came out with Elden and Deborah at http://collider.com/daredevil-season-2-deborah-ann-woll-elden-henson-interview/
Elden talks about how Foggy is worrying about Matt being okay and how he just wants him to be safe and for things to stay the same, and how he gets stressed out. To which Deborah says, "Yeah, especially when you hang out with Matt and Karen, who are like, “So, what dangerous thing are we going to do today? Whose clutches can I get into today?”
And really, that's just begging for a fic to be written about Matt and Karen rushing headlong into danger continuously and driving poor Foggy crazy. Crack or serious, OT3 optional.

Jack Murdock meets Stick

Title says it all.

I'm not sure how it can happen.
Maybe through some weird magicky probably Avengers or Doctor Strange related event, dead people (possibly only people killed through unnatural causes?) have begun appearing (around New York? Possibly the entire country? Whole world?).

Jack somehow meets Stick. Queue ensuing "YOU DID WHAT TO MY SON?". Lots of angry yelling and stuff and Stick still being a total dick.
If it's from Matt's perspective, maybe Matt hears that Jack Murdock is one of the people that have been resurrected and doesn't know why his father hasn't tried to contact him. And then he finds out it's because he met Stick first.

(I know Jack would lose to Stick in a proper fight but maybe these resurrected people are extremely powerful if you're going with resurrection route).

Matt just can't seem to find the right girl. Sure the flings are fun and a lot of them were really hot. But commitment is just not a thing he can do. Everyone of his ex-gf's point out that he loves someone more than them. Even a few jokes about how Foggy is his boyfriend.

He's always had it, but he works very hard to keep it under control, choosing his words very carefully and with great intention.
Except when he's stressed.

He deals with this by simply not talking.

Foggy has learned the signs, he knows it can't be fixed (although he did try and swoop in and be a hero and few times in college, to disastrous results), just ride it out, Matt doesn't want any attention draw to it anyway.

But Karen's the new kid in the equation...

basically i'm looking for teen tearaway matt. fifteen year old matt who uses his training and his senses to do shitty, reckless things. fifteen year old matt doing dumb, dangerous things. fifteen year old matt being an absolute nightmare. whether he's doing them for attention, as a cry for help or doing them because he doesn't care if he lives or not or just because it's fun is totally up to you. i have no real specifics, i'd just love to read troublemaker teen matt.

Imagine the mighty ducks movies still exist in the daredevil world so someone has to be playing Fulton Reed. Turns out Foggy has a sorted history as a child actor involving his crazy momager, Rosalind. He never told Matt about it because reasons. Matt's never seen Foggy and hasn't seen Mighty ducks in over 20 years so he never put 2 and 2 together. Karen however knows she knows him from somewhere... cue super sleuth, Karen Page!

Brett, just is like, there somehow
Matt makes a big deal about Foggy having a big secret

Castaway AU

Matt gets stranded on a deserted island.

Maybe it's Fisk's revenge after he gets released from prison or canon divergence and Fisk manages to capture the Man in the Mask shortly after the fight with Nobu?
Wilson is replaced by hallucinations of Foggy and Karen.

Huge bonus points for Matt being rescued (after maybe a few months or a year? By the Avengers? Completely by accident, Thor or Iron Man just happened to be flying over? One of the many islands Tony owns as a nature preserve or something?) and dealing with the aftermath;
- Mistaking the real Karen and Foggy for their imaginary counterparts
- Not remembering if a certain conversation happened with the real thing or fake (One of these conversations can even be Daredevil related, resulting in identity reveal?)
- Things are now too uncomfortably soft and the city is so painfully loud and smells absolutely horrible since his senses were even more heightened on the island
- Complete inability to pretend to be a normal blind guy (made worse by press not leaving him alone)

Karen misinterpretes Nelson v Murdock, thinks Foggy's abusing Matt

I was rewatching some of the episodes after Nelson v Murdock, and it occurred to me that Karen could badly misinterpret Foggy agreeing that the 'car accident' was Matt's fault as Foggy abusing Matt.

Just give me some good ol' fashioned misinterpretations + dawning horror as Karen sees everything in a new, twisted light. Foggy's drinking, Matt's quiet reservedness around Foggy, the way Matt has tons of bruises and cuts. Maybe she overhears an angry argument about Matt 'going out'. Maybe she even overhears Foggy telling Matt he's sick of Matt 'pretending to be blinder than he is' and is horrified/sickened.

Does she call a domestic abuse hotline? Try to give Matt sanctuary at her place? Does she go to Daredevil one night as she encounters him and begs him to help her friend Matt?

I don't think Fisk met Foggy in the series. (Correct me if wrong) So whatever reason Foggy meets Fisk. Fisk immediately is caught by his unusual appearance (professional suit and long hair). Gets to know him and decides he's his thing.

matt vs misophonia

with matt's senses being what they are it stands to reason that (diagnosed or not) he might have misaphonis to some extent. what are his worst audio triggers? how does he cope/not cope? does he let anyone know or does he suffer through it? does foggy pick up that certain sounds seem to set matt on edge and tries to avoid making them around him?

Gen: Winter Soldier trains Matt

Somehow, someway, the Winter Soldier stumbles upon little Matt post Jack's death. And decides to train him. Up to you if this includes the Soldier breaking his programing or him running off with Matt; I just wanna see better teacher than Stick Winter Soldier.

I'd like to see a Matt taken in by HYDRA and trained by Bucky Red Room style, maybe even get really far into programming Matt too. Could be Matt helps him break the programming and they run off to DC together and somehow run into Steve?

If it's post Stick though, maybe the Winter Soldier sees someone running around rooftops, he sees this scrawny kid jump off a ledge and he has flashbacks of some punk he's meant to be protecting who just jumped off a roof STEVIE WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!
OMG I'd love Bucky hallucinating that Matt is Steve for the longest time.

“Tell me a secret.” (matt/foggy)

Post reveal, Foggy and Matt have started a new thing.

When it’s just them, they switch from Foggy narrating things to Matt to Matt telling Foggy ‘secrets.’ He points out things he can perceive that Foggy can’t, sort of like that scene with Matt and Stick in the park, or he talks about things in their past that Foggy hadn’t had the full context to understand at the time.

Eventually the secrets start going deeper, more personal. Would love it if the secrets started to hint at hidden feelings.

Yes! This is so cute and I want this. There could be some humorous scenes when Matt also tells Foggy some horrible/Disgusting things he can perceive (mostly to do with various bodily fluids or unsavoury activities) going on around them. It would be really cool if he used that trick to tell Foggy which people around them are falling in love, like Stick did in the flashback.

Jack was dying

The reason that Jack decided to win the fight was because it was going to be his last fight either way. He had late stage cancer (or some other equally incurable deadly disease.) He had planned on spending what was left of his time with Matt but he knew it was important for Matt to see him win, just once.

Oh my goodness! I'm adopting this one straight into headcanon!

Jack's decisions in the show made it rather hard for me to see him as a good father or even just as an responsible adult, and I didn't quite get his motivations behind all of that. Yes, Matt got to be proud of his dad and some money out of the bet, but for what price? Becoming (practically) an orphan, and Jack must have been aware that his son would be even more vulnerable because of his blindness.

This prompt, though, would explain A LOT! It just makes so much sense - and canon even more heartbreaking...
