That's kind of funny because I recently wrote a Matilda/Foggy story (where they meet at law school, even) and I actually originally considered keeping it gen. That would make a really cool story. But then I didn't, so, sorry.

[Also, I've seen people go "Madeleine" for female Matt. Which is cool because Mary Magdalene traditionally had demons cast out of her. But I went with Matilda because "mighty in battle" is also awesome, and part of my head-canon for the verse was that, being female, she wasn't as afraid of the "Murdock men" curse (and may not even remember her grandmother talking about it). So the "devil" thing doesn't have as much traction. But that doesn't mean the whole Murdock fighting and anger parts aren't there. Not that anyone cares, unless they do, in which case; I hope this digression into names is inspiring to someone!]
