Please tell me I'm not the only one who dislikes how the fills have been broken up into separate posts for Fills and WIPs? We were so on top of posting our fills before the divide. Now it's just annoying.
I mean, pretty much everyone cross-posts their fics to Ao3 anyway, which is really easy to bookmark in case you want keep track of a fic (and a lot of authors don't continue to post on the meme after the first chapter anyway if they've also got it on Ao3).
Was it really that difficult to go through the Fills post and find that fic you like and then follow the link to see if it had been updated? :-/

yeah I've gotta agree it's not my fave way of organising fills. It's not horrible but.. I did prefer having one post

I'm confused. People keep referring to it as a city, but I got the impression it was part of New York city. Is it like a district in New York city or is it just super close and people keep thinking it's a part of NYC. Help.
It's an area in new york, like manhattan or harlem or queens or brooklyn. It's actually quite small. i imagine they call it their city because it sounds better than saying "my town," or "my community"

At best you could say he has auburn hair, but even that's stretching it.
He looks like he's got dark brown hair with auburn highlights that show up in sunlight.

This is driving me CRAZY in fics, and I know it's because law is an undergrad degree in most of the British commonwealth...but not in the United States. Matt and Foggy would have had to get a four-year bachelor's degree in something else (political science + English is a really common pre-law combo, and THEN gone to law school for graduate school). The scene where they meet in the dorm is almost certainly undergrad, because law schools only contain law classes, not things like Punjabi. Also, although some law schools have student housing, the vast majority of law students live off campus (which would probably include NYC natives like Matt and Foggy).
Foggy's course registration screen says Fall 2010, but there's no way that timeline works out. Even if they went straight from undergrad to law school, they would've needed a minimum of 7 years so their freshmen year would have been 2008 at the earliest.

I just checked the WIP post and it makes me so happy that there's a fic where foggy gets turned into a dog and a fic where a dog gets turned into foggy. Like this kink meme is def doing it right.

I'm looking for this fic that i'm sure i read on here, and it involved Matt kissing this girl in college who took off his glasses, and then later Foggy realized that Matt thought his eyes were disfigured or something from the accident and that's why he never took his glasses off around anyone.

was it foggy and karen that matt was referring to as his two friends/people he cares about or have i got that wrong??

So, I decided to fill the prompt about flying. I'm trying to think of a good reason, other than something hand-wavey, as to why Matt and Foggy would be flying for business while they were still in their internship at Landman & Zack. I want it to be on the company's dime so I can give poor Matt and Foggy at least a business class experience for a first flight, haha.
Would it be weird to send two interns on company business somewhere that required at least short-haul flight to get there? I remember Wesley saying that the two of them turned down a "very lucrative offer" from Landman & Zack; would it be reasonable to assume the firm would try to woo them by giving them a taste of what working there would be like?
I don't understand about lawyer things. ^^;;

As somebody who also doesn't know anything about lawyer things (but who did watch at least a couple seasons of Suits) I have to say this sounds completely plausible to me. I vote go with it. ;b
I'm interested in making podfic. I've managed to work out how to record and what not, but I was wondering about the best ways to upload works to Ao3 or other places.
Where do you usually upload the files? What players are the nicest?

What I usually do is at first upload the files to mediafire and then just make a post on ao3 that links to those files. Then I get my stuff put on the podfic archive (http://www.audiofic.jinjurly.com) by either making a post on amplificathon (if you google it they have a dreamwidth and a livejournal and they'll upload your stuff to the archive) or you can just fill out this form - https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1giVNR4-vM_EfulsVSZVcuPPdvK1VTc-WFi7iWRQOKCc/viewform
Once my stuffs on the archive I link back to there instead of mediafire on my ao3 (although if the podfics short enough you can also stream from mediafire so sometimes I leave that as an option).
