Mat is somewhere with people who are not Foggy or used to blind people (emergency, conference, all you can eat buffet whatever). He's fine, he has a cane and can navigate well. Except people keep insisting to guide him, they just take his arm and start escorting him. The thing is they suck at it. They hold his arm too tight or disregard his wishes to be left alone.

Bonus: Someone guides him *into* something.
