RPF is allowed. Crossovers, characters from the extended Marvel Universe and comics canon are allowed, but must relate to the 2015 TV show in some way.

Matt comes across something that confuses his senses.

I'd have to consider how much of that Matt would actually know about.
Even with the SHIELD file dump, some things (like tony's quipping while killing people) wont necessarily be public knowledge. (Though on the flip side, neither is any genuine regret or guilt experienced by any of them)
Matt and Fpggy totally play 'name that law violation' with anything they find out about. They get pretty far into military law and UN statutes while drunkenly debating whether Steve has any military authority, and which UN statues the avengers violate by operating outside america. Its even more fun than playing 'name that war crime' during war movies

"Frank help me do my chest, Claire says i'll get more infections if I keeps getting hair caught in my healing stab wounds"

Matt defends the innocents.

Karen is at the school paper.

Foggy is the weird kid with the hot cheerleader as girlfiend and noone knwos how.

Frank is the new kid sent from another school, he beats up every bully he finds.

Elektra is the hot Exchange student witha weird granpa that tries to lure Matt to her side.

What kind of high school troubles this guys can get into....

Hmm... Yeah, it'd be interesting to see them in bed for the first time. Karen's surprised by the silvery stretch marks gathered around his belly, hips, ass, pecs. She's very intrigued by the sensitivity and size of his nipples. He tells her they never used to be sensitive before the pregnancy. Maybe how they planned it so he and Maria could both nurse Lisa, but by Frank jr he couldnt do it anymore.
Idk like Frank talking about how his children and wife literally changed him and his body and he still remembers them , then maybe later how he wants to have Karen's child and what its like to be pregnant again aftef the loss of his first children or something

Punisher has seen Daredevil die. It was his fault. He killed people responsible, he mourned him, got himself drunk.
And the next day it happened again.

I want Frank's Groundhog Day where he has a new mission - to keep Matt alive. It's not easy.
Also, he discovers that Matt has a weak spot for him...and that maybe he has one for the Devil of Hell's Kitchen.

Op says yeah, that works. It sounds really good, actually.

There's a lot of potential for humor, and misunderstandings, but angsty or serious also works (what makes someone desperate enough...) - I wanted to leave it open for either interpretation. Or even both, if someone wanted, where the situation seems funny until it's not.

Were you leaning toward a genuine problem, not just misunderstandings from being Daredevil?

I am really looking forward to seeing what you come up with!

What if someone else sees him and is even more embarassed because they see how riddiculous he looks (and weirdly turned on because Murdock=sexy)

Poor Frank. Poor poor Frank.
Is it weird that he's a grown man, an ex-marine and a fucking serial/spree killer of gangsters and I still see him like some sort of poor, fluffy, abused sad little puppy?

F-612 or Frank is broken and inoperable soldier-bot transformed into bodyguard model (but he doesn't work very well - he is mostly interested in killing bad guys than protecting some rich guys doing shady business).
Than one day he is bought by blind lawyer who works to help others and Frank for the first time feels like his work would have some meaning.

Matt doesn't need protection. But after his case with Fisk he knows his friends desperately need to feel that he is ok and safe so he buys bodyguard-bot that would be destroyed is nobody would buy "it". His plan is to just leave it a home or office and carry on with his life and work.
But Frank is not just a machine and he doesn't really listen to Matt's orders. He has opinions about most of the things that Matt does (including the fact that he is Daredevil). Goes where he is not welcome and keeps trying to convince Matt that killing bad guys is better than just catching them. He also makes sure to scare away all guys Matt picks up for sex.

Literally just Matt hitting Frank's ass with a cane. Consensually and with aftercare. Whatever else you like

I shouldn't have the mental image of maybe matts exhausted or can't put weight on his leg so frank insists he sits on his knee he's propped out and matts too tired to argue about being a full grown man and not needing his help so he just plonks down and they wait it out. Maybe some... Grinding? I'm going to hell.
