Nelson and Murdock get invited to a fancy shindig

Say they managed to bag, like, the prodigal son of some really rick dude as a client. After the case is won, the good people of Nelson and Murdock get invited to a classy, high-brow party.

Just imagine our favorite avocados in fancy (rented) tuxes, Karen absolutely fabulous with her two escorts (who she may ditch at some point because girl saw something she liked and went after it).

I can see Foggy being really good at the mingling and making connections. When Matt gets cornered he turns on the charm, but this is really not his scene and eventually he escapes to a balcony or something and Foggy has to go hunt him down.

Matt recieves a head injury. Permanant damage.

Matt turns up at Foggy's place one night, blood pouring from a head wound, and promptly collapses on the floor. Foggy manages to get him changed into some different clothes before calling an ambulance.

Matt has bleeding in his brain and needs an operation to relieve the pressure on his brain. When Matt wakes up his recovery is extremely slow, and he suffers from some permanent weakness in in his left leg and arm. How does he cope with that?

When Matt and Foggy finally get together, Foggy assumes that Matt's enhanced senses mean that sex must be even more awesome. Wrong. It's the exact opposite.

The sounds. The smells... dear god, the smells. Matt can't stand it, but he has needs. He still wants sex, even if he hates it. What does Foggy think about this?

Foggy/Matt or Foggy/Frank-Destructo Nookie

For whatever reason(magical curse? unbreakable handcuffs? who cares), Matt and Frank aren't able to get more than 2 feet away from each other (or less, maybe they are stuck skin to skin) and they both have a very bad time because of it.

Matt wont let Frank go punishing and Matt can't bring Frank with him to do his lawyering. Instead they spend the next couple of days trying to fix their problem.

Matt/Foggy, Avengers - No Accounting For Taste

Ok, we've got a lot of prompts for the Avengers loving Foggy, but what if they didn't? Say they don't see him that often, and usually when he's stressed out and mad as fire because Matt's gone and got himself nearly killed again, and so haven't had the best impression of his character. As such, they really can't wrap their heads around why Daredevil is quite so obviously completely gone on the guy. It just doesn't make much sense for them, why Daredevil - handsome, badass, brilliant and absolutely anti-social - would go for someone like Foggy Nelson.
Bonus points for:
- When Matt and Foggy find out, it's Matt who's more offended by this attitude on the part of his occasional teammates.
- Outlandish theorising.
- Steve understanding a bit more than the others, having been the 'Foggy' in his relationship with Bucky before the serum.

Talking about Daredevil stuff over the phone could be dangerous, so maybe Matt and Foggy start speaking in code. Maybe the best codes they can think of on the fly consist entirely of terrible innuendos and shameless flirting. Maybe this becomes something of a pastime. Maybe they both enjoy these check-ins a liiiiitle too much.

So in episode 10 Foggy takes a call from Brett and when Matt asks what he said Foggy assumes he heard anyway and Matt tell him: "It doesn't work like that. I have to concentrate. Focus on letting it in."

So it seems like it's probably actually a great help for Matt to have someone like Foggy narrating gestures (especially small ones) and guiding Matt when they walk because Matt could do it himself but it takes focus and with Foggy he gets used to being able to relax, trusting Foggy to be there to fill him in.

But after Foggy finds out he stops, assuming Matt doesn't need it. Cue Matt suddenly having to focus his senses way more than usual to compensate and his brain not liking it much.

Matt ends up in the Murderdock universe. Not in Murderdock's life, just in the same universe. Naturally, he goes to Foggy. So now DA!Foggy has to deal with a very confused, worried Matt Murdock sleeping on his couch and trying to find out how to get back to his own universe. And, just to make matters worse, Murderdock has found out that there's someone in town who matches his description perfectly living with that irritating DA who's been a thorn in his side for years.
Bonus points for:
- Matt having a harder time believing there's a version of him out there who doesn't think the world of Foggy Nelson than he does with the whole 'evil me' thing.
- Foggy calling Spider-Woman in to help verify Matt's story and the ensuing awkwardness.
- Married Matt/Foggy in Matt's home universe.

Daredevil/Doctor Who crossover

So I re-watched 'Angels of Manhattan' recently. I would love a story where Amy and Rory are Foggy's relatives (grandparents maybe?)

Bonus if they listen to Foggy complain about Matt all the time and just smile knowingly, because they worked out Matt was Daredevil ages ago and they know that despite what Foggy may say he loves Matt and he wouldn't ever leave him. (Super bonus if Rory gives Matt the 'shovel' talk and is way more threatening than Matt though he was capable of being)

Another bonus if Amelia Williams was Karen's favourite author as she was growing up.

Matt vs sleeping pills + sexual assault

The reason why Matt doesn't like sleeping pills is, he tried taking them once in undergrad. They worked really well, but he had to stop using them because he eventually figured out his roommate (can be an OC if your headcanon is that he and Foggy didn't meet in undergrad) was doing things to him in his sleep.

Things like sucking Matt's dick, or using a condom and then putting his own dick in Matt's mouth. Stuff that someone without Matt's enhanced senses might not notice, etc.

Trans!Matt, Jack Murdock - Back from the dead

Through some means or other, Jack Murdock returns from the grave. That would be hard enough on its own. Matters are further complicated, however, by the fact that he's returning not to his nine-year-old daughter, but to his twenty-eight-year-old son. Matt struggling with Matt's identity and how to react to this - he obviously adores his kid, but he's never known a trans person before, and is still trying to work out how to deal with it.
Bonus points for:
- Matt and Foggy are together, which only makes things harder for Jack.
- Jack talking to Father Lantom about it.

Matt/Foggy, Slavery AU - Consent problems

Yeeeeah, I admit I may have been hanging around too much in the last prompt post tonight, but I'd really like to read this one scene, so...

Matt is a slave belonging to Foggy, but while he isn't exactly thrilled about being someone's property, Foggy respects and treats him like his friend and equal rather than his pet, so it's almost bearable. He took Matt to Columbia with him, lets him work as a lawyer and (if he knows already in this fic) even lets him go Daredevilling, just because he knows Matt would be *miserable* if he didn't. And Matt should be happy, really. There is almost no way a slave could have a fulfilling life, but somehow, Foggy manages to provide one for him anyway. Matt gets to joke, banter and argue with him like a free person, pretty secure in the knowledge that Foggy wouldn't ever hurt him and everything could be perfect, buuuuuuuut...there is the *tiny* problem that Matt kinda wants to be more than friends with the man who owns him.

And he *knows* that Foggy's attracted to him, too, only he REFUSES TO DO ANYTHING about it and it drives Matt nuts. (And he won't let Matt do anything about it, either - he permits kisses, but only chaste ones, and whenever Matt tried to initiate something more in the past, he got shot down quickly, because Foggy tells him he can't clear it with his conscience to use Matt - "You're not *using* me, Foggy, I *want* this" - and he's far too worried about hurting Matt, making him relieve a bad memory, or doing something Matt doesn't want, and his friend not telling him because he's too scared/conditioned/gone to do anything to tell Foggy to stop. Mrs and Mrs Nelson had been *very* clear about 'enthusiastic consent' during Foggy's teenage years, and he's pretty sure this qualifies problematic.

(He is less worried about Matt going off to have sex with someone else, but "they don't own you, Matt, I know you can leave and come back home if they do anything you don't want - no, that isn't a 'double standard', that's the truth, dammit!")

Sooo. Just gimme sexually-frustrated slave!Matt trying to convince his owner that yes, he'd very much like to prove how enthusiastic his consent is, and Foggy having toothaches because he seriously is completely at sea what the morally right choice is, here. Does Matt try to employ lawyerly rhethoric to convince him? Does an extremely red-faced Foggy try to explain his problem and ask for advice from Karen after one eel-drink too many? Does Matt consider threatening to find himself a supervillain boyfriend if Foggy doesn't come around? Ideally, this should be set in an AU where slaves can't be freed, of course, because that would be too easy, obviously :p Make it as fluffy, or as cracky, or as desperate as you want, I'm fine with anything!

I've just been obsessed with this for awhile. Like, even in the show, he does resemble his father, at least in personality, and I really want Josie or someone to just tell him that one day. Just, "You look/remind me of your dad" or "I think your dad would have been proud of you" and Matt just breaking down, or just word-vomiting his total happiness at that fact. I love Dorky Avocado Matt, and it could be anyone.

So if you have a bad case of inappropriate guilt you know that it doesn't just stick to one thing. It sort of infects your life and eats you from the inside and it kind of makes you a bleeding heart about everything. I kind of see his guilt portrayed pretty simply in a lot of stories ie 'I don't deserve possessions' or 'I don't deserve nice friends' etc. etc. etc. but I need some more fucked up magical thinking in my life. Because to figure that the city is fucked unless he takes the weight of it on his shoulders, the dude has some serious magical thinking.

What I want is Matt just feeling guilty about things that aren't his fault. Maybe there's a world crisis and he can't afford to send aid so he feels directly responsible. Maybe his neighbor who has three kids has a less spacious apartment than he has and he feels like this is his fault. Maybe one of his childhood friends from the orphanage didn't get as good of grades Matt did in high school so he couldn't afford to go to college like Matt could and Matt thinks 'if I had just helped him study more. . .'

+if Foggy and Karen post-Daredevil clue into his guilt more and figure out ways to redirect his thoughts when he's guilting it up
