Okay so this is a total trash prompt and I feel bad for it... but still prompting it anyway...

Someone knows who Daredevil is. And they keep posting audio files on the internet full of hints that they know and how much they know. This goes on for weeks.

Then they post a audio file of Foggy being fucked by a group of men, complete with colour commentry of what is going on.

Thing is it actually happened months ago, before Foggy even knew about Daredevil. Foggy never mentioned it because it was consensual.

Cue everyone feeling gulity and Matt listening to the file way more than is approprite.

+100 for Foggy catching Matt masterbating while listening to it.

Foggy has a secret he's hiding from Matt.

He's mentally connected with another person,it's nonromantic but very strong,meaning that he can feel their emotions (anger,happiness,fear,excitement.) He also gets physical signs of the person (such as their scars if they self harm or not),birthmarks,outlines of tattoos,and worst of all,signs of sexual activity.Hickeys,bitemarks and even worse than that Foggy will smell like the person his brain mate was having sex with.

Needless to say this puts a strain on his relationships.

Matt thinks he's cheating with everyone and is heartbroken. Karen and Claire are protective mama bears,and Foggy just wants to crawl under a hole.

Rentboy!Matt AU alternate first meeting

Inspired by a recent WIP.

Foggy ends up defending RentBoy!Matt. Same age or age difference, don't care. Matt ended up turning to prostitution because who hires a blind guy and the money his dad left him disappeared through creative accounting, and after Stick he's broken goods anyway, but hey he can take care of himself thank you very much.

Maybe he gets arrested and Foggy's at the station trying to find clients. Maybe Foggy sees him getting roughed up by cops on the street and steps in Good Samaritan-like. Either way Foggy finds himself unable not to help such a handsome, wounded duck and also, fuck the people who told Matt he wasn't worth more than this.

Ohhh, yes please! I d also love it if Matt still had powers and was using them to defend other people down their luck, thereby getting himself into trouble regularly.

Foggy ends up with his very own secret, either during, or post-s1: he's psychically connected to seven different people (or more). he panics about it, because--what the fuck, why's he seeing and hearing and feeling things, oh god oh god oh god.

in time, however, he learns to deal with it and use it to his advantage. having a criminal in the cluster is really convenient when you've locked yourself out of your apartment.

Matt, not being a sensate, is deeply concerned when Foggy does or says something that he knows Foggy doesn't usually say/do. and when did he get to be so good at foreign languages?? Foggy would tell him, he's just. not sure how to say, "hey, Matt, did you know I'm psychically connected to like seven people now? weird huh???"

BONUS POINTS:
+ other Marvel characters in the cluster. suggestions include: Clint Barton, Natasha Romanov, Scott Lang, Sam Wilson, Kate Bishop, Jane Foster, an aged-up Kamala Khan, a not-dead Gwen Stacy, anyone, as long as they're not an established part of the MCU!Daredevil cast.
++ (which means if you want Kirsten McDuffie and Foggy Nelson to be in the same cluster then fucking do it.)
+ this one's trickier, but: crossover characters, from any series. for example: OP thinks it would be v funny if Foggy found himself in the same cluster as, say, Eliot Spencer (or Parker) from Leverage.
+ Matt finds out, bc at one point he gets kidnapped to draw out Daredevil, and then Foggy comes storming in and proceeds to kick ass. (he actually gets help from like, the entire cluster, bc Foggy is a great lawyer but he is not very good at fist fights.)
+ Foggy using lawyer skills to get the members of his cluster out of a bad situation, both through sharing and through just making them clients.

Frank meets Matt Murdock and Daredevil separately, and doesn't realize that they're the same person. (Up to you if he meets Matt for the first time when he defends him or if they knew each other from way back.) Frank and Matt are friends, while Frank hates Daredevil with a passion, and never pulls his punches against him.

Frank finds himself becoming very protective of the fiery yet vulnerable lawyer, and when he notices that Matt is regularly getting bruised, beaten, and cut up, he is understandably very concerned. When he finally puts the pieces together and realizes that he is the one who's been hurting him, his reaction is not pretty.

I love the headcanon that Foggy's Mom loves Matt like her own son, and I'd really like to see that dynamic played out repeatedly. Like, every time Matt meets a mother who's kid is all grown up, the mom decides to treat him like her own for as long as he's around. Feeding him, knitting him sweaters, sending him birthday cards, I don't care, I just want all of the moms to spoil this blind orphan boy their kid dragged in from the cold.

Give me Josie, Bess Mahoney, Foggy's mom, Elena Cardenas, really anybody you can think of.

Bonus for Foggy and Brett commiserating over how their moms like Matt better.

Foggy goes out if Mrs Cardenas' apartment into (for all he knows) a collapsing hallway to see if anybody needs help. He has no training, no powers, he's just a decent guy with a smidge of a hero complex. It later turns out that he was injured and just powering through the pain, and he is an /ordinary guy/ in a world full of superheroes.

Despite appearances, Foggy is the more vulnerable out of him and Matt, and the only reason he seems sensible to those who know about Daredevil is because Matt is incredibly stupid about his own personal safety.

Basically, I would like to read anything about Foggy being a Big Damn Hero despite his absolute lack of qualifications, and someone telling him off about it afterwards. Because seriously, at this rate they'll both end up dead much too soon.

I have this headcannon that when they meet, Foggy and Steve don't get on. And Steve can't work out why, Foggy likes everyone else, even Frank Castle (sometimes). Until someone (in my head bucky) takes Steve to one side and says that Steve is basically '4F - ing' Foggy all the time. And Steve splutters and says but Foggy is not a superhero and is a civillan and Steve just wants him to be safe. Bucky points out that Steve was actually a 90 astmatic and had a list of medical problems a mile long. All Bucky wanted was for him to be safe. But it didn't stop Steve getting cross if Bucky said he didn't want Steve to enlist...

Anyone else here remember how back in bandom's heyday one of the big things was super fucking cracky stuff that was written seriously? (Like. I once read a fic where one of the main characters had been turned into a belt.)

I would so love to see some of that in this fandom. Foggy wakes up and Matt's turned into a tiny kitten? Awesome. Suddenly Matt has tentacles coming out of his middle? Awesome. One of them wakes up and has no idea what the fuck is going on because he went to sleep in a slightly different universe and everything is all wrong? Awesome.

Is anyone else watching The Fuzz? It's on Netflix, and it's a hardboiled crime show where some of the characters are puppets and they live in this puppet ghetto where crime is sky-high and there's a massive problem with jellybean addiction. The police (who only have one puppet officer) admit that they don't care about crimes against puppets, with the head of the Puppet Crime Taskforce bragging that he used to rob stores in P-Town just for the rush.

Matt is the Devil of P-Town, Brett is a puppet cop who's struggling to make any of his colleagues take him seriously, Nelson and Murdock is... Actually, I don't mind about the rest, who else is a puppet or a human. I kind of just want to see puppet!Matt and puppet!Brett.

That's pretty much it.
I'm a simple person with simple needs.

He can be injured/knocked out or it can be in a romantic and/or sexual context, I don't care.
Have a friend do it. Have a lover do. Have an ally do it. Have a villain do it. Anything.

+100 if someone thinks he looks surprisingly tiny and delicate that way (even though he's clearly not)
+1000 if Matt's awake and carried by someone he trusts and he really likes the feeling of being held by and being able to lean on someone else

like maybe he's just punch-drunk and it's a scalp wound or something so he's a bit dazed and confused but heeeeey this is nice, with his outside hand caught on the front of their shirt, even though he can only curl two of his fingers to catch the material because 1) he's just that dazed and 2) even on callouses, eewwww cotton

and he says so, of course, because they should know that he hates cotton, doesn't he say it all the time? he should say it all the time, it's gross, but that's okay, he likes them, he can put up with cotton for them, they're being nice and warm and they smell good even with blood on them - sorry, some of that's his, he knows, but even his nose isn't good enough to tell the difference between his blood and someone else's - and he likes the way they sound ("Would you just shut up before you embarrass us both, Murdock? I wasn't even talking -") and no he knows that, that wasn't what he meant, he means that he likes the way the blood sounds in their veins, the way their knee pops sometimes after a long day, their cartilage slipping and cracking and that particular little skip their heart does and the clip and catch of their throat when they go to speak and change their mind - even the sound of their nails against their scalp, which is usually just the worst sound ever, please don't even ask him to talk about how it sounds when someone has dandruff, please - it's worse than nails on chalkboard, possibly -

But their heart says: lie, and he likes the sound of that best. He can hear their muscles shake, feel it rattle into even the largest of his bones and into his teeth. This close he hears tendons pull against bone, against muscle, and joints stretch because even though he's made himself small, he is not a little man, and muscle is so dense and heavy and this is possibly the worst way for the human body to carry so much weight. Their spine pops and crackles so quietly he's sure only he can hear it struggling, pulled this way and that by muscles unaccustomed to the strain, but he believes what their heart tells him, that he won't be dropped, that he won't be let go, no matter what, and for once - for once, he thinks it's fine to listen only to what's pressed directly to his ear, to only feel what pressed directly to his skin, to smell only what is pressed to his face, and maybe even believe that he's already home.

That said, I can totally see Matt being one of the ASMR people, so what if he's indulging in one of his relaxing moments, and Foggy walks in on him and slight awkwardness ensues? Could be college era, but present day works fine too.

Sadly, I'm not one of those who "get" it, but, man, I wish I did. Cause it sounds amazing, yet so simple. :-\

Other/Matt, Stick makes kid!Matt torture his rapist

Soon after Matt begins his training with Stick, somebody rapes Matt. Matt is obviously traumatized and he starts doing poorly in his training because of it. Stick decides the solution is for Matt to confront his trauma. In Stick's mind, this means hunting down the rapist, tying him up and telling Matt to torture him.

I think Matt would be horrified by what Stick's asking of him, especially at first, but also really wanting to hurt the rapist and lets his anger take over the more the torture goes on. Like maybe at the start Stick has to give very specific instructions, but Matt gradually needs less and less prompting.

They probably kill him in the end? Either Stick or Matt can do it.

Also, Stick who secretly cares about Matt and just wants this guy to suffer for hurting him is a bonus, though if you go that route, I'd prefer it's not something that Stick openly acknowledges. He pretends he's doing this only for practical reasons.

And if writing explicit torture isn't your thing, I would love to read the aftermath of this. How it affects Matt in the long-term, or Foggy finding out.

TL;DR: Stick's version of trauma counseling is unsurprisingly terrible.

Matt starts his Dasredevil career earlier...much earlier. Like still in high school earlier. Everyone else is same age, though, so Wlson Fisk is still trying to take over Hell's Kitchen, Foggy, Karen and Ben still get caught up in it, and Matt Murdock is trying to take Fisk down all by himself without anyone dying and still pass high school and try not to die in the process.

Matt/Foggy, Let's Have Some Fun

Post-season. As part of their re-build-the-friendship campaign, Foggy and Matt start to have some fun with Matt’s abilities, dorky stuff - jokes or pranks - that Matt could never share with anyone else before. But now, he's slowly realizing, he can. Foggy knows. And it's kind of great.

Bonus if Matt is shocked at how giddy being open with Foggy, just Foggy finally knowing, makes him.

Extra bonus if Matt starts showing off a bit to make Foggy impressed. Just a little bit.

Stick takes bb!Matt to war

While stick is training Matt he keeps on going on about how there's a war coming. So what if the war started while Stick was still training Matt. Stick of course goes to fight, and what else does he do, he takes his student with him. They go to war together, it's fucked up and messy, maybe there's assassinations, interrogation of prisoners, and massacres involved. I'm talking the full child soldier experience. Matt gets good at being a soldier, at the same time as developing an unhealthily dependent attitude towards Stick.

Bonus- After the war ends with some kind of temporary treaty Stick and Matt head back to america where Stick abandons Matt as in canon, only with even more emotional/psychological issues, thanks to ptsd and guilt over having been forced to commit war crimes, and fear that the war will start up again.

Triple bonus- if you can somehow squidge Karen and/or Foggy in there as fellow child soldiers or something.

Qudruple bonus for some sort of happy ending years later where people learn to cope with their issues.

Karen caring for Ben's wife because shit, someone has too. OFCs. Ladies from the comics. Ladies from the wider comic!verse. Ladies from the rest of the MCU. Female friendship or lady-love, I don't care; I just want a bunch of female characters interacting in whatever way you wish.
