So in this AU, instead of being sent to jail, Frank is enslaved and, after a brutal six months of re-conditioning, sent to be legally owned by his lawyer, Matt Murdock. (Maybe Foggy is ineligible legally for some reason?)

Frank is still the Punisher/still can kill people but he's now completely traumatized and finds himself viscerally scared of/unwilling submissive to Matt, who has no idea how to do this.

I mean I'm pretty sure Foggy's reaction to being offered an even MORE fucked up Frank Castle as a permanent fixture in his life is 'hard pass' in almost any universe.

I don't care why it's happening or anything, I just want Frank to watch Matt lay eggs

Inspired by a previous 'they think he's actually the devil' story

If people think there's a devil running around, they are going to want to deal. This would only be strengthened by the fact that sometimes, he answers...

So, not-actually-a-devil Matt, who feeds into the rumors about being a devil without even meaning to. Because sometimes they're asking impossible things, but sometimes they're asking for justice, or reporting a crime, or, well, things he actually can do. Or asking for help committing a crime, which he always answers promptly (with a resounding *no*). Even if people pass on what works, they might be vague and shifty enough for people not to notice the limit is actually what a person *can* do.

And he doesn't want bargains, but he doesn't want people owing or thinking they owe souls either (perhaps he mostly tries to get them to stop doing something they shouldn't, or to do community service). (and occasionally baked goods when he can't think of anything else and/or panics).

Maybe there's a divide between those who look at the small scale of the deals and think the devil prefers a slow temptation to fall, and those who think whatever bound him to the area prevents him from dealing for souls? And the few who still think he's human ranging from thinking its' a terrible idea to its hilarious?

I would also be interested in seeing Foggy (who does not know) trying to make a deal, and perhaps at some point even offering up his soul to a horrified Matt.

Super hft. In my mind this would be the epitome of a stable, loving relationship (which =/= boring, if there even is such a thing when it comes to relationships, because this *is* Daredevil, and they *are* a detective and a vigilante, respectively). Foggy would approve.

This could be fascinating. I have a mental image of Stick smoothly changing his attitude depending on what the target (and they're women, they're always women) needs. A long line of girls in their 20s going OOOH over Stick being ~dark and mysterious~ and indulging their daddy!kink. Middle-aged women appreciating the fact that he can listen to them rant about their husbands and that he's completely fine being the occasional lover. Elderly women just appreciating all the FUN they're having.

Oh yes - they offer him to Foggy first and when Foggy says 'hell no' he's given to Matt, and Matt's worried enough about him/whoever's next on the list of potential owners to say yes.

(Do you think Karen would have been the next choice?)

My poor, poor murderous marshmallow Frank. I kind of wanna take him home and cuddle him and take his sorry ass to therapy caue he needs it

It could have been Karen - or you could say that since she was an employee rather than a partner, she'd get passed over and he'd end up on the auction block, making it more imperative for Matt to (finality) take responsibility for the case/person he originally took on.

So, people (in-universe, but also sometimes us, lol) tend to assume that he's had a lot of/varied/kinky sex, partly because he's a little older than the rest of the cast and partly because he's the Big Bad Punisher, and American ideas about masculinity tend to involve sexual conquest.

I'd really love to see some awkwardness about this not being the case, because he and his wife got together when they were pretty young, and while they weren't virgins on their wedding night, they WERE each others' one and only. So Frank is kind of shy/nervous about sleeping with someone else for the first time, in addition to any other guilt/conflict he might have about it.

Note: I'm definitely NOT looking for him to be bad or clueless in bed - I'm sure they had an active/attentive/affectionate sex life - just unsure of himself because he's only had one partner, and his partner not realizing this at first.

+ bonus if this results in his partner taking the lead and teaching him exactly what/how *they* like it

+++ special extra bonus if 'Any' is Elektra, my secret crack OTP, but OP would be genuinely happy with Frank/Karen, Frank/Matt, or any other pairing you want to make work.

Matt Murdock is the subbiest sub ever, and he should be spanked often. + a million to this prompt!

A variation on the prompt above. Just having people with Matt realizing he's not the nice, collected Catholic he appears to be.

He is kind of crazy.

And they're not sure about staying.

I don't care whether you want to make Matt/Foggy platonic, romantic, or UST-ic, I just want some solid childhood loyalty/brother-like 'nobody gets to ruin Foggy's day/year but me' animosity on Brett's part every time Matt turns up to the station after N&M dissolves.

Since someone prompted Matt wanting to stick his dick in crazy, and who's crazier than Deadpool? (Well the Joker from Batman, but that'd be seriously weird on a riddiculous number of levels)
So, just Matt screwing DP up the ass. Maybe DP is less self-conscious about stripping off in front of a blind person? Maybe it's a threesome with Vanessa? Or Spidey (as long as he's legal)? Or a weird-ass dream?

Ha. I see Matt having a really vivid dream waking up very surprised. Then uttering "Foggy's right. I have a type."

I love this. Brett dues my get enough love. Especially support his frenemy stance with Foggy. It's like yeah. They're all Hell's Kitchen boys but Foggy is his bro, Murdock.

Frank sees how devastated DD is after Elektra dies. He's also shocked that none of his friends are around to offer sympathy and it shocks him: Matt and DD is a good guy. Matt has enough self-loathing to fill a stadium but he expected better of his friends. There is no malice in him but others seem to want him to suffer even though he is GRIEVING (really, who would want that?). Instead of disappearing Frank makes it his mission to be friends (and then maybe something more) for Matt.

Would you be okay with a fill acknowledging that it was Matt who deliberately pushed them away in the first place? And that Frank hits the same roadblocks when he approaches Matt?
