That's it. Maybe they're hiding, or somebody locked them in, the point is: they're trapped in there, and there's veeeery little space between them.

Frank Castle is a recently widowed man bent on revenge. Before he starts his course of vengeance he meets a man at a gym while gain his strength back up. That man is Jack Murdock is a divorced boxer with a recently blinded son due to his heroism.

They hit it off.

It's an odd attraction for both men but they're not fighting it.

The Punisher is still a thing that is seething in the back of Frank's mind but he's kind of distracted by helping Jack with Matt.

Jack fails to fall to Creel.

Instead of killing Jack Murdock they take his son.

Frank Castle refuses to lose another family.

So, this prompt stood out to me, because I have a huge thing for spanking. It's pretty short, but I hope it satisfies.

Spanking, kind of dubious consent - considering Frank breaks in and spanks Matt.

Matt finds himself over Frank's lap, and he stills completely. His senses are going crazy, but he can still perceive everything - Frank's heavy breathing, the beating of both of their hearts, the growing smell of something more. There’s definitely something more, and it’s coming off of both of them.

"What are you doing?" he demands.

"What does it look like, Red?" Frank asks, voice deep, raspy. "You're a good Catholic boy, yeah? It must be a familiar position."

"No, I never...wait, are you actually trying to spank me?"

Frank's hand presses against Matt's lower back, hard. Matt thinks he could possibly fight it, escape the right grasp, but something freezes him in place. Something about this feels right and difficult to fight off.

"I ain't trying anything," Frank says. "You need a good punishment for getting in my way."

He pulls Matt's pants down with one brutal tug. He had come to Matt at home, where he has been wearing loose pants without underwear. The cold air of the apartment on his bare skin is enough to make Matt tense up. Frank lays one hand flat on Matt's bare skin and it's almost electric.

"You can't..."

Frank cuts him off with a harsh slap. Matt jolts forward, the pain instant and strikingly sharp. He starts to pull away, but Frank yanks his right arm back.

"Don't move."

The tone of voice stills his victim completely.

Frank starts slow, but firm, each smack of his flat hand sending waves of fire through his victim. Matt is still at first, but then starts to wriggle. Heat spreads over his entire backside.

"Gonna get you as red as your stupid suit."

As he keeps barreling down on Matt's bared backside, Frank can't seem to stop talking. Another type of heat rises, the heat in Matt's face, the heat…elsewhere.

"God, I wish you could see your own ass, you know that? You color up so nice. Wonder if we can add some bruises to that pretty picture..."

Matt tries to drown out the sound of Frank's voice, but that only focuses everything in on the pain. It's starting to hurt, badly. No, not worse than the wounds he sustained day in and day out as Daredevil, but a different kind of hurt.

Frank pulls his head back with a gentle tug to his hair. Matt has to bite his bottom lip to keep from moaning. "You gonna cry?" he asks. "I think you need a good cry, kid..."

The words almost act like a conductor, giving him permission. Tears form in the corners of his eyes, and he blinks. He cries, softly, head hanging. Frank keeps spanking him, digging his fingers into the flesh in between blows. He’s pretty sure that he’s beat red and Frank’s definitely getting some of the bruises he’d rambled about.

He stops kicking, and squirming and just takes it.

“That’s a good boy, such a good boy…”

A sense of relief comes over Matt, like the constant sensory overload that he endures every second has stopped, at least somewhat. Then, in the emptiness, comes something else.

He’s hard.

Matt inhales sharply, surprised at this little fact.

“I think we’re done here,” Frank says softly, rubbing his hand in a small circle on his left cheek. It soothes the heat, but only increases the sudden other heat. “You took that really well; you know?”

“I…yeah.”

“What’s gotten into you?” Frank asks, and then stops, when Matt inadvertently spreads his legs. “Oh…”

“I’m not…”

“Look, Devil of Hell’s Kitchen,” Frank says, using the nickname with a hint of condescension. “You’re the blind one, not me. I see that quite clearly. How bout we get you cleaned up and then take care of that?”

Matt doesn’t know what to say, so he just says “okay.”

This happened in a fic I'm currently writing but it's not gen.

This season actually made me believe it, anon. Like if I squint a little I can see them pairing up and taking on everyone together. Yes someone please write this!

In the comic mini-series Punisher: War Zone #1-5 (2012-2013, by Greg Rucka), the Avengers have enough of Franks murdering ways and chase him across the globe. Since they are not criminals in his eyes, Frank refuses to use crippling or killing force on them, so eventually, they catch and defeat him.
Do they put him on trial again? No!
They lock him up in a specially made high security prison under total isolation, with absolutely no trial in sight. He is there for weeks, if not longer.

What if this plot happened in the MCU? When Matt finds out about the situation, how will he try to help Frank? And will he do it as Matt Murdock (his lawyer demanding visitations, trial and better conditions? Trying to bring a public outcry?) or as Daredevil (planning to break Frank out? Appeal to his "fellow heroes"?)
There is no way in my eyes that Matt Murdock wouldn't try to help in this scenario, but depending on his state, he may just not be able to do much.

How does the isolation affect Frank? How will it change his relationship to everyone else when Matt is the only person trying to help him? (will either of them decide that the Avengers deserve to be prosecuted/punished? How?) And can one lowly lawyer/vigilante really go up against the overwhelming might of the Avengers?
If they do get him out, can Frank stand being close to another person at all? Will he latch onto Matt as his lifeline?

Would love you forever if you give the story a happy ending, with a Frank/Matt spin or just friendship, but if it takes you in a different direction, I'll be happy to read it :)

Please no physical torture, rape or character death (at least for Frank and Matt); the torture should be all mental through the complete isolation, maybe with some halucinatory episodes?
Physical pain through neglect or malnutrition are okay, just please no "secret hydra scientist experiments on him" or "guards try to have some fun" scenario. The only people interacting with Frank are imaginary/from memory or later Matt (maybe one of the Avengers at the end, if they see the error of their ways).
Wounds through self-harm and escape attempts are okay as well. (he might even get far enough to see guards, but does it help or hinder his mental state?)
Would be lovely if Matt and Frank somehow work together to get him out, in whatever way works best.

I'm just gonna say that End of Days, the Marvel novel about DD being killed on the job, still makes me cry every time I read it. Mostly because of how Frank IS the one caretaking Matt's most intimate secrets in the aftermath of his death. Damn, I'd love to see some similar story in this MCU.

"Considering the other options in my life...yes. It's not like we don't have things in common..."

Oooh, yes please! All of this.

So, I decided to go with Frank/Matt, since I couldn't quite get Elektra's voice down. This is a bit quickly written, but I hope you enjoy it!

"What is it?" Matt asks. All of the flirting, all of the sexual tension and now Frank is hesitant, nervous. His heart is beating so fast, the fear evident in each rapid thud. What does he have to be so afraid of? "Seriously, why are you so nervous? Is it that you've never been with a guy? Because I’ve been with a few, and it’s really not…”

"No, it's not," Frank replies, lips dangerously close. "I mean, I've never done that, yeah...but, it's not the guy thing."

"Then what?"

Frank presses his hand against Matt's chest.

"Maria was the only one," he says, voice low. "I've never been with anyone except for my wife."

Matt takes a step back, surprised. He had not expected that at all. "Oh," he says.

He then gently touches Frank's face, brushing his fingers there lightly, ghosting over the skin. Frank Castle is easy to stereotype. He's The Punisher. Cocky, self-assured, strong... It's easy to equate those things with a long sexual history with many varied individuals, but stereotyping is often wrong. Matt has to admit he was wrong.

"We got married when I was twenty-two," Frank murmurs, shaking his head. "We started dating at nineteen. We were each other's first...and everything."

Matt doesn't need sight to sense the pain in Frank's eyes. His heartbeat has slowed, but his breathing is deep and shallow. He keeps shifting positions, like he’s trying to avoid Matt’s eyes. Matt grabs his hand.

"Do you feel guilty?" he asks plainly.

"What?"

"Do you feel guilty about having that intimacy with someone else?"

Frank laughs.

"No," he says. "I mean, Maria's gone, and there's nothing I can do to...oh, God, yeah, I think I am guilty, even though I know that’s idiotic. It’s not that I don’t want to, I do…”

Matt leans forward and kisses him, an awkward kiss that's little more than a mashing of lips. It reminds him of high school, the uncertainty behind it, but thankfully it lacks the awkward discomfort of the era.

"You want it?" he asks.

"Yeah," Frank breathes desperately. "God, yeah, I want it. I just... I knew what 'ria liked. I knew what was good for her. How the hell am I supposed to know what you like?"

That makes Matt smile. It had taken some time, but Frank cares about him. He’s still The Punisher, and they’re still two men who exist in different moralities, but there is mutual care, maybe even love.

"I'll show you."

He puts his hand flat on Frank's stomach, then tugs his shirt.

"May I?" he asks.

"You're such a good boy," Frank laughs. "Yes, you may."

Matt lifts Frank's shirt up over his head. Frank takes it from him and tosses it aside. Matt starts to undo his pants, but Frank stops him with a light pat.

"I wanna see you too."

Matt is quick to obey, unbuttoning his shirt and slipping it off his shoulders. A low grunt of appreciation escapes Frank, and Matt can almost smell his growing arousal. Conflicting feelings be damned, the man wants this.

Frank undoes his own pants, pulling them down. Matt goes for his boxers. He touches Frank through them, feeling his sizable erection.

"First of all," Matt says. "I like to touch."

"I won't deny you that one."

"Can I?"

"God, I ain't gonna say no."

Matt pulls down the underwear.

"Bed?" he asks.

Frank practically drags him in that direction. Matt hits the bed, and crawls backwards. Then, his lower half is violently freed from clothing and they're both naked and it is utter perfection.

Frank's hand ghosts against his lower back and pulls him closer. Matt sighs, contentedly. He lifts his head in invitation and Frank kisses him slowly, fluidly. His tongue prods, swipes against Matt's lips and the groan comes from both of them at once.

Matt lowers himself to Frank's neck and nips at the skin there experimentally. Frank's skin gets considerably hotter and his heart races.

"You like that..." he says.

"Mhm, yeah."

"I like pressure," Matt says. He puts Frank's hand on his chest, pressing it down. "Keeps me grounded. Feels real."

Frank takes note of this and presses Matt against the bed with the hand he'd taken, and uses the other to stroke his cock. Matt is so hard, so fast, that his head feels heavy.

Frank strokes along the length of him, slowly. Matt arches into it, needy.

“Here’s how it’s gonna go,” Frank says, plainly. “You’re taking charge this time. You show me what you like, and I’ll return the favor next time.”

“So, there’s going to be a next time?” Matt whispers.

“I think that fact’s pretty obvious.”

“Good,” Matt says. “Kiss me again, then.”

Frank is quick to oblige, pressing his lips to Matt’s. His tongue delves into Matt’s mouth and he sighs, letting the energy of being with Frank just pass through him.

“Lube’s in the top drawer over there,” Matt says, gesturing to the bedside table.

“Roger that,” teases Frank, and Matt can hear him grabbing the bottle out of the drawer. He flicks the cap open.

“Spread some on your fingers, okay?”

“I’ve watched porn,” Frank huffs. “Just cause I’ve never done it with a guy doesn’t mean that I’m a saint, alright?”

Matt raises an eyebrow at that and just spreads his legs, scooting back against the headboard. A moment later, the tip of one of Frank’s fingers is inside of him, and Matt shudders, not because of the gesture itself, but because he’s been wanting Frank in the worst way for so long.

“You can go fast with this part,” Matt assures.

Frank slips his fingers in and out of Matt, two of them, and Matt’s utterly in heaven. He arches his back, pressing up against them.

“I meant it when I said you could go harder. And add more.”

“You sure?”

“I’m sure.”

Frank slowly withdraws his fingers, and when he’s back in Matt, it’s three fingers and he’s moving with a much harder pace. Matt groans.

“I’m good, please. I really like it when my legs are hiked up and I can ‘see’ you best.”

“What do you mean?”

“When I’m with someone,” Matt explains, breathlessly. “It’s easier to sense them when we’re facing, and I get all of their reactions easily. I know how you’re feeling.”

“How sweet.”

Frank positions himself on his knees between Matt’s legs and then hikes them up against his waist. Matt eagerly responds by wrapping his legs around Frank.

“You good?”

“I’m excellent,” Matt breathes.

No sooner do the words come out, then does Frank press against him. He enters him slowly, with delicate care not to hurt him. With Matt’s heightened senses, it does hurt, but the burn is a delicious one and he doesn’t mind it at all.

When Frank bottoms out, Matt rasps out a demand.

“Kiss me.”

So Frank stretches down to kiss him, and Matt hooks his hands behind Frank’s neck, arching up to meet the kiss. Matt then falls back against the bed and Frank starts to move.

“Harder, please,” Matt says, voice weak, nearly a whisper. “Use your hands.”

Frank seems to understand his vague command and presses both hands to Matt’s body for leverage. He picks up a rapid, brutal pace and slams into him, before slowing down and angling up with his thrusts. Pleasure shoots through Matt, and he can’t help scream.

“Loud, aren’t you?” Frank asks, in a tone that says Matt’s loudness isn’t something he’s used to.

“Yes, I am,” Matt chokes out.

“That’s new,” Frank murmurs, in time with the thrusts of his hips. “I like that.”

“God,” Matt breathes. He’s so close and his leaking cock has barely been touched. “Oh God, oh God.”

“Little blasphemous there,” Frank grumbles.

“Not the worst I’ve done,” Matt responds, finding his voice barely there.

“Can I touch?” Frank asks.

“Yeah.”

Frank wraps his hand around Matt, thrusting that fist in time with his harsh movements. He lets go when he leans forward and Matt’s cock is trapped between them. That friction alone is enough.

When Matt comes, all of his senses fade away. There is a brief moment where everything just stops. He doesn’t even feel Frank come inside of him; he merely comes to again and feels the hot wetness inside him.

“Was that okay?” he whispers, eyes shut.

“Okay?” Frank asks, laughing. “That was brilliant; that’s what that was.”

Matt knows that he can never replace Frank’s time with his wife, nor the intimacy they shared. Things are going to be very different with the two of them. But, different can be good, and he plans to make it very good for the man known by most as just The Punisher. He knows that Frank’s more and he's going to make it perfect.

AU where Stick died at the end of S2, Elektra and Matt don't run away, and there's reconciliation with Foggy, Karen, Claire, hell maybe even Frank. Everyone else recognizes that Stick was like a father to Elektra and Matt, and let them mourn.

However, Matt and Elektra start reminiscing about Stick...promptly horrifying everyone else as they realize that wait a minute, these weren't just kids who got martial arts training while young, they were literal child soldiers. Matt and Elektra are fondly looking back on things Stick did to train them, and everyone else is trying to convince them it was abuse.

(OP is open to Stick having sexually abused them, too, if filler would like to go that route.)

(Also, OP is a multishipper and would not mind any pairings, but just wants the focus of the story to be on Matt and Elektra looking back fondly on an abusive Stick, while everyone else is horrified by what these two have been through and what Stick has done to them.)

Because no one takes better care of his dog than Frank Castle.

AU where everyone else is the same age except Matt is an 18 year old high school senior (and is still Daredevil)

-Karen and foggy are lawyers and Matt is their part-time assistant who still manages to convince them to take on the Castle case
-Frank flirts a lot with Daredevil and has no idea that he's a teenager
-Foggy and/or Karen know that Matt has a crush on Frank and are very against it
-Matt knows Peter Parker (who is still a bit younger than him) and they have a very brotherly relationship

Everybody think Elektra is Black Sky like in the show, but twist is that it really is Matt. Stick knows that when start train him as a boy. So becasue nobody knows what Black Sky powers really are is up to author to explain why Matt is BS and why everybody think it's Elektra.

It would also be interesting to see if this changes how Frank views Captain America. At least in the comics, he respects Cap so much, that he absolutely refuses to even fight against him; he goes berserk on anyone that disrespects Steve. I wonder if the MCU version would be the same, and if it screws with his mind a bit more?

OP here. It's amazing the things I didn't know I never knew about. Generally speaking, I don't have time to read comics, but for this I might have to scuttle over to my local libraries in order to see if they have this on the shelf.
