This post is for prompts involving any characters from Netflix's Luke Cage.

Now that The Defenders prompt post is live, all crossovers between anyone in the four individual shows should go over there. Prompts only including characters that appear in Luke Cage should still go here.

  4. RPF is allowed. Crossovers, characters from the extended Marvel Universe and comics canon are allowed, but must relate to the 2016 TV show in some way.

So that scene in 1x07 where Shades tells Mariah that her family name used ot mean something, and asked how she liked being powerless? Am I the only one that found that REALLY REALLY HOT? Because that was really, really hot.

I'd love to see maybe some mild D/s (tho tbh, I'm not sure who's better as the D and who's the s) but anything about power. Maybe Mariah riding him and asking how HE likes being powerless.

Mariah: That’s the last time you ever call me a bitch.

This exchange just screams sexual tension. Shades is obviously turned on by what Mariah did, and she seems like she attracted to him despite herself. It's a perfect recipe for hatesex.

Luke/Claire - coffee

Mariah/Shades - history

When Shades was talking to Mariah about Mama Mabel and what the Stokes name stood for, it sounded really, really personal. It made me think that maybe little Hernan Alvarez came to Mama Mabel for protection from an abusive father figure? Maybe he had a little crush on Mama's gorgeous and unattainable granddaughter, who would never give him the time of day? She obviously doesn't remember him, but he remembers her.

Anything referencing their shared history would be awesome.
