Casefic, Matt represents someone who is guilty

I'm just craving something where Matt's perception of the legal system is presented with a little more nuance than 'only the good and innocent deserve lawyers, the end'. (I'm personally blaming that one on the writers, but eh, whatever.)

So, maybe a fic where he represents someone he knows is guilty, because actually everyone deserves proper legal representation, which is basically the entire basis of the judicial system and the reason why defense law exists at all? I'd like to see him making sure the prosecution has put their case together with all due process, and fighting for a fair sentence for his client. Not just because he's trying to get information or planning to beat the client up later in his red fetish suit, but because he genuinely believes in his job.

Any season or any timeframe in the show.

This is a great prompt. Sometimes I wonder if Matt's even capable of thinking that far, lol. Like - would he? Would he fight the prosecution over someone who he knows is guilty just to make sure their case was legit and fair? And what if he gambled like that and the prosecution failed to make their case and he won? What if he - while not even trying to do so! - allowed, say, a murderer to walk free?

Stargate Atlantis AU (matt/foggy)

Foggy gets sent to Atlantis for his negotiating skills. He does trade agreements, manages disputes with local populations, and maybe sometimes goes off-world on first contact missions whereupon he immediately gets kidnapped/put in peril.

Matt gets sent to Atlantis because he has a very strong ATA gene and the mission needs more people who can turn the lights on (even if they’re blind).

But Matt’s possessive ‘get out of my city’ tendencies are a whole different ballgame when said city 1) can respond to his thoughts and 2) may possibly be a little sentient? And a little too accommodating of Mr Matthew Murdock, tbh.

I'm not too fussed about how it happens. Can be established relationship or slow burn. I just want to see these two together. Did they meet as Daredevil and Black Widow or Natasha and Matt? How do they get married? (Do they not get married?)

Various stages of relationship are cool, but no children please.

Bonus if Clint and his family are somehow involved.
Extra bonus if you throw in any of the other Avengers.

Just have fun with it. :)

Claire patched up Frank at some point and the next day he was gone, pretty much as she's come to expect from these vigilante types in her life. It annoys her, but they'll swan back in when they next need her and she can't turn away somebody who is injured.

But a few days later Frank knocks on her door with a bag of groceries and offers to cook her a meal, and she's just... "!!" and they maybe become friends or at least friendly?

Nonnie, you could have waited at least a day before co-opting someone else's prompt. If nothing else it gives both prompts a chance to be in the spotlight when there's at least some distance between them.

Daredevil and MCU Spider-Man

Just watched CA:CW and oh my god Tom Holland's Spider-Man was the best! The only problem was every time he took a hit, there was part of me going "no, he's just a baby!"

So Spider-Man runs into Daredevil. Daredevil can sense how young the new superhero is and goes into super-protective big brother mode! Now Spider-Man has to contend with a nagging vigilante following him around and telling him to go home this instant young man!

matt/foggy, Trapped In A Dreamscape

Daredevil gets trapped in a dreamscape or some weird limbo dimension. Someone with a close bond with Matt is needed to drag him out of it, but no one around seems to have a strong enough connection to Matt to pull it off.

Eventually someone who knows Matt at least a little bit (Karen? Claire?) suggests calling Foggy.


+ 10 - there’s some hesitancy to call Foggy because he and Matt still aren’t on the best of terms after the closing of Nelson and Murdock. There's a concern their bond might be too fractured to be useful.

+ 100 - once Foggy’s inside the dreamscape, he does find Matt who’s maybe not entirely aware of what’s going on. They get to talk.

+ 10000 - Matt is even more tactile than usual in the dreamscape; like, if Foggy sits down next to him to talk, Matt will reach for Foggy's hand and start distractedly playing with his fingers or something. Stuff he’d stop himself from doing (or saying) in the conscious world.

Fisk’s pet lawyer, noncon, sexual slavery, Foggy/Matt, Foggy/Frank

Wilson Fisk is the Kingpin and Daredevil is his assassin/bodyguard. Frank Castle is the guy Fisk calls in when he wants to make a bloody statement against whatever group has crossed him. Foggy was the public defender that got Fisk acquitted the first time around and now Fisk will never let him go.

Sometimes, when Matt or Frank do a particularly good job, he lends them his pet lawyer. After all, the guy’s got a mouth on him, might as well put it to good use outside the courtroom.

Twisted!Matt, Twisted!Frank and helpless!Foggy, please and thank you!


Bonus if Matt and/or Frank are actually pretty fond of Foggy, even if it doesn’t make them stop the sexual favors.

Double bonus if Matt and Frank are together and like to share Foggy between them.

Superhero themed porn is very popular right now, but Matt thought he would be safe since daredevil isn't as well known as the Avengers or the X-Men. He was wrong. There is already an 8 part series of 'the Punisher' inserting various object into 'Daredevil' and it's extremely popular.

I want Matt to be forced to watch one (or more) of them for whatever reason

Child of God, Matt/any, a/b/o, dub-con/non-con

Okay, stay with me, this is the strangest (and longest) thing I've ever prompted.

So, in this omegaverse au, the catholic church is mostly run by alphas (big shock, I know), and when it comes to confessions, it is commonplace for the secondary sex of the sinner to impact what kind of repentance they are assigned.
Alphas and betas may sometimes be told to perform physical labour for the church in order to be absolved of their worst sins, this is how most of their churches and cathedrals were built.
Omegas, however, are considered weaker and "unfit" for such repentance, and are instead given orders to submit sexually to an alpha of the church's choosing, either orally or fully.
This is only rarely done and is used both as a way to control omegas and reward alphas, and in the rare case that such a repentance, the offspring is considered a "child of god" and is not to be harmed, often becoming monks or nuns.

Matt is an omega who has sinned and is ordered to submit. It's up to the author who his assigned alpha is and how the situation plays out. Just give me Matt, wet and squirming on a knot, praying his God does not choose for him to become pregnant.

Been on a tiny Harry Potter fix lately; we've had pre season 2 Hogwarts AUs but let's bring Frank and Elektra into this.

I personally accept the headcanon of Matt being a Slytherin, Foggy being a Hufflepuff and Karen being Ravenclaw or Slytherin but I'm open to other sortings.
I see Frank as a proud Hufflepuff and a Pit Bull Animagus. Elektra's a Slytherin or Ravenclaw.

Hopefully people more Harry Potter knowledgeable than me can chime in on this.

Matt/Foggy or Gen, Major Character Death

Foggy is killed.

The why of this situation is up to the filler- random mugging, targeted attack because of a case he's working, targeted attack because someone's connected him to daredevil, a horrible case of mistaken identity, it doesn't matter. Point is that Foggy is very, very, very dead.

Matt, as himself or as Daredevil, finds the body. His reaction is...not great.

+1 if part of Matt's reaction has some parallels to how Fisk reacted to finding Wesley's body in S1 (hair touching, forehead kissing, ect) because I love the way the show set up similarities between Fisk and Murdock.

+100 for "Please, please, wake up" and/or "Don't touch him. Don't fucking touch him, can't you see he's already hurt?"

+110 if, for the first time in a long, long time, Matt doesn't have the energy to get angry about a tragedy. He's just so, so sad.

CIVIL WAR SPOILERS - Matt gets recruited

Post-Civil War, Rogers and Co. find themselves in need of more subterfuge than usual now that they're on the run. Taking a note from Tony's book, they start reaching out to individuals who could offer skills they don't currently have on their roster.

To be perfectly honest, though, that punchy guy running around Hell's Kitchen doesn't seem like he would fit the bill. But Steve gets a note from Natasha saying, "No, this guy. Trust me. You want counter-surveillance measures, he's your guy."

Too bad the Devil of Hell's Kitchen 1) has no desire to LEAVE Hell's Kitchen and 2) doesn't really play well with others.


Would adore it if Foggy could make an appearance of some kind, too. (he'd probably get along better with most of that crew than Matt would, actually.)

OP, I HAVE IMPORTANT QUESTIONS. They are all pertinent, I swear. I need some background information on this scenario.

Firstly, when you say counter-surveillance measures what do you mean, exactly?

Secondly, if Natt's the one who points Steve in DD's general direction, how does she know about him? Is this a I-am-a-super-spy-and-therefore-know-interesting-things situation? Or do Matt and Natasha know each other like, personally?

(Foggy probably would get along with everyone better than Matt, tbh.)

Foggy/Matt, Pactio AU

Okay, so there is an anime/manga series called Negima that has a magical system I love called a pactio.

It works by having a mage and a second person. (They can also be a mage or they can be a normal person). The mage is called a Magister and the second is called a Minister. They make a magical contact by kissing, on the lips, in a magic circle and a card forms.

The Minister gets a magical artifact based on his skill-set, personality, and goals that he can store and removes from the card. The Magister can give the Minister a power boost and summon them from afar. (The minister mostly works as a knight type for the Magister, so that the mage has time to cast spells.)

Which one is which is up to whom ever fill this.

I'd love a fic exploring that. I'm imagining a teen Matt doing this, but I'm flexible :D
