I was thinking more towards the not actively hurting other people side of the scale. So no murder of innocents (such a weird line, wtf has this fandom done to me), relationship infidelity (specifying that because apparently the second definition is "unbelief in a particular religion, especially Christianity." which is exactly the type of thing I want), or other thing that actively hurts innocent people.

So yes to lying, blasphemy, everything Frank and Elektra do in canon, others nonbelief in God, inappropriate usage of religious items, etc

No to adultery, murder of innocents, or things that actively hurt innocents.

Gay sex is a sin in Catholicism, so Frank might just point that out.

Pretty sure as a life long Catholic that was raised by nuns, Matt wouldn't really need someone pointing that out, lol. But honestly there are enough fics tagged 'internalized homophobia' that that's not really where I thinking this going, though I'm not saying no by any means.

I was thinking fluffy things like teen!Matt stealing the communion wine (maybe with a 'friend') and realizing he's aroused by it. Or more hardcore things like masturbating during confession while Father Lantom watches (or turn that one up to 11, sucking off Father Lantom while he's giving confession to someone else... side note, would the confessional be big enough for that? I've only seen them on tv.)

If it's one of the ones where the priest's side is a bit bigger, it'd be fairly easy. If not it could be tricky to get a good position for oral, but Matt's flexible and Father Lantom seems to be in good shape for his age. Maybe if Matt kneels and puts Lantom's legs over his shoulders

Isn't it a sin in every version of Christianity? Bible says that male homosexual sex is an offense worth of death. It's just not done like with adulterery is punishable via stoning for women. No? It's just not dkrcific to Catholicism

depends on your version of christianity. in most quaker christianity flavors, it's absolutely not. also not in (eg) unitarian universalism, anglicism, a lot of more liberal christianity, some catholics' beliefs...
