op here: Maybe it is what Fisk requests in exchange for information about Frank's family, or in exchange for escape from prison? Perhaps a fist fight turns into wrestling on the floor turns into dry humping? They try to establish dominance over each other by comparing metaphorical dick size and end up comparing literal dick size?
There was a lot of adrenaline and testosterone in their scenes together. Anything can happen.

Matt and Foggy are finally doing the do. But all through it Matt is tortured because (for whatever reason) he thinks this first time will also be the last time he gets to be with Foggy. But if this is the only chance he's going to get then he's going to make it count, even if it's tearing him apart.

Bonus for a happy, shippy ending.

The apartment was empty. A rat's nest filled with nothing but shit. He kicked over a chair and raised his rifle when a figure came through the window. He knew that shadow"Castle, you can't kill Menendez!" Daredevil growled. Frank's nostrils flared, ready to fight.

"The hell I am, Red." He snarled. "Do you have any idea what he did?"

"Yes I do but you can't kill him. That's not justice!"

"I'm not justice. This-" he lifted his rifle knowing Red could sense what it was however he did his freaky shit. "is."

Red snarled and got ready to aim at him. Frank slammed the butt of his barrel into the other man's chest. He got ready to head down the fire escape. He knew escaping Red would be impossible if he didn't set off his percussion grenade on the way down.

He did not expect Red to right himself so quickly and instead of a punch or even one of those stupid billy clubs he was tripped on by a floor lamp's stand. Frank tried to catch himself but was met with a lampshade being slammed over his face and encasing his shoulders.

He fell backwards. Red was glaring at him, he could tell despite that stupid mask. "I said don't kill Menendez." He snarled and ran out into the night. Fuck. He needed to get out of this. Fuck. He tried to lift his arms, the shit poly-something fibers did not budge.

Fuck red. He was shooting the bastard again for this.

He wriggled. The lampshade gave a bit. He kept wriggling.

It took him two hours to get out of that. By then Mendendez and his filth had been arrest. Yeah he was definitely shooting Red.

Calm down.

He didn't say fatally.

Where do you draw the line for noncon? It's a very dubious scenario, having a bit more information on what you're okay or not okay with would help in exploring the possibilities without going too far by accident

Anna isn't exactly in love with what she does, but she's not in constant misery either. She's a prostitute and what she does is just a job. She's making a living like anyone else in the world.

She knows the danger, however, and she walks home from her job quickly, one hand on the weapon she carries for her own safety.

He runs straight into her.

"Get out of the way!" he yells. She stumbles to the ground, immediately drawing her weapon out of instinctive fear. She watches as the man runs off, runs towards something.

Curiosity gets the best of her.

She knows better than to follow, but she does anyway, peering around the corner. She watches him as he beats the ever loving hell out of someone, all fists and fury.

"You tell me where it is or I have no issue blowing a hole in your head," he growls to the prone figure in front of him.

"I'm not involved," gasps the man underneath him. "They don't tell me nothin' man, I promise...Please."

"You never killed for him?"

"Never, I swear it," he breathes out, his words exhaled with pain. "I just had to do it. P-please."

The man - oh God, it's The Punisher - slams his victim back down against the dirt.

"Get out of here!" he yells. "Go, now..."

He doesn't hesitate and runs.

"I know you're watching me," he says, and she makes herself known. She knows better than to try to hide. "What the hell do you want?"

"I just don't understand why you let him go," she whispers. "I know who you are and what you do."

"He's small time," Frank says. "He's never taken a life. I know he's not lying to me. Sometimes people get stuck in situations they can't help. Kid like that's gotta be aware, though, that when you cross a line, you cross it."

She nods.

"And come on," says Frank Castle, The Punisher, the one that everyone admires or fears, "that piece you're carrying is too heavy and has too much of a kick for a girl your size. Go to Jackson's on Broadway. Tell him you're on the street and need something to protect yourself. He'll cover you."

"Got it..." she says.

I don't care about the circumstances, just give me ultra kinky femdom. No watersports, but otherwise the kinkier the better. I'm totally down for dub-con or non-con on Frank's end, but Karen is 100% into it and in control.

Matt scouted out the correct criminal quickly. He was a reclusive gang leader by the name of Emery. He really felt like nobody in the scope of things to Matt, but at the same time he was worried. He was honestly worried about the idea that he might have killed.

Killing was the line that he could not cross. Matt had a feeling, deep inside of him, that if he crossed that line, he would never come back. It wasn't even as much of a Catholic guilt thing, either, as was it a darkness inside of him. He could not feed that darkness.

"Are you sure you want to come?" Matt asked Frank, looking straight at him. He didn't want Frank to do it if he wasn't prepared.

"I do."

So, Matt dressed and they headed onto the streets. Neither spoke much, but Frank kept close to Matt and he could feel the other's presence close to him. There were two men near the opening of the compound and Matt subdued them pretty quickly. One, he knocked out.

The other, he gripped by the throat and pressed to the wall.

"One of your people died recently," Matt explained. "How did it happen?"

"You should know," the man snarled. "You killed him."

"Tell the man the truth," Frank growled, stepping up and staring him down. "He doesn't kill anyone. What's your man want?"

"Ho-ly shit," emphasized the man, looking from Matt to Frank with big eyes. "The big bad Punisher escaped his little blind lawyer then? Or..." He looked at Matt skeptically.

Matt could sense Frank's panic. His breathing quickened and his heart raced, hard. Frank didn't want his presence to destroy Matt's alter-ego. He put a hand up dismissively. He tried his best to ease the slave's worries. It didn't matter. What mattered was removing the nearest threat.

"Although I'm pleased you haven't killed this one," drawled a voice from behind them, "I'm rather tired of your harassing my man."

A tall man then stepped forward. Matt tried to get a read on him, but he was pretty cold. Not as unnoticeable as a ninja, exactly, but he had definitely learned to regulate his breathing, his heartbeat and the way he sounded when he moved.

"Who are you and what do you want?" Matt asked.

"I want your help," said the man who called himself Emery. "The man you killed was one of my best. He was in contacts with my partners in the drug trade."

Matt wanted to say that he hadn't killed the man, but he stopped the words before they could leave him.

"Why would I help you?" he asked instead. "You know who I am and what I stand for. I don't really know anything about you, but I can assume you're no good."

"You don't know anything about me," Emery said in reply. "That's the key. You've fought men who wanted empires. All I want is my little corner of the world and I am entirely satisfied. I make a good amount of money through other's endeavors and keep my own organization small scale."

"So you're an unambitious criminal," Matt said dryly, staring him down. "That doesn't exactly charm me to you."

"It'd be a shame if your identity was leaked," Emery said with a laugh.

He then grabbed for Frank. Frank instinctively pulled back and dropped to his knees behind Matt.

"You're the lawyer," he said decisively. "I got that awhile ago, but this just confirms it. I don't know how you pull of the blind thing, but that's kind of cool. You're Daredevil and you've got the man they call the Punisher on his knees. You're immensely powerful and you'll help me, or else I will make that fact known. You'll lose him."

Matt paused and tried not to let the man see just how affected he was. Blindness and his mask kept him from showing it in his eyes, at least, but to a trained eye it was obvious when someone was afraid. Yes, he was afraid.

"Alright," he said, conceding slowly. "What do you want from me?"

The man's smile was devilish.

"You will see."

I love the idea of a few kids (idk why, maybe some were leaving and some were incoming and some are related and come as a set) dragging Stick and The Chaste to filth and letting Matt know what kind of fucked up experiences he missed out on by not being a full Chaste apprentice.
One kid would work, but having multiple experiences and reactions would be best for worldbuilding. They could play off each other and reveal a lot by how they interact (i imagine theyre mostly assholes lashing out at each other like six velociraptors in a tent with two sleeping bags, but thats just my personal preference)

Are you just here for the act itself or are you interested in the aftermath (not necessarily recovery. Actually very little recovery, mostly coping or not by ignoring it and forcing his way forward no matter how many times Col whatever passes him around to the squad)

I love it! It's beautiful, totally captures Frank and the last line made me loudly snort in public
