Matt/Foggy, Foggy/Other: Foggy thinks its casual, Matt doesn't

Matt and Foggy drunkenly end up making out/dry humping one night. In the morning they decide yeah it's fine. Want to do it again? Only they misunderstood each other. Foggy thinks its a friend with benefits thing. Matt thinks they're dating. Cue Foggy starting to go out with Marci/Brett/OC and they end up sleeping together.

Matt smells it on him when he comes in. He ends up very angry, to the point he kind of forgets to tone some of his powers. He can smell Other on Foggy and can tell Foggy is lying when he says "What are you talking about?!" confusion (which he kind of gets but at the same time how the fuck does Matt know?)

Cue talking and revelations (including the extent of Matt's temper).

Matt/Everyone Crack

Matt has a tendency to accidentally make people fall in love with him, and then he always has to break their heart. The obvious solution to this is to make a ton of clones of himself, each one altered to be more like what the specific person loves about him. Or, actually, what Matt thinks they love. Because obviously none of them really love the real him, just what they think he is.

Foggy decides he would also like to kick ass in a more physical manner,and since he figures Mart wouldn't want him to go vigilante-ing,he'll go to the next best thing.Which is Frank.Que Foggy getting his ass handed to him in sparring,but improving wonderfully in firearms and interrogation.

Frank is a very proud papa when he takes Foggy out for the first time.

It all started when he,out of the goodness of his heart,dragged some guy with a bullseye on his head to his apartment after the guy refused to go to the hospital.Said guy came back later,as did a bunch of other scary people Foggy didn't want at his place.Armed with only his wiki how guides and the first aid kits he bought at CVS,Foggy tries to stay patient with people who could probably break his neck.(And possibly finds love along the way?)

Vampire Frank /actual literal former alterboy priest Matt?

Matt doesn't let Frank drink from his neck (either because he doesn't want to remove his cowl, or doesn't want his collar to stain) so instead we get Frank kneeling in front of Matt, mouthing at his femoral artery. Matt's pants hastily shoved down and one bare leg hooked over Frank's shoulder

Gen: Three times Foggy took a punch for Matt and one he let it hit/or have Matt defend himself

When Foggy didn't know about his powers, drunk!Matt could be a bit of an asshole and sometimes would instigate fights by accident. This resulted in a few attempted punches before "Oh my god, you're *blind*!" in horrified drunk/half drunk kicked in and those who didn't care. Foggy took a few punches for Matt.

After the revelation Foggy just lets the people go at Matt's not too drunk because fuck his blind best friend is still blind,

Sauna sex, Steve/Matt/Thor

Handwavey reasons, Matt never comes across Fisk's bombs or the scenario plays out different that leads to bombings latter. So while Karen and Foggy are with Elena, Matt is trying to reach them too (but the phone lines are jammed from traffic) and get to his apartment to get dressed to help as the Man in the Mask. He's injured by one of the explosions.

Just a twist on the idea. Daredevil is set to retire, no one has found out he's blind in all that time. Cue retirement party and the biggest shocks because he definitely registers as a 'normal' human for years, just very well trained.

Fem!Matt and Foggy - BFF's and still awkward beginning

Matt is Mattea/Matilda and somehow ends up either rooming with Foggy by accident or whatever. Their first meeting is still awkward, Foggy still hits on Matt (by accident) and it's a bit weird for a bit because Matt is still hot. Then they hit off like a house on fire.

That's kind of funny because I recently wrote a Matilda/Foggy story (where they meet at law school, even) and I actually originally considered keeping it gen. That would make a really cool story. But then I didn't, so, sorry.

[Also, I've seen people go "Madeleine" for female Matt. Which is cool because Mary Magdalene traditionally had demons cast out of her. But I went with Matilda because "mighty in battle" is also awesome, and part of my head-canon for the verse was that, being female, she wasn't as afraid of the "Murdock men" curse (and may not even remember her grandmother talking about it). So the "devil" thing doesn't have as much traction. But that doesn't mean the whole Murdock fighting and anger parts aren't there. Not that anyone cares, unless they do, in which case; I hope this digression into names is inspiring to someone!]

I really hope someone fills this!

Daredevil vs Winter

Now, I've never actually been in NYC in winter, but I'm assuming it's cold and also that it sees at least some snow.

Now imagine Matt trying to parkour everywhere in winter, with ice and slush and snow everywhere.

Does violent crime slow down in winter? How warm is he in that costume? Does somebody go viral by positing a pic to Instagram of Daredevil in a scarf? Does he accidentally injure himself slipping while trying to climb up a fire escape?

Fake Marriage DOESN'T Lead to Dating

Because we haven't had this one yet, as far as I know.

Matt and Foggy get married for whatever reasons. Taxes, testifying in court, getting on each other's health insurance, et cetera. Not Vegas though (that doesn't happen for real). They stay married for awhile, because divorce paperwork is expensive and they got married for a reason, and people start to think they're together, and that Foggy is cheating on Matt with Marci, or Matt is cheating on Foggy with Karen/Claire/Jessica, but they're not. They just wanted better health insurance, damnit.

Mat is somewhere with people who are not Foggy or used to blind people (emergency, conference, all you can eat buffet whatever). He's fine, he has a cane and can navigate well. Except people keep insisting to guide him, they just take his arm and start escorting him. The thing is they suck at it. They hold his arm too tight or disregard his wishes to be left alone.

Bonus: Someone guides him *into* something.

+It's an Avenger or hero who do it. Maybe Tony who is very like "Come on dude, I can get you there much faster - oh shit I just pushed you into a door."

Some nights, when he's between targets, waiting for supplies, and exercising any more would be counterproductive, Frank has time to think. That's always the worst. But the worst thoughts of all revolve around Matthew Michael Murdock.

What would it be like, Frank wonders, if Maria had just told him the whole truth from the start? How would he have handled it? His life had already been so full; would he have ditched her as too complicated? On the other hand, he had grown to love Lisa so quickly; he couldn't imagine being content with knowing about little Matthew and Maria's abandonment of him, and the arguments and cold war that characterized their last few months of married life may have come at the beginning of it, instead. Without the strong foundation they had built together, would they ever have lasted, or would she have abandoned him without ever looking back, like she had Jack and Matthew Murdock?

Frank remembered when he had thought that Jack Murdock might be a threat. Lisa had told him about her first marriage while they worked out the details for her second, and he had been concerned about the tears in her eyes and the catches in her voice when she had talked about her former husband's temper, had explained how it had become too much and she had realized she had to walk away. He had looked into it, but not too far; he had learned that Jack Murdock had not contested the divorce, that he didn't seem to have the resources or the personality for vendetta, and let it go, content that Maria was free and clear and, most importantly, all his.

At the time, he had hated the thought that Maria clearly had a type: Catholic and dangerous. He had consoled himself with the thought that he didn't have the flash-fire temper that "Battling Jack Murdock" was known for, that Maria would never have a reason to leave him. When the existence of Matthew Michael Murdock had burst upon his awareness, he had finally done his due diligence, and found the information he should have known much earlier about Maria's first marriage. All of it pointed to another similarity with himself that Frank found more endearing with the passage of time (and, not incidentally, Jack Murdock himself): they both apparently loved their children fiercely. Everybody agreed that Jack was utterly devoted to his son.

So maybe Frank wouldn't have made any demands that Maria would have found too crazy for the beginning of their married life, since little Matthew Michael Murdock seemed happy and safe enough with his dad. But that would have changed, Frank thought, with that father's death; Frank would have insisted they get him, not leave him to be raised by a bunch of nuns. Not that he had anything against the sisters; but they weren't family.

Oh, he had been so angry with Maria, when he discovered what she had hidden from him. Unlike Jack Murdock, his temper, once roused, was slow-burning but implacable, and it had never been roused against Maria before. Maria had finally succumbed to his demand, attending Matthew's college graduation with him, the two of them cheering loudly as he crossed the stage despite the fact that they were supposed to hold it until the end. Even so, it was a full three months from the time he discovered the printout Maria had left in the printer tray listing "Matthew M. Murdock, summa cum laude" among the upcoming graduates to the picnic which was his signal that he was finally ready to reconcile, to end the silences that had sprung up between them after the children went to bed. He bitterly regretted, now, that he had ever shut out his wife like that at all, and particularly for what turned out to be the last few months of her life.

So, yes, sometimes Frank wondered what it would be like to have raised little Matthew. Mostly, though, he was grateful that the young man had been spared his mother's and half-siblings' murders. He realized, watching what would have been his stepson if other choices had been made cross the stage to receive his J.D., that he wouldn't wish his anger and fierce desire for justice that outstripped what the law could supply on anyone so young, let alone one so unequipped for his life as the handicapped, idealistic, intellectual young man being enthusiastically cheered by the next graduate in line. He was grateful that this last little piece of Maria walking around in the world was safe, both from his crusade and from his enemies. Frank promised himself to stay far away from Matthew Michael Murdock, so that he would never be caught in the crossfire or in his crosshairs. Maria had been right, after all: Matthew was better off as he was.

I had - have - a friend...

This line from Claire intrigues me in so many different ways, but all I really want is a scene where Matt proves her right and shows that he's a friend. (At the very least.) Give me Matt tracking Claire down after he hears about the shit that went down at the hospital, based on him assuming she would have been there. By phone, by DD persona, as mild-mannered-lawyer Matt Murdock who probably shouldn't be admitting that he knows where she's had to move to... Just give me some worried Matt and appreciative Claire.

Matt/Foggy, Tickling (as punishment)

Actually, Foggy quite likes it sometimes when Matt is deliberately being a brat, because it means he gets to tie his wrists to the headboard, and go to town. (Foggy thinks Matt doesn't laugh/smile enough. Matt begs to disagree, but is mostly down to just begging now) But the sight of Matt, on his back, wrists above his head and completely exposed to Foggy, *Daredevil* nervously squirming because he knows what's coming next, and he could deal with pain all day long, he could, but when Foggy's fingers dance along his sides, or the soles of his feet, or the inside of his spread thighs...by the time Foggy finally, *finally* declares his punishment over and fucks him, Matt is an utter *mess* and couldn't be more boneless and more keyed-up at the same time.

Bonus for utterly ridiculous pleas for mercy and threats of inventive cruelty from both sides.

Matt is Frank's lawyer and/or friend, and eventually Frank notices that Matt is getting injured all the time. He knows that Matt's excuses are bullshit and decides to start lowkey following him around to catch who ever it is thats beating up an innocent blind guy. He's really good at blending in and is confident that even if Matt could see he wouldn't know that Frank is following (stalking) him.
He doesn't know that Matt can hear his heartbeat and knows exactly what he's doing.

Jossie and the evolution of Nelson & Murdock

Jossie has been there for a long time and she migth be a hard ass but she knows her clients and some she has seen since they were young.

I have a lot of scenarios here. Thsi are just some

Foggy is 17 and he just broke up with someone he comes to the bar and throw a big amount of cash on the counter. She has seen the kid around hell Kitchen, he's that rich asshole lawyer son who abandoned him so many years ago. She's no gossip but every little happens ends up a tpic of discussion of someone in her bar.

He ask her to give her any drink, she watches him and ask for his ID, he doesnt give it to her, he says he has cash, she says no. He says he will go somewhere else and he takes his money but she stop him, she gives hima bottle of The EeL and she watches how teh kid drinks it like it's water.

Same day Matt is 18 an Josie hears the tap tap tap of something hitting the floor, she looks up and see this kid, square shoulders and a good build for his age, he looks older but she knows better also she and everyone knows who he is the moment he comes through the door, after all how many kids are blind and are the living image of his father. She shuts everyone up when she hers the murmurs spreading through the bar.
Matt takes the stool in front of her and ask her for a drink, as always she ask for an ID and he shows it, he tells her he is not on age to drink but he wants a drink to celebrate. She ask him why and he says all smiles and proud of himself.

"I'm going to college, I got accepted at Columbia"

She smiles with him and gift him one of her best bottles and some costumers start to complaint and she jus flip them off.

Down the bar she sees this otehr kid, drinking himself sick, he is on hsi second bottle and she knows it's time to call a cab for him.

She sees Franklin or Foggy coming though teh doors he has his hands around a geourgeus girl. She knows that shw will only bring troubles for him, The girl is eying eveyone up and one thing people dont like on her bar is being look up on. Foggy ask for coctels and shit she doesn't like to make but she has to if she wants to keep the bussiness going. She waits till he comes for the drinks and tell him why in the hell eh brought that snub girl to her bar. He tells r she ask him to bring her to a place where he felt liek home andJosie tells him to cut the crap and better pay attention cause some of the customers are watching her like she is the only weoman they've ever seen. He says not worry but well he's full of crap.

The woman, Marci she later learns his name leaves after he goes to the bathdroom. Michael (another regular) went to their table and said something in his ear and well, Michael is everything Foggy is not, muscle bodybuilding type of guy, cocky and a biker. Jossie knewthe girl went weak in the knees when Michael put his good "I'll fuck" smile to use. She has seen it a lot of times.

Michael comes to her and pays Foggy and Marci's tab and he tels her to tell him "Im sorry but the best man wins" and Jossie may or maynot charge him four times what it was supposed to pay.

Two hours later she sees Matt coming to get Foggy, She called him because the kid wasnt in any shape to go alone to the campus. Matt is not alone, he is with woman as beautiful as Foggy's date. She thinks her name has something to do with a food, Nachos or something. She has been around Matt for sometime now. Matt comes to her and ask her how much is it and Foggy hers and comes stubling drunk on hiss ass and tells him that Michael is payin that in fact Michael is paying everyone's tap this bring a cheers out of everone. She lets Matt take Foggy not before she hears hims aying that why he went out with Maci if he knew how she is.

Half the Kitchen is destroyed and for some Miracle hers and some other bar name Luke's (she doesnt even care for that other bar tbh) survived the attack, aliens the news says. She is busy, hella busy, there are a lot of people in the bar and everyone is asking for a drink and she is almost overwhelmed byb everything.

Someone taps her back and she almost scream. It's Matt.
"Tell me how i can help" and Foggy behing him "There are a lot of peopel and some dont seem like will liek to wait for their drinks"
"Well, thay can go a screw themselves. What are you doing here, arent you supposed to be with your family?."
"They are fine and i wanted to come and see if you were okay"
"You know, this doesnt mean I will give any of you free drink"
"We dont expect any" "maybe one or two" Matt and Foggy said at the same time

She sees them of their graduation day, they got a few drinks to calm their nerves. Matt wasupposed to talk to the whole set of students being the best of his year and Foggy well he doesnt want to trip on his way up the stage tho she doesnt know how a drink is supposed to help with that.

So, there were prompts about Foggy throwing stuff at Matt at the office which resulted in him getting smacked in the face when Karen walked in. BUT we know that Matt has a perfect butt, so what if Foggy was aiming things at THAT instead of Matt's face? And, when Karen walks in, the thrown object just gracefully and quite literally BOUNCES off of Matt's perfect ass. I just love this image, please someone indulge me.
It can go into pure crack territory or somewhere more 'normal', either way I don't mind.

Matt the Angsty Thanksgiving Baby

Matt is spending his first Thanksgiving with Foggy's family and it's overwhelming. Everyone is being so nice and there's so much love to go around.
All day, beneath the hugs and the pats on the back and the general merriment, Matt can hear Stick's voice telling him he doesn't deserve this, how he's just stealing affection from normal people who are worth it.
So while Foggy is busy with the holiday hustle and bustle, Matt is finding little ways to punish himself; talking to the Racist uncle so that no one else has to, refusing desert, sneaking away for the occasional panic attack, ect. All culminating with Foggy finding Matt hugging the toilet and forcing dinner back up with Foggy realizing in all the holiday induced stress he had missed him best friend going through some really tough shit.

I JUST WANT MATT TO SUFFER AND BE ANGSTY AND FEEL UNDESERVING OF LOVE AT THE HOLIDAYS.
