So this line in a fill “whips his t-shirt off over his head. It lands with a soft whump on what sounds like Matt’s second-largest stack of library books. Good. They’ll smell like him later.” Just really made me want Matt rubbing Foggys used clothes on his things so they smell like him.

I’m kind of in to creeper/has no concept of social boundaries Matt so him doing this when there not in a relationship and without Foggys knowledge would be great and also Foggy somehow (after he finds out about Matt being Daredevil) finds out that Matt has been doing this for years.

Heads up: this is shameless.

Matt and Wade fuck. I don't really care why. It's semi-anonymous and it's weird and it's sloppy and frantic and they probably end up keeping half their vigilante getups on. But it's also, like, seriously, exhaustingly good. Later, everyone's cleaned up (or not) and gone their separate ways and it hits each of them that this wasn't some kind of pity fuck. Sadly, they're both shocked by this. They end up meeting up again, just shooting the shit about life and death and what keeps them keeping on and the guardians who failed them and who they want to be and how to manage the constant sensory onslaught because they're both kind of damaged and I just really want this. Maybe they fuck again. Maybe it's a regular, casual-ish thing. Idk!

The thing is for all the lovers that Matt has had in the past, he never really realized just how sensitive his nipples were. None of the women he was with ever really messed with them and it wasn't the same when he touched them himself, so it's a huge surprise when he just turns into an completely aroused mess when Foggy teases them.

I'd love to read something in the omegaverse where Daredevil is an omega and bad guys think it's only a matter of waiting until he's in heat for them to get their playground back. They think he'll have to go to ground during his heat so they won't have to worry about him, but they're happy enough when he's out during his heat. He'll be distracted, weakened, and maybe one of them can even claim him and take him out of the equation. Of course, Matt hands them their hormone-drenched asses in half the usual time and smells like heaven while doing it.

+1 if a good guy-character who knows his identity tries to persuade him to stay in.
+100 if another Marvel hero of your choice tries to rescue him, and ends up being so impressed that they just look on, agape. (+100000000 if said Marvel hero ends up trying to woo him. Dealer's choice if they're successful or not.)

She creates her own 'Braille painting' or other touchable artwork with him as inspiration, and invites him to come view it.

"You came back, Mr. Murdock." Her voice is lush and smoky, like good brandy, warm on his tongue. "I'm surprised, but pleased."

"I couldn't resist, your offer was just too intriguing." He smiles at her, and feels her take him by the arm, gently. He likes her touch, even though he knows to whom she belongs. Or rather, to whom she has given her heart, for a woman like her belongs to no one.

"I hoped it would be."

Matt can smell her perfume, which is something clean and light, juniper and crisp lime. It's not at all like he expected a woman in her position to wear. No lush florals for her, just something that smells like a crisp breeze on his skin. A contrast to her smoky, playful voice. She uses some kind of lotion on her hands, on her face; her dress is silk, and it whispers over her skin as she moves. He hates that he knows precisely why she is so alluring to Fisk.

"Come, let me show you."

They make their way over to the piece on the far wall. With his other senses he reaches out, tries to form an image of it: Linseed oil and turpentine, cotton, lead white. There's copper, not bloody but wiry, and with it, something earthy, grassy. He feels the corner of his mouth twitch up.

"Here we are." She says.

"Describe it to me."

He feels her pose shift, as she moves her hand down to entwine with his. "Why don't you see for yourself?"

His skin prickles with awareness, with fear and a hint of desire, at her touch. She is either bold or dangerous, possibly both, the way she is touching him. No pretense of gentle leading around the art gallery now, no favor to a blind man, just touch and pure sensation. Matt feels her lift his hand up, and he reaches out, and touches the piece on the wall.

There is a grid, he feels, comprised of thick waves of paint underneath his fingers. Then, to the right of it, the grid becomes finer and finer until all he feels are little ridges, like scales, or feathers. He lets his cane fall back against his shoulder, and raises his other hand, intrigued. And with gentle touches he studies the landscape of the artwork before him, reveling in the curve of the lines up and to the left. There, copper wire, he feels--that explains the scent--and it's formed into sinuous, curving line, comprised of tight loops of the thick wire. And there, following two sleek lines downward--the shape of a woman's waist, and a swath of burlap or muslin or linen--that's the grassy scent.

"Remarkable..." He says, and he means it.

"The Snake Goddess." Vanessa answers, and he cannot decipher whether her awestruck voice is a response to the piece, or to him. "Her arms are dark burnished brown. Her waist, there, curving down to the swell of her belly."

"It's beautiful." Matt's hands play lightly across the fabric of the goddess' skirt. "I've never... never encountered anything like this before."

"I suspected as much." Vanessa smiles. "That's why I acquired it."

"For me?" He turns to her, and lets his hands fall, reluctantly, back to his sides. Inside his mind is the image of the goddess on the canvas, a woman in movement, her head proud, her gaze direct, assertive.

"For someone who can truly appreciate it." She replies. "And it appears that you do."

"Yes." He says. "I... thank you."

"I didn't do it because I pity you, Mr. Murdock." She chides, tone playful.

Matt smiles. "Well, that's refreshing."

"I did it because I think perhaps I understand you."

The way he's responded to the piece, he has to reluctantly admit that she's right. And yet the implications of that--the fear that he stands alongside Fisk in any way, with any sort of similarity, sends a trail of ice-cold fear down his spine. And his hands remain at his side, although he longs to lift them, and touch once more.

Karen is attracted to Matt so she’s been watching him and paying quite a bit of attention to him and suddenly something clicks and she thinks of all of Matt and Foggys interactions and realises that Matt is in love with Foggy,

She is jealous and hurt for all of 5 seconds then she’s just thinks how adorable they would be together and decides to make it so.

Bonus Foggy loves Matt too but he just thinks he has a man-crush on him.

Also I am totally fine if this ends up having completely ridiculous matchmaking scenarios happen.

When someone figures out Daredevils identity and threatens to expose it unless they're paid for their silence, Foggy, in a desperate attempt to protect Matt, ends up killing them because there's no possible way for him to find the money to pay. He doesn't intend to do it, it's just the way things work out (maybe negotiations go sideways). He's fairly sure he won't get caught - he's dealt with law enforcement long enough to know how to clean up a crime scene - but he still has to deal with the fact that he was willing to go so far (or further) to protect his best friend.

Crossover with your first or earliest big fandom

Remember the first fandom you were ever into? Maybe even before you knew what fandom was? Try writing a crossover between it and Daredevil. Or if you prefer, write a crossover between Daredevil and the first fandom you were into in a writing-fic, reading-memes, fully-aware-of-fan-culture way.

It can be a fusion, characters meeting characters from other canons, characters reading/watching/listening to the thing that inspired the other fandom, characters being fans of the other fandom... Anything goes! Any pairings, ratings, kinks, whatever. Go wild with it.

I'd like to see a fic where Matt's been isolated for a while (maybe he gets kidnapped or trapped somewhere, up to you) and in that time he hasn't been touched by another human being. Then when he gets out of the situation he's in, the first person he has physical contact with is Foggy.

I think there's potential for a lot of lush descriptions of the touch starvation and then the first time Matt's touched/does some touching again. Would prefer that they're friends at the start of the fic and ~*feelings*~ happen when they're reunited, although one or both of them pining would be awesome. Bonus points for smut, but anything would be great!

Every time I think about college Foggy's long hair, he reminds me of two sorts of people I know: the first being stoner-types (which, lets be honest, college Foggy was, more than likely), and the second, someone who listens to rock/alt/metal music.

Is it a closely guarded secret for a man who openly sings showtunes and probably knows his way around Taylor Swift's back catalogue? Did Matt have to listen to guitar solos, heavy beats and someone growling out the lyrics all the way through college, regardless of whether Foggy was listening to it in his headphones? Did Foggy come back sweating and bruised from a night out and Matt's all 'what happened?!' before he learns that Foggy was rocking at the centre of the student mosh pit.

When Foggy's mother got sick and he lost all his collage savings to pay for her treatment all he has left is shitty apartment and from time to time strange deliver jobs (one of those "no question asked" kind of things). It's because of those odd jobs that Foggy gets attacked by strange masked dude in some dark alley. Devil of Hell's Kitchen asks some questions, leaves some bruises and than leaves him to scrub himself from the pavement.

After that Foggy (bruised and scered shitless) mostly just hangs around his neighborhood and helps ms Cardenas after her apartment was trashed by Tully's men. That is how he meets uptight blind lawyer Matt Murdock who for some reason seems very suspicious of everything Foggy does.

Matt meets Foggy as a Daredevil first but after spending some time with his without his mask he starts really regretting ever hurting Foggy. They start getting close but than Foggy discovers that guy who beated him and guy he just started dating are in fact the same person. Not a perfect beginning of any relationship.

OOh, I'd like to see this. It'd be interesting to see Matt in particular have to come to terms with those he views mentally as 'the bad guys' sometimes are just people like Foggy, down-on-their-luck and trying to do the best they can in the circumstances.

actually, I'm really ok even if he so full-covered with blood, powder and soil and any other kind of dirt that when she sees him at her windows she's scared to death, because obviously she thinks that among all that mess, that's his blood but then he just comes out as "so, .. shall I ask for candies or should I throw you this banana peel?" (yes, I'm making a stupid halloween joke pfff)- then goes the bath.

Matt's on patrol one night when Foggy calls. He picks up, intending to be all 'you shouldn't really call me when I'm at my other job, Fog', but doesn't get that far when Foggy tells him that someone's broken into his apartment and now Foggy's had to lock himself in the bathroom, with whoever is in his apartment now trying to break down the door to get to him.

While Matt's still on the phone, half trying to calm Foggy down and half trying frantically to get to Foggy's, they break through.

Just give me Matt being able to hear everything that's happening on the other end of the line while frantically trying to get there before something awful happens.

Foggy Nelson is not just literally sunshine (a wonderful pure precious summer child) but actually literally LITERALLY sunshine. I don't know nor care how you do it: does he have mutant solar-panel abilities? does he reflect sunlight like some weird human cloud? is he in actuality THE sun (or some sort of embodied deity)? Whatever dealer wants. The crackier the better (although if you can somehow make it half serious, cookies are on offer...).

I am here for an AU where Matt's sensitivity clues him into the fact that his roommate is either on suppressants or is transitioning from being an omega to being a beta (or alpha, I don't mind).

I don't mind if Matt lets Foggy know that he knows, or if he politely pretends that he doesn't, but either way he would definitely watch Foggy's back and help him keep his secret. Would prefer no 'missed a pill and now they have to have dubiously consensual sex'. Would love 'Foggy comes out to Matt and they communicate like adults if any sex is going to happen'.

Matt can be an alpha who isn't an asshole, a beta who likes the relative lack of attention that's paid to his scent, an omega who doesn't suppress (for religious reasons, maybe?) but understands why Foggy would want to, a neutral who without his enhanced sense wouldn't be able to tell gendered scent anyway... Pick your poison, meme.

Matt's a sub, and his blindness is a turn-on for some pretty sketchy doms over the years. Foggy is a dom or a switch who has to step in and keep him from going home with them, or help him out with aftercare, or platonically help him out with his subly needs so he doesn't get desperate enough to go out to bars without bouncers.

If they get together, I would love love love to see something about Foggy finding out about Daredevil and going into a panic, thinking it's because Matt needs hardcore pain or w/e, feling like he's failed as a dom. Heck, that could work if they were platonic too. An AU where friends can't getdown with a little coconsensual spanking is an AU I do not want.

Inheritance

Post season 1 - Matt is suddenly a millionaire.
Why?
Because the old guy he saved when he was 9 got really lucky and won a bunch of lotteries and did really well in the stock market and invested in like, Google, or something.

He has no family and when he's dying, he tracks down the little boy who was blinded saving him, and leaves it all to him.

Matt is confused, but at least they don't have to worry about going broke from taking on too many non-paying clients anymore.

I love the headcanon that the fandom seems to have adopted that Foggy is a general ray of human sunshine and Matt is more physically reserved. However, it seems to me that after Matt and Foggy get to know each other, Matt becomes the more touchy one. He initiates the hugs that they share, bumps his knee up against Foggy's when they're drunk and sitting together on the stairs, holds Foggy's arm even when he doesn't have to (even before Foggy discovers Daredevil, he comments that he sometimes forgets Matt is blind the way he zips around by himself).

I'd just like a nice fic exploring Matt's sense of touch in relation to people he trusts, like Foggy and Karen and his dad and Claire. Gen preferred, but like, whatever floats your boat is cool. Angst, fluff, I don't care. I just love the idea of Matt being naturally touchy-feely.

okay but like this is awesome because it's a lot like the way i am since i (and probably a lot of others i know) are really physically reserved at first but once a person is established as a Friend then i will probably never stop touching them like omg

Foggy doesn't actively hate Matt Murdock. He just wants to be as far away from him as possible. Away from his expensive clothes, nice cars, charming face, beautiful girlfriends and perfect test scores. Too bad that Matt seems to "like sound of his voice" and keep trying to befriend him. Well Foggy wasn't born yesterday and he isn't anybodies charity case thank you very much.

AU where Matt's dad became famous boxer so Matt is not only smart and handsome but also famous and rich. Foggy is still Foggy. One day Matt listen to Foggy giving drunk speech about why Hell's Kitchen is worth saving and decides that he likes sound of Foggy's voice...if you know what I mean.
