The Murdock boys literally have the devil in them- a demon bound to the family, passed down from father to son. When Jack died Matt "inherited" the demon. He tries to keep it contained inside him, but some nights when he's out as Daredevil he just can't help but let it out. (Make it as serious, scary, or funny as you want. Is the demon bored of all the Murdock drama and annoys Matt when he's trying to be a serious lawyer? Or is he trying to take control of Matt's body to gain his freedom? Just give me Matt with an actual, literal demon inside him that he uses to help him fight.)

Foggy got really hurt when some bad guys went after him looking for Daredevil after that trhat Foggy couldnt stay with Matt, eevrything reminded him of what had happened to him and went different ways.
Years later Matt and Foggy ahs moved on and now each one has a family appart from each other. Their kids are going to collage and both got accepted in Columbia.
This two kids end up being roomates and Matt's kid made a comment on how hot Foggy's kid is.
All of this leads that one day Matt and Foggy found each other again through their children friendship. Cause you know Nelson and Murdock apparently is meant to be.

Math and Foggy meet the NCIS team. In one episode Abigail Breslin played a blind chad with exceptional hearing. While Matt had better hearing they certainly are more mum around him. Maybe an awkward Abby and Gibbs using sign language moment win Foggy awkwardly describing the movements even if he doesn't understand them.

Daredevil & Batman crossover - Daredevil and the Bat villains

Exactly what it says on the tin, i would love to see as many fics as possible where Matt interacts with the Gotham Rogues gallery. This could be due to Matt falling into the DC universe, the villains appearing in Marvel or an AU where the bat villains are always Daredevil's enemies.

in particular i would like to see:
1. Daredevil, "the man without fear" vs The Scarecrow/Dr. Jonathan Crane (i would LOVE if it was the Arkham Knight version of the character) how does the toxin affect him, can he see the hallucinations like a sighted person would because the toxin affects the mind and not the eyes? what does he see? what are his greatest fears? how does he defeat Scarecrow (does he?)
2. Two-Face, Harvey Dent was the D.A - did Matt know him? were they friends? i imagine they would be even closer than Harvey and Bruce were - is this an AU where FOGGY IS TWO-FACE!!!!!!!! (my god the angst! i love it! please write it!)
3. Matt versus the Joker, how does Joker react to a different playmate, one with such a delicious abundance of Catholic guilt and so many more people to hurt than Batman does. How does Matt fare against the sheer monstrosity and insanity of the Joker - GIVE ME ALL THE FICS!! :D
4. Anything with The Riddler because i love that crazy S.O.B!! (and if you've read Batman: Year Zero you know how dangerous he can be...)

despite these suggestions though i would happily snap up any fics with Matt interacting with the Batman villains!! go crazy with it! Karen as Catwoman! Daredevil vs Condiment King! just have fun and make it happen internet!

Matt meets the Devil - horror

I've seen a lot of fics where Matt is the Devil/a demon, but i would love to see a fic where Matt meets Lucifer himself. I would love if it was in a relatively mundane setting, perhaps during Confession, on the bench outside Church, or in his apartment, likewise i would love if Lucifer does not state who he is at first and it is with growing unease that Matt realises who he is talking to - how does a man of Matt's faith react to talking to the Devil.

"Forgive me Father, for I have sinned. It has been two days since my last confession."

The words fall out of Matt's lips, comfortable, rote. He doesn't have to think about this, the ritual of unburdening himself, any more than he has to think of breathing or digestion. Wrapped up in the rite of confession, it takes him a moment to realize that the figure listening to him seems unconcerned with breathing in an entirely different sort of way. That is, it isn't breathing at all.

It isn't dead. The sensations of death and dying are ordered and unforgettable. Death smells of flesh turning sour and metallic blood congealing on the street. Cardiac necrosis is swift, individual cells sputtering out into arrhythmia and stasis. Oxygen in the blood is used up. This beast has no use for oxygen or skin, blood or cardiac muscle. Yet it exists, as solid as Father Lantom on the other side of the lattice.

"Who's there?" Matt asks. His voice does not waver.

"The man without fear," whispers the figure at a pitch usually reserved for dog whistles. Matt winces with pain. "Such a good Catholic boy. In agony without making a sound." The voice pauses, briefly. "So good at swallowing your pain."

The air in the confessional vibrates, and Matt loses his bearings. He could be anywhere, now. He tries to speak or scream, but nothing comes out.

"This is my show, Matty. You'll speak when I'm done."

Cold dread pools in Matt's stomach.

"You're a talented man, Matt Murdock. It's not every day I meet someone so good at resisting me with such...temptation in their heart. But know this: I will win you one day. No matter how hard you fight. No matter how hard you try to do good things in the world. I will win."

A sound like snapping fingers reorients Matt. He's still in the confessional; his entire body is covered in sweat.

"For the sake of the game...go ahead and keep running," whispers the piercing voice. "I'll keep an eye on you...my devil of Hell's Kitchen."

Then he is gone, leaving behind only the empty weight of air on the other side of the confessional.

Matt runs out of the church as fast as his legs will carry him. When he gets home, he scours the sweat off of his body until his hands are hot and sore.

Some people have soul marks, some don’t. Most people don’t pay them any attention because they are usually a word or a picture or a symbol to obscure to be of any use until after you’ve already found your soul mate. Foggy thinks he doesn’t have one until one day when Matt finds the raised pattern of dots somewhere on Foggy’s person (wherever you like *nudge-nudge wink-wink*)

Bonus points (heart breaking version) if Foggy’s soul mark points to someone else other than Matt and Matt can’t actually bring himself to tell Foggy but feels so guilty about it that he breaks up with foggy anyway

Matt spies on foggy

Foggy and Matt didn’t share a dorm room in college, they each had a single room. However their two rooms were once one room, now separated by a very thin wall put in sometime later. Thin enough that anyone could hear through it, to Matt’s senses it might as well not be there.

Foggy and Matt share a few classes and are friends but not as close. Matt has a huge crush or Foggy but it never seems like the right time to do anything about it. (Maybe Foggy always seems to have a girlfriend or boyfriend, maybe Matt just thinks Foggy is too nice to like him)

And it’s not like Matt can help sensing Foggy through the wall. He’s just not quite sure when he started actively trying to sense Foggy. And he knows it’s wrong and invasive and basically being a peeping tom but he can’t stop himself. He always goes out if Foggy is having sex with someone else, but if Foggy is on his own Matt can’t quite make himself go. He feels horribly guilty about it but its not like it’s hurting anyone and Foggy doesn’t know so…

Yes. Yes to all of the hopelessly pining Matt. Yes to Matt purposely putting his bed right opposite where Foggy's is on the opposite side just so that he can fall asleep to his heartbeat more easily. Yes to Matt being in love with Foggy but being so shy that he runs away whenever they are about to run into each other, so that Foggy thinks he hates him.

I'm looking for whump that causes Matt and Foggy to develop feelings for each other (and not just reveal feelings they've had all along). If it's a survival situation and Karen and Claire (and others?) are there, all's the better.

Maybe it's the reason the women Matt's been with have never stuck around for longer. Maybe it's something he only tries with Foggy. In any case, he uses his strength, his senses, and the devil in him to pin Foggy to the wall/desk/bed and make him beg and obey, and Foggy loves it.

Gen or Any: The Devil in Music

Literally ANYTHING where the characters are classical musicians. AU, period piece, they were involved in school music programs, what have you.

A few ideas you can use or not as you please:

-Matt is an organist and plays symphonies by Vierne, a real life badass blind Catholic. Alternatively, he still likes to use his fists to solve problems and so playing an instrument is a risk...so instead, he sings!
-Foggy is one hell of a pianist, but he's not too proud to admit that he loves Train, Taylor Swift, and Gilbert & Sullivan.
-Claire applies her medical knowledge to explaining to everyone why the way the play/sing is hurting them. She's also the best jazz musician anybody's ever met.
-Karen plays the bass or the tuba, or something else that's twice her size. She has an ongoing rivalry with Wesley, who also plays the same instrument. It sometimes gets ugly.
-Fisk and Vanessa playing sonatas together.

Powerless AU

In the comics, there was a limited run that imagined a version of the Marvel Universe where nobody developed powers. There were several storylines, but Matt's was one of the most interesting. Because Matt Murdock without powers is just a blind guy with a strong sense of justice and terrible self-preservation instincts, but Wilson Fisk without powers is...still the Kingpin.

I'd like to see MCU!Daredevil reimagined with this premise. How do Nelson, Murdock, Page, and Urich go about dismantling Fisk's empire without the aid of a masked vigilante? How do Matt's relationships with Karen and Foggy develop when he has no excuses not to go out with them? What does Matt do as an outlet, since he can't go out and punch people?

How do Fisk, Wesley, and Vanessa try to deal with these meddling normals?

This could work well as a long, plotty fic, but if you only have a scene or two in mind, that would be fine, too. I'm just really curious how things might have played out.

Of course, they accidentally run into each other, sext back and forth anonymously, and decide to meet for sex.

What happens when they realise what's going on?

+1 if one or both of them picked the other specifically because of the "similarities" to the actual person. Because top secret, not-actually-unrequited crushes.

Matt and Steve have been acquaintances/friends/sparring partners for a while. Steve is starting to develop a serious crush on the lovely lawyer, so he decides to ask him on a date. Matt explains that he's already seeing someone, but won't say who.

Steve eventually figures out that Matt has been sleeping with the Punisher, whom he already has more than enough reasons to despise. Cue jealous!Steve giving Frank the shovel talk, and just generally being really antagonistic towards him (while Matt dies of embarrassment in the background).

Bonus:
+ Steve initially thinks that Frank and Matt's thing is purely physical, but he eventually realizes that there's a lot of tenderness there, too.
+++ If the Punisher and Captain America have to put aside their differences to rescue Matt from bad guys. Double Bonus if Matt's already halfway to rescuing himself when they arrive. Triple Bonus if Matt let himself get caught specifically so that Steve and Frank would have to get their acts together.
+++++ If Matt suggests that they resolve the problem by forming a threesome.

So, a frequent kink meme subject is a character coming to terms with their fantasies of being raped, but I've always thought that the other way around would be a much more interesting and complicated scenario. So...

Matt's partner has always had guilty rape fantasies...but they've always gotten off the hardest imagining themselves as the rapist. They've never had a partner they trusted enough to confide in, but then Matt comes along and they finally decide to confess their kink and ask for it.

Matt, meanwhile, is more than a little concerned about this, in accordance with his canonical sensitivity to sexual violence (i.e. the whole thing with the sex traffickers). However, he is reluctant to dismiss his partner's kink based on judgment or prejudice, so he agrees to try it--in a heavily negotiated roleplay.

The result is the filler's choice. Does it tap into kinks of Matt's so repressed that he never acknowledged them before? Do his partner's actions in character give him doubts about their real nature? Does he get really uncomfortable, but avoids safewording until he's absolutely sure he can't take it anymore? You decide!

Omg, yes please! I read a sherlock fic with that premise (Sherlock wanted to play a rape victim, John was the fish-out-of-water-rapist) and it was brilliant, I'd love to see something similar with Matt/Foggy :D

Matt/Foggy, domesticity leads to unexpected feelings

Both of my favorite fanfic tropes revolve around friends-to-lovers slow build relationships: 1. intense, heart-wrenching Not Actually Unrequited Pining and 2. the very opposite, "I think I love you but I'm not entirely sure how or when that happened?"

You often see the first one in fanfic (and I love it!), but I'd love more of the second kind.

So yeah, basically, the premise I've had in mind is this:

After law school, Matt and Foggy were actually thinking about living together because it'd save them some money and being roommates worked fine for them, so why not, but Matt declined because of Daredevil related things.

Some time after the reveal, Foggy has to move in with Matt (or the other way around, I'm not picky) for some reason and they're reminded of how compatible they are in the domestic department.

So yeah, Foggy moves in with Matt (or Matt with Foggy) and just ... doesn't leave.

But things have changed since law school, they're Responsible Adults (TM) now, and they start acting more and more couple-ish, falling into a routine, sharing a bed because why the hell not, cuddling on the couch in the evening, cracking jokes about how they should just get married, because after all, what's a marriage if not having a sleepover with your best friend every day?

At some point they realize that shit, they actually ARE in love, they just skipped the whole dating process and headed straight into domestic bliss territory.

Bonus points: I've got this scene in my head where they just lie in bed, talking and laughing, facing each other, and they kiss without really thinking about it. And afterwards, they're like "Yup, that happened. And it was kinda nice? What now?"
If you include something like that, my body, soul and firstborn are all yours for the taking.

Foggy Nelson: Tabletop Gamer!

So in college, Foggy meets Matt and is sad to realize that one of his favourite hobbies is something that's tricky for Matt to participate in - Foggy loves tabletop games and RPGs, is even a member of the college's gaming club.

But Foggy tries to get Matt into it anyway. I want a fic featuring Foggy trying to integrate Matt into the world of D&D or tabletop games as best he can - hunting down braille copies of games, walking him through making a braille character sheet, narrating or reading out loud the D&D Players Handbook to him, or even having to learn to be a more descriptive DM for Matt's sake in his sessions.

Whether or not Matt shares his hobby or just indulges him, or even ends up just feeling bad that he can't participate fully, is up to the author. I just want a fic about the challenges of trying to integrate Matt into a hobby that's so sight-based and Foggy being an awesome friend and trying to share it with him.

I LOVE this. Other than maps (total cartophile here) my first and second ed AD&D games weren't heavy on visuals AT ALL unless the GM chose to embellish with props (most of which weren't solely visual, even then)... Not like 3.X which was more heavily reliant on maps and minis. I really think once the hurdle with the inaccessible books was overcome, our early games would have been perfectly suited to visually impaired players.

a reverse of Everyone and their mother (if they're superheroes) knows and is besties with Foggy. Everyone and their mother does know Foggy. But know Foggy as a ruthless lawyer or just unfriendly jerk.

So cue confusion when he is besties with Daredevil.

I imagine just circumstance would lead to this - opposing counsel, being a dick to Matt as Matt or DD incidentally or just plain dislike.

Foggy Comes to Terms with and Embraces Matt's Abilities

So initially Foggy seems upset by Matt's betrayal. But what if, down the road once he's had time to reflect on it, Foggy realizes that there are things Matt can do that he never gets to do because he has to play at being blind. And that there are things he loves to do that he never thought he would be able to share with Matt, but now he can. And he starts to see Matt's heightened senses as a gift that Matt rarely gets to enjoy and makes it his mission to use them to have some fun together.

Give me Foggy signaling his acceptance of Matt's abilities by arranging something for the two of them - a tennis match in a club after hours when nobody's there, a late night game of hide and seek in their office building, a private few hours at paintball or laser tag, a long hike into the woods through rough terrain and some camping, maybe even testing his senses out behind the wheel of a car in a parking lot. Just something that he's excited to finally be able to do with his best friend, and something that Matt always wanted to do with someone but couldn't allow himself to do without revealing his secret.

Should have an accepting Foggy and a relieved and overjoyed Matt relaxing and having a good time getting to be himself. No angst (or at least just minor angst) and all of the happiness, please!

I would not object to it turning into some kind of 5+1 either. Like, 5 things Foggy never thought that Matt would be good at, and 1 thing he's still terrible at, or something. :D

In my headcanon, Matt is good enough at pool to almost be a pool shark because he can sense the weight, motion and airflow around the pool balls to know just where to hit them. He and Foggy playing pool together would be adorable.

Before Foggy met Matt he did a porn film. Matt hears it one day at college playing in a classmates dorm room. He means to tell Foggy but… how would he explain that he heard it? The problem is now his brain has made the connection between Foggy and sex, everything Foggy does sounds pornographic. Also Matt really, really needs to find out exactly what Foggy was doing on the video but he doesn’t have a copy and even if he did it’s not like he can ask someone to watch it with him and he’d going to go ahead a assume it doesn’t have audio description.
