okay so like I've seen a lot of fics where like Foggy dies or disappears or leaves and Matt grieves but because I'm a sadist I'd kind of like to see the reverse
like how does Foggy mourn the loss of Matt, how does he grieve
is he depressed, does he drink too much, does he spend countless hours researching how to bring Matt back, does he pick himself up and dust himself off? You decide

Matt & Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

Apparently the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comic was a parody/homage to Daredevil.

Let's say the accident that caused Matt's blindness/powers also caused the turtles' mutation. Matt has no idea that the TMNT exist until he's forced to work them.

Use which ever version of the TMNT you want. I'm only familiar with the early 90s TMNT cartoon but you do you potential author anon.

I don't know what would be worse: if the videos/pics were taken without his knowledge and he only finds out about them when they go public. Or if he trusted somebody enough to let them take video/pics of him, and that act of trust ends up coming back to haunt him.

So I'll leave that choice up to any potential filler.

There's another prompt with non-con photography, but not consenting (consented?) pictures. For maximum emotional damage, consider him being photographed in a blindfold because he (or his partner) didn't want his eyes in the picture. Someone notes the resemblance to Daredevil and suddenly comparison images are trending and there's way more interest than a typical 'random hot person's nudes' photo set

I don't really care how it happens: fuck or die, sex pollen, alpha/omega, whatever. Or maybe Frank has just finally had enough of Daredevil getting in his way, so he decides to teach him a lesson. Really, whatever whets your appetite.

Only one thing: I don't mind if tranquilizer darts and/or drugs are used in the set up, but I want Matt to be conscious for the main event.

I would like to read a Mattfoggy version of the Spanish book "Where the Angels don't sleep" but with a happy ending. I just read it and it's the saddest story.
The protagonist is a blind lawyer called Matt Denver that gets accused of raping her young niece and goes to prison for 10 years (even thought he really didn't do it) where he suffers abuse from the other convicts and from the guards, who end on making him an heroin addict and a kind of prostitute. There he befriends a murder convict (who killed all the men of a gang, that previously had killed his wife and daughter) who actually is named Steve Rogers (lol).
When he finally gets out of prison, now an addict he becomes an actual prostitute for an agency, to finance his necessity. In his new work he meets a young man named Dick who falls in love with him, and who is the assistant district attorney, (the actual District attorney ends up being Matt's twin brother, who hates him) he does everything to try and help Matt whom at this point actually believes he raped his niece, because he thinks that with all the bad things that have been happening to him he really must have done something bad even if he doesn't remember it. Dick helps Matt meet with his mother who was the only one who always believed in him Tragedies keep happening, Matt falls in love with a young eighteen years old girl (who is also a prostitute) and she ends getting pregnant of him, but dies in childbirth. His brother, Dan finds him and takes the child saying he will give her back if Matt helps him get a murderer of male prostitutes, he agrees to help and while serving as bait the man attacks him but Dick saves him. After all of this his brother doesn't want to give her daughter back and Matt escapes. Dick and his mother don't know nothing about him for a long while, and her mother gets cancer for which he dies after she stops caring for herself prying or her son. Dick finally finds Matt and he tells him that his daughter is fine, Matt finally tells Dick that he loves him and they make love for the first time (well with both of them loving each other) but Matt flees again and ends up dying alone of a pneumonia for sleeping naked on the street on winter.
Sooo this story really caused a big impression on me, and with that terribly sad ending I just wanted something good to happen to him, because he was innocent :(
Anyway the main reason for which I want it to be a Mattfoggy AU with characters of the MCU is 'cause I couldn't stop thinking about Matt Murdock while reading this... For obvious reasons... I mean, come on, the guy was called Matt he was blind and he was a lawyer.
If someone can make this, it would be awesome. Thank you for reading :)

The only difference is that this time, there are lots of people around, and when it becomes clear to others that Foggy isn't needs help, Matt is pushed aside by people who aren't necessarily medical professionals but who OBVIOUSLY are better suited to help than he is because he's the Blind Guy and he's in no position to administer first aid to anyone else, right? /sarcasm

Cue Matt feeling helpless but also furious because his best friend is dying and nobody's letting him do anything about it. On the flip side, though, someone else is saving Foggy's life and he's not about to get in the way of that.

But he's not happy. It was given to him by some mystical being who thinks they're helping by 'fixing' Matt and they did it without his prior knowledge or consent. As a result, he's miffed that this was done to him without any warning, and he's been blind longer than he had sight. Trying to relearn the world with sight and his super senses is overwhelming and confusing.

Murderer, aggressive, easily angered, easily embarrassed. But he's NOT a rapist. He despises them, he hates them, and one of the reasons he wants to take out the Russians is because he finds their human trafficking horrific and he doesn't want that kind of shit in 'his' city.

Bonus: Fisk comes upon baddies trying to sexually assault DD while he's hurt and unable to fight back and Fisk saves him.

So let's say that when Frank got married, it was to his childhood friend Matt instead of Maria.

When the tragedy happens, their two kids are still shot dead, but Matt's body is nowhere to be found. Knowing the chances of survival for someone missing for more than a few days, Frank tries not to get his hopes up that Matt could still be out there somewhere, but he never stops searching for the truth of what happened to him.

Then he meets Daredevil, who seems to know Frank very well... could he have had something to do with it?

Frank is dead inside and he'll never be over Matt but Daredevil inexplicably becomes Frank's work wife when they fight crime together and Daredevil obviously has a THING for Frank but Punisher can't process feelings like a healthy individual. Daredevil can't interact with Frank for longer than fifteen minutes without having to excuse himself.

Oh god what if Matt gave up his public identity to escape the mob and he thought Frank was dead all this time and now he doesn't know how to come home NO STOP IT I'M DEAD

Matt/Peter Parker, Soul Mates AU

Basically, you have a mark on your body (a symbol or image of some sort) that represents your soulmate. Generally it's no bigger than a hand.

Peter's mark is huge, but it's more of an impressionist painting than a "proper" symbol, instead swirls of tonal reds. Maybe it even goes on to his face some, requiring the full mask. Peter can't even imagine the sort of person that it represents.

Then he meets Matt, and can.

Repost: Foggy has a run in with an alternative version of Daredevil

That alternative version?
Not nice. At all.
(A few pages back there was a prompt about an alternate reality where Foggy was never born and Matt ends up being a lot darker and more brutal which is one possibility but anything else would be fine as well).
It ends up being a very painful experience for Foggy. Still somehow he gets away/is just randomly transported back to his own dimension where he is greeted by his Daredevil.
Only that at least for a while Foggy is too out from pain/confusion to realize that and freaks out.
Cue Matt going: Oh my God, Foggy what happened? Who hurt you?

Even once Foggy is past that first stage of confusion it's hard because of course he knows that this Matt is his best friend and would never hurt him but that doesn't change the fact that this guy looks exactly like the one that broke his wrist/whatever and he just needs some time to deal with everything.
Which by the way would be a lot easier if he could go on merrily pretending everything's fine but that's impossible if Matt can tell that Foggy is holding his breath and his heart is beating faster when Matt's making any rash movements or comes too close.

Additional thoughts by OP: As said this was inspired by a prompt about Matt never meeting Foggy and so being a lot more violent because of that. I am fine with any alternate reality but a DD who recognises Foggy and still hurts him would obviously be very dark (which I would also be fine with if you can find a good reason why this dark version wouldn't just kill Foggy straightaway).
If you want to go the 'they never met'-route I'd be fine with some more ambiguous reasons for a darker Matt (like he never went to Columbia, which means he would never met Foggy but there would be more differences in the lives of both versions that could have caused everything)

I have now spent a lot of time elaborating on the background when really the main thing I want here is lots of h/c and everybody crying

Karen starts noticing weird things after the end of season 1. Matt's still coming in with bruises, she overhears arguing that suddenly stops when she makes her presence known, Matt is really hesitant/nervous around Foggy, etc. The one day she comes in to see Foggy throwing something at Matt and she snaps.

Obviously everything is just because of Matt being Daredevil (getting punched by bad guys, fighting about Matt telling Karen, Matt feels guilty about making Foggy worry and avoids him, Foggy throws something at him to test his reflexes and Matt doesn't catch it because he knows Karen is right outside the door and doesn't want her to see, etc.) I'm not looking for actual abuse here, just Karen jumping to very wrong conclusions.

Either humor (Karen is embarrassed and everything is fine in the end) or angst (Foggy is hurt that she thinks he could do that and Karen feels terrible and everything is awful).

+If Karen thinks Matt hasn't said anything about it because he thinks this is his "penance" for his fight with Foggy.

Foggy discovers that Matt's mother is alive and a nun/housewife.

He's pissed because Matt was on his way to being trained as a child solider with Stick and didn't have the best childhood after his father died.

So he does what his own mother would do.

He destroys her.

He makes sure Matt is unaware of it. In the end he realizes he is more like his biological mother and can't regret it in that instance, but his real mother's teaching do have him feeling bad.

Only a little.

Daredevil is fighting ith several other superheroes when Matt gets hit by comic-book logic powered deaging ray that regresses superheros back to ponit where they first became "super" so Matt is turned a scared none year old boy who was just hit by a truck and panicking. Over not being able to see and screaming for his dad.

Thinking about it, if all the avengers got hit that would leave only Iron Man and the Hulk as functioning adult superheroes. All the rest of the avengers got their powers as kids. Cue Tony Stark and Bruce Banner trying to take care of a whole bunch of superpowered kids (including baby Thor because he was born with his powers). I think Matt would actually be one of the older ones, and therefore would have to help supervise the little ones.

Matt finishes his training but grows up with Foggy

So I've seen a lot of prompts where Stick never leaves and Matt continues his training only to later run in to Lawyer!Foggy and fall in love with him, etc.

What I want is the same deal, but somehow they meet as children, during the time of Matt's training, and proceed to become great friends.

How does Foggy deal with his secretive new friend? He's worried about him obviously. Matt probably has a bajillion more issues that are quickly piling up, which can't be good when he meets Foggy's family, or in any general conversations. Is he even allowed to hang out with Foggy, or is he doing it secretly, but Stick of course will find out and punish him for it? What does his training entail and if Foggy knows about it, how do they deal with it together?

There are so many possibilities, please someone give this to me I will make you a million cookies.

Through handwaving reasons Jack comes back.
Matt and Foggy have been together for at least a year now and are very happy toether. Jack struggles WAY more with Matt's homosexuality then with him being Daredevil. With the time that and culture that Jack grew up in, I am sure he believes a lot of stereotypes or maybe never even knew someone who is out of the closet.

I don't want blatant homophobia but I don't think Jack would welcome Foggy as Matts significant other with ease. Does Jack stick his foot in his mouth when he first finds out? Does he rapidly realize how important this is to Matt and start buying books? Maybe he consults father Atlanta or goes to a support group. There is no question how much Jack adores his son but I don't see this as being a cakewalk for him.
