  4. RPF is allowed. Crossovers, characters from the extended Marvel Universe and comics canon are allowed, but must relate to the 2015 TV show in some way.
  
  
  5. Prompts focusing on characters from Jessica Jones should go on the Jessica Jones Prompt Post, but crossovers with Daredevil can go on either post.
  
  
  6. Prompts that are exclusively about the comics should go on the Comics Prompt Post.

I'd say Frank also bounces between chaotic good and chaotic neutral as well, though he stays more in the neutral side of things while Matt stays closer to the good. I've also seen really good cases made for him being lawful evil. It depends on who is writing him, honestly!

I'd term him true neutral. He doesn't care what's legal and what's moral by any conventional standard. Just does his thing.
Plus it's the only sensible average of lawful good aims and chaotic evil methods.

Eh, to me true neutral implies a completely impartial observer, or someone whose interests are always totally and completely based on pure self-preservation. The fact that Frank sets out to do good takes him out of that category for me. You make a good point though.

Ayrt: to me true neutral can also describe someone with a set of rules and values that doesn't coincide with the traditional good-evil and law-chaos axis.

Same! Neutrality can manifest in a variety of ways, but I think Frank's single-minded revenge mission definitely qualifies as a motivation that does not fit into any of the boxes of good/evil/law/chaos.

Ditto this. Frank has his own personal goals, and he'll do what it takes to pursue those goals. He doesn't shun the law for the sake of chaos, and obviously he isn't lawful; he isn't strictly good because he's driven by revenge, but he certainly isn't evil. So: True Neutral.
