The Avengers/Spider-man take in a homeless Matt Murdock

After the events of Season 2, Matt's life has gone to shit. His job prospects are all but ruined, he's cut ties with all those he considered friends, and Elektra's death is still making his body ache at the thought. He makes a halfhearted attempt at getting a job but he's denied at every turn, getting hired as a blind man is hard enough but employers can sense something's off about him. Matt can't pay his bills and eventually loses his apartment.
Out on the streets, he puts all his time and energy into Daredevil-ing, to the point he barely looks after himself.

And then one night, he ends up half dead in a dumpster and a passing Avenger (Steve? Bucky? Tony? Or maybe Clint/Natasha realise he fits DD's profile?), bleeding heart that they are, just can't help but take the poor guy in. One's first instinct may be to get him to a hospital but at the very mention of the word the man freaks out. And he can sure throw a punch.

Or, Peter Parker, out on one of his dumpster diving adventures searching for computer parts and whatnot, is surprised when he finds said dumpster occupied by a bloody and beaten up homeless guy (and seriously, who's going around beating up blind homeless people???). He would call an ambulance but the guy's very insistent about "No hospitals".

I don't mind if Avengers/Spider-man come across Daredevil instead but thought it'd be nicer if they're just taking in a poor random homeless guy instead and get a shock later. Creative freedom up to filler~

You know that scene in S2:E9 (Seven Minutes in Heaven) when Fisk and Frank fight after Frank kills all those guys in the cell block? I'd kinda like to see that go a little further... Frank getting beaten up by Fisk while in chains, then bent over that hard bench-like thing and fucked hard by Fisk and all those guards who watched. Up to anon if the scene resolves as it does in the show or if you take it in a different direction.

Gen or Matt/Foggy Matt has an abusive roomate

Matt's never had a friend before, and all the kids at the orphanage and school used to either bully him or ignore him. So when he goes to college and his roomate is abusive, not much is new. He doesn't really understand the social thing, and he doesn't understand that he can stand up for himself. Why would he? This happens all the time, so it must be his fault. Everyone does say he's weird and he's never had a real friendship. Maybe this is how it's meant to go. Or maybe he deserves it.

Cue Foggy who's getting increasingly concerned about this awkward blind kid in his class and how some people treat him.

Daredevil/Buffy the Vampire Slayer mash-up

In every generation there is one girl chosen to stand against the minions of hell, but somewhere along the line the PTB got their wires crossed and the current Slayer is Foggy.

Yeah. Foggy. What vampire is gonna suspect that this genuinely nice guy (who smells vaguely of weed and eel infused alcohol), is the Slayer who's going to dust them?

Anyway, Foggy is kickin' ass and slaying up a storm, when he starts hearing rumors about the Devil of Hell's Kitchen and some of the crazy stuff he's pulled off...crazy enough to not be human. So, of course Foggy's gotta check this out, and surprise surprise, the Devil is his best friend, former roommate, and current law partner.

BOTH of them have some serious 'splaining to do...

It's already been established that Foggy is great at being a lawyer (calling out Reyes, talking down bikers in the ER), so let's see him use his powers for the greater good. You have a Villian, you don't send in a team of fighters, you send Foggy to call them out on their bullshit, have a drink, and talk them into being a better person.

They met in college as roommates (as shown in season one) but Matt moved out as he found Foggy's attention creepy and unsettling. Foggy dropped out of law school and Matt forgot all about him until he starts a practice in Hell's Kitchen and bumps into Foggy, who gets all stalkery again. Cue Punisher!Frank coming to his rescue.

Frank Castle and Brock Rumlow - Anything

^^^ Title.

Anything to do with the Punisher and Crossbones;
Working together back when Frank was in the Marines and Brock was SHIELD (and they may or may not have gotten along), random civil everyday encounter or (my no.1 choice just fyi) just an awesome fight between the two. Hand to hand or with weapons, just them beating the absolute shit out of each other. I bet they'd be a good match for each other (though Frank would probably win).

Bonus points for somehow throwing Bucky in there just 'cause. And/or Matt for obvious reasons.

Gen or Matt/Foggy: Foggy gets blinded, gets a guide dog

So once Foggy's no longer freaking out over being blind, he decides to adapt quickly so he can get back to his life.

Now, Matt's a poor candidate for a service dog, mostly because he doesn't want one, but Foggy loves dogs and feels like having a guide dog would be really, really helpful for him, and he's not the one witht eh crazy dangerous lifestyle. So he finds a program and works on getting a dog.

Bonus: he gets the money for it via a crowdfunding campaign, and the whole of Hell's Kitchen shows up to chip in. Everyone loves Foggy, after all.

Extra bonus points: his dog is depicted accurately and when off-work is a goofy fluffball that makes Foggy so, so happy.

Maybe a teenager is terrified of aiming wrong and surviving. Maybe someone's struggling family can collect their life insurance in case of a murder, but not a suicide. Maybe he runs across a trafficking victim who doesnt think they have the will to start over again. Maybe Matt gets really fucking morose after a teamup

The details are up to you, but the core theme is that an innocent asks Frank to kill them. How does he react?

"You're trying to get me to kill you."

Frank paused, heart thumping against his chest when he realized the truth. Murdock wasn't crazy; no, he was suicidal.

"What?" the man asked, standing there in his stupid costume, breathing making his chest rise and fall rapidly. "You're crazy, Frank. What are you talking about?"

"Don't be an idiot," he snarled. "You dragged me out here and got in the way of my mark on purpose. You want me to kill you."

The man paused, and even with the mask covering his eyes, it wasn't hard to tell that he knew he'd been figured out. He stared, gaping like an idiot. He took several steps back and shook hsi head.

"Look, Frank; I'm sorry that I let him get away," the devil managed wearily. "I didn't mean to, but you know that he doesn't deserve to die."

"The man's a rapist and a murderer," Frank said, taking the bait, even though he knew much better than that. "Can you really tell me that he doesn't deserve to die?"

"Maybe he does deserve to die," the man -- Matt Murdock, not even his persona of Daredevil -- whispered. "Maybe he does deserve to die, but you're not God, Frank. You can't make that judgement for him."

"But I can make that judgement for you?" he countered darkly. "I mean, man, you were trying to get me to kill you. I know that. I'm not an idiot."

"I'm not...I..."

At that, Murdock dropped down to his knees. Frank watched him, staying back. He seemed so lost, and so helpless, that it engaged the urge Frank had to run over and comfort him. The part of him that used to be human.

He knelt down.

"Did you try to use me to kill yourself?" Frank asked, directly. There was no other way to do it.

Murdock looked up at him. The expression on his face was strained.

"Yes," he said in a whisper. "I was hoping that you killed me."

"Why?" Frank asked, quietly. "Why would you use me that way?"

"You don't mind killing," Matt said softly. "I figured that I could die and it wouldn't...really hurt you, because you've taken so many lives in the last few years. I just thought maybe..."

"First of all, did you ever think that it'd fuck me up to kill someone who didn't deserve it?" Frank asked. He then shrugged his shoulders. "Well, more than I'm already fucked up, but...I can't do that. I can't kill someone who didn't deserve it."

"I..."

"Second of all, you can't kill yourself using someone else," Frank said. "Suicide is suicide, whether you do it yourself or force someone else's hand, you know."

"I just..."

"Third of all, I really don't want you to die." At that, Frank leaned down so that he was face to face with the man. No, he couldn't see, but he knew that Frank was there, staring into his eyes. "It's not time for you to let go."

"What..."

Frank sighed and then took his hand, pulling him to his feet.

"C'mon, let's go."

Misty Knight/Matt Murdock, femdom, identity reveal

Foggy Fisk: Foggy is Wilson Fisk's brother - REPOST

Foggy is Fisk's little brother. he was either conceived by Fisk's father the night he was killed (ignoring the couple of years age lift this would give Foggy), or he is the only other child born from Fisk's mother's later marriages. I really want to see Fisk being very loyal and loving towards his little brother!Foggy as you can see how much the ones he loves means to Fisk.

HOW DOES THIS CHANGE THE STORY??

1. does Fisk include Foggy in his criminal proceedings, or does he try to shield that side of himself from his little brother.

2. Is Foggy still a lawyer? does he still go to Columbia and meet Matt? Does Fisk help them with bills and in setting up their practice, or does Foggy insist on doing it on his own dollar/sweat? would he rather/does he make Foggy work at Landman and Zach where he can keep an eye on him/give him privileges on the sly?

3. How does he interact with the other major characters in his brother's life: Wesley? (snarky banter is my bet!), does he support Wilson's relationship with Vanessa? Does he meet Madame Gao? How does he deal with Owlsley's shit?

4. How is Foggy's relationship with the rest of his family? does he know what a monster his father is? does he know what Fisk did to him? does he visit/keep an eye on his mother? does she live with him because he would rather she live with family than in a fancy retirement home (does he have to send her there anyway because he can't put the time in with his law degree/practice)

5. Has Matt already met Fisk? (i imagine so, Foggy is the type who would share every part of himself including his family with his best friend... but on the other hand Fisk is very private...)

6. if Matt and Fisk know each other do they get along? Does Matt sense anything about Fisk?

7. How does Matt react when he finds out his best friend's older brother is the man behind crime in Hell's Kitchen

8. If Foggy doesn't know about his brother, HOW DOES HE REACT??? does he believe Matt? does this make Foggy's reaction in 'Nelson v Murdock' worse because Matt is accusing his loving brother of being a monster?

9. Does Foggy stick by Fisk after the reveal of all his crimes? Does he still help Matt take him down? does he try to help Fisk get away with it? does he visit Fisk in prison (i kinda really want this!) or does he leave Hell's Kitchen with Vanessa and his mom (a part of me also really, really wants this)????

I am really excited by the amount of stories this could inspire, so as many fills as possible are welcome?!!!

Bonuses:

1. Foggy is poisoned at the party, Matt and Fisk have an uneasy truce in the hospital, Matt chews out Fisk for endangering Foggy, Fisk threatens Matt.

2. Matt/Foggy is my OTP (Avocados at Law!), Fisk (before anyone knows about his criminal activity) gives Matt the shovel talk. He is very descriptive in just how exactly he would make Matt disappear - Matt listens to his heart and realises he is telling the absolute truth... is this what makes Matt begin to look at his boyfriend/best friend/kinda soulmate's older brother more closely?

3. if Foggy is part of the conspiracy he is the Lawyer opposite Matt in all his court cases related to Fisk.

5. every piece of clothing Foggy owns, without his knowing, was replaced with the armoured stuff by Fisk - Matt finds it weird but a little sweet (before he finds out about Wilson Fisk), (could be Vanessa or Wesley or even Foggy - anyone is fine i just really want this) "who has armoured pyjamas Foggy?!" "he just worries about me that's all!"

6. and most importantly of all DOES FISK APPROVE OF FOGGY'S NICKNAME!!! "our mother named you Franklin little brother and that is what I will call you by!", "I love mom... but Franklin sucks so hard!!", "you keep talking like that and i won't give you any of mother's Zuppa Inglese", "that's not fair!!.........im sorry".

This is a really interesting prompt. What if Foggy knew and participated in some of Fisk's activities but doesn't do it that often because of Matt. And instead of him getting poisoned, it is actually Matt. Because of that Foggy removes himself completely from Fisk's stuff and even helps Matt/ Daredevil (once he gets better) stop him. OR he becomes more involved and ruthless and tries to find the people who did this to Matt.

Parks and Recreation fusion

This just popped into my head but what if instead of Ben and Chris coming to Pawnee, it's Matt and Foggy. Foggy would be like Chris, all sunshines and hugs and Matt would be more like Ben, more practical and blunt but still a dorky nerd. All the other characters from Parks and Rec are still there, but instead of Chris and Ben, it would be Matt and Foggy.

1. Matt and Foggy are in a relationship
2. Ann and Leslie want to date them but don't know that they are together

Kid!Matt and post season 2 fix-it

Matt gets dragged into some sort of Avengers thing, and somehow, through magic or tech or whatever, gets turned back into his 10 year old self. The others don't know how to get kid!Matt to calm down while they're trying to fix this mess, so they contact Foggy, since he's still listed as Matt's medical proxy, to see if he can help.

One tiny little problem: Matt and Foggy haven't spoken in months, and the Avengers have no idea about this split. (Its Matt: like he's gonna discuss his personal life?)

Foggy reluctantly shows up, expecting a 10 year old who doesn't know him, but-SURPRISE-this 10 year old Matt still has some of his adult memories. They're spotty, but there, so kid!Matt is under the impression that he and Foggy are still best buds and avocados for life--he doesn't remember the split--and promptly glomps onto Foggy when he shows up.

Cue awkwardness and angst.

The start of relationship repair via "out of the mouths of babes", along with maybe a dash of "oops, we accidentally locked you in a room and we Avengers don't know how to fix that right now"

Take my cynical heart and rip it up.

Maybe Matt feels weird to go the mom-to-be's (Claire? Karen? Genderbent Foggy?) dad, or that dad isn't in the picture. He can handle kids, but being a dad...?

So, that doesn't exactly leave too many fathers that Matt is comfortable talking to...except Frank.

Yeah, Matt is freaking out that badly, and is that desperate, that he goes to the frikkin' PUNISHER for how to deal with becoming a father (or how to be one, if the little baby-ninja is already there).

I have a feeling, that once the shock and pity is gone, Frank is gonna have some fun with this...

Pole Dancing

OMG. Imagine this scenario. It's like a huge scenario but here goes nothing.

Marci going to look for Foggy cause she wanted to take him somewhere and surprise him and Foggy as a good friend wants to take Matt because it's friday night.

Marci it's not happy because she planned that nigth so they could end doing the dirty in her room. She even asked her roomate to go somewhere else for the weekend.

Marci sighs and tells Matt to shut it when he asks where they are going but she warns Foggy that Matt might not enjoy the surprise cause you need your eyes and Matt's dont work

*Cut scenes and they reach the place.*

Marci took them to a strip club (a fancy one because it's Marci and she never goes cheap) ad Foggy has doubts at first but Marci tells him he will enjoy and Matt will enjoy it too she call someone who knows someone and she knows what she is gonna do with him.

Matt says she is not getting someone to get laid she tells him to shut up.


They get in and the night starts. There are different shows male and Females and Matt read Foggy and Marci's reactions. He knows what each of them likes and what not. Marci goes away for amoment and Foggy is describing the guy in the pole which Matt can tell Foggy really like.
Marci come with two more people. Matt can feel their heartbeats and how they smeel like fruit from something.

"You can't enjoy teh show. Matt so i talk to my friend over here and the show will come to you"

"What do you mean" Foggy is confused Marci just winks at him.

"Lets get this started, sit back and enjoy Foggy bear"

"I still don't get it. He does't see Marce"

"Ugh. Foogy. You knwo there is this rule that you can look but no touch, Well Matt here can't look so i talkeed to my friend and they decided to amke an exception just for him. He can touch whatver they want him to touch. they will guide his hands. You get it now?"

"Oh" It's the only thing Foggy says.

Matt face is priceless, he doesn't know what is happening till one of the dancers take his hand (It's the woman who has and impressive body in Foggy's opinion) while she is doing the lap dance and starts roaming his hands around her body then she beckons the guy at her side and she does the same.

Foggy thinks Matt it's straight as an arrow and it's about to tell Marci that when he sees Marci smiling and Matt touching and feeling the guy's abs and chest. He thinks he sees Matt is red but he doesn't know if it's because of the drinks of for the situation he's in. Maybe both.

The dancers get bolder and the woman stops guifding Matt to let him do it his own. She asks Marci what she would like Matt to touch next and Marci tells her "everything" the woman laughs and she tells Matt he is allow to touch wherever he wants.

The dancers take turns between them with Matt and Marci is telling them what to do and they seem to take it pretty well and it's looks like they are having a good time too by the bulge he is seeing on the man. Matt is worshiping their bodies with his hands. That could be fun.

After a while the dancers tells them there is a contest and if they would like to join. Marci of course says yes. Foggy has doubts but the dancers says it' doesnt matetr he it the most fittest guy there. It's just to have a great time and laugh and Matt surprisingly says yes.

The dances guide them abckstage and gave rthem this really tigh clotehr they must wear to impress and they go from tehre.

Marci gets teh audience crazy, she moves like a cat in that stage.

Foggy gets the laughs and he does eveything wrong so he gets people happy. He doesn't care, he's free. Marci loves it and she describes to Matt what Foggy is doing.

Matt ets so into it. HE's wearing a black suit and Foggy and Maci see him dance, move his hips and just enjoy what he is doing and Matt is happy and laughing and flirting.

Marci wins of course and she wants to keep celebrating in her room. She is alone for the weekend. Matt says he is goign to their own room but Marci tells him he is invited. It's just drinks.

They egt to their room and Marci gets some beers and they start drinking and talked about their night and how good the dancers were and things start heating up from there.

Matt is daring and asks Foggy what he liked the most of it and Foggy answer surprises Matt but not Marci.
"Watching you touch them. It was icredibly hot man, like you don't know how"

Foggy starts decribing what Matt was doing and Marci have this idea of Matt touching her while Foggy is tlking. They are drunk and young and well full of hormones for that night so they get along.

Foggy talks, Matt touches then Marci talks and Matt keeps touching but this time Marci is telling teh most amazing things because how sometimes Foggy us subconsious about his body and Matt is not far behind her, telling Foggy how good his soft edges feel.

They kiss, they touch. They worship Matt's body. They have sex

He has the parkour, the hand to hand combat and the Eagle Vision. But when the Brotherhood came to recruit him, he flat out refused, since assassins kill people. I want the story of that refusal and their subsquent meetings.

Maybe he's a civilian consultant who's a crazy good interrogator (hello human lie detector). Maybe he helps with the detective work because of his good nose. Maybe he went through the whole police academy shebang and is an actual cop.

+100 if there's a good cop/bad cop routine and the perp shits his own pants when he realises the blind guy is actually the bad cop.
+1000 if Foggy now 'bribes' two cops. Which means Brett and Matt become friends due to a mutual interest in trying to stop one dorky lawyer from forcing said bribes on them.

Elektra/Kilgrave Elektra is messed up

In the series Matt says that Elektra gets pleasure from killing, that she gets excited from it. So say Elektra was walking around being her sexy ass-kicking self (maybe she wants to get to know the city better so she can understand Matt better idk). And Kilgrave spots her and decides he wants her. Cue his usual MO to order her around.

Only, when he tells her to do the most pleasurable thing she can think of to him, she kills him to get that pleasure.
