THOUGH Foggy might find that the rules of the swords might not work in his favor. Knights are called to save innocent people, not those who make choices that put themselves in danger.

Which means Foggy can’t use his new divine probability field to save Matt even if Matt's life is in danger. Or Karen, actually.

Matt and Frank (top Frank, please) have sex in front of others- preferably Avengers, but I'll take any crew (no Foggy please, I'm a Foggy&Matt =Bros kind of gal).
But this isn't just any sex. Give me Frank sensually and lovingly topping the hell out of Matt: whispering dirty talk, gently restraining his hands, making him beg and cry from the pleasure and, the main thing I want, they end up face to face with both of Frank's hands cradling Matt's face as he orgasms, foreheads pressed together.

-Purely consensual and all parties into it. The viewers can be providing commentary or just mentioned in passing, involvement up to you.
-all my love if Frank is enjoying getting to show off his beautiful Red while simultaneously staking his claim.

Yeah, but if he could've, he would've saved Elena Cardenas. Didn't he want to be out there cracking names and taking skulls?

He may not be able to use it necessarily to save Matt, but to fight along side him. Like Dresden and Michael Carpenter. And, they have saved each other's hides plenty of times. =)

Yeah, but the moments when it doesn't work in his favor lead to tension and angst and plot which is good for our avocados in fics...

Hm, true, but I think I see Foggy as less of a Michael/Sanya-type who has basically taken knighthood on as a career than one of those Knights for a Day, like Murphy or Susan. Someone worthy who has a sword fall into their hands during a specific event during which the presence of a sword is needed the most.

So when Foggy shows up on the scene he's there to do what he always does - defend the innocent against unjust prosecution. As long as he sticks to that, there's a decent chance he'll survive the encounter.

But if he sees the very not-innocent* Matt in danger and tries to help him...things are probably going to go very badly. Even for Michael, divine intervention only went so far.

(*not-innocent in the sense that Matt chose of his own free-will to put himself in danger and thus is liable for the consequences of those choices.)

Yeah, that's true. I doubt he'd be the type to take it on as a career, either. I guess it's not really a side-gig.

Michael was able to help Harry some, though - I keep thinking of that dramatic scene in (I think it was Cold Days) where Harry had Michael hold the sword to his neck... But, it turns out his memories had been altered and Michael was able to do some sort of faith thing. (In that instance, would he be innocent? Though, he ended up on Mab's radar because of his dangerous activities.)

Claire has to hide an unconscious Daredevil/any hero from bad guys/LEO's by claiming marathon sex wore them out.

Bonus for mention of superhero role-playing.

Basically, during some situation, someone grabs Matt's hand and starts tapping Morse code on it, to communicate silently in a way he can understand.

Or he's tying to find a hostage, locates the general location of their heart beat, and then hears that they're tapping in Morse to give him more specific information on what he's getting into (how many locks on the door, the number of guys who are there, how many guns they have, the name of their leader, ect).

Or he and a partner are interrogating some SOB, and Matt taps T or F on said partner's thigh or foot to indicate if the guy is lying or not, so they both know.

Bones points for people figuring out creative ways to tap- Matt using his cane, someone fiddling with the legs of a pair of glasses, clicking teeth together, ect.

And any other tap code works as well (there are several), if for some reason Morse seems too far out there.

Frank found over the next week or so that he was actually recovering from what happened to him in the Slave Office. It was taking time, of course, but being in Matt's apartment seemed to be helping. He knew that he was safe, and that those people weren't going to get their hands on him again -- that knowledge allowed him to kind of pull himself together and to become himself again.

As himself, Frank knew that Emery couldn't be allowed to live. He knew how blackmail worked. The blackmailing party did more and more and it got worse and worse until something gave. Matt would lose his secret identity and that was only the surface.

"He's going to have to die," he told Matt quietly. He tried his best to bring it up subtly, but he wasn't sure that he could kill again without the permission of the man who owned him. Regardless of whether he felt like he belonged to Matt or not, he did, and they had completely warped his mind. "You know that he can't be allowed to live."

"I can't kill him," Matt murmured, looking up. He wasn't wearing his glasses, and Frank had to admit that sometimes Matt Murdock's long, intense stare was intimidating. The man was just...so intense. "We can't kill him. It doesn't solve anything. He's really not a huge threat compared to some of the people we've faced."

"He's just another jackass, yeah," Frank agreed. "I agree with you on that, sir, but...he's the jackass who's trying to out you. Have you thought about what's going to happen when you do get outed?"

"I'll lose any chance I had to get back into law," Matt said, after some consideration. "Of course, I haven't practiced since Foggy left..."

Frank could see his master's pain in his eyes and he wanted to say something comforting, but all that came out was a shallow, quiet, "I'm very sorry, sir."

"You really are, aren't you?" Matt asked, looking over at him. An expression of wonder came over his face and Frank had to wonder what had him looking like that. "I underestimated a lot about you before all this, Frank."

"It doesn't matter," Frank said quickly, hearing the sadness in his Master's voice. It really didn't matter. "I am who I am and I've done what I've done."

"I forgot that you were a good man before all of this, Frank, and I'm sorry."

"I don't think that I could judge someone as a good man or not if I were you, sir. I mean, I was a decent human being, but I was never a good man. I always had the potential to do what I did inside of me. Only God can judge me and all of that, but I'm not a good man, sir."

"Okay..." Matt murmured and Frank could tell that he was at a loss for words. He didn't mind. It was better they didn't talk in some ways. "I just know that if I was outed as Daredevil, that I'd lose you. The whole reason they stuck you with me is that I'll keep you alive, and that I'm safe. Nobody expects much of the blind lawyer on the side of good..."

"They expect a lot from the vigilante who owns The Punisher though," Frank finished, quietly. "Yes, I understand that."

"They'd accuse me of using you to do my bidding," Matt admitted quietly. "I don't think the public opinion of Daredevil is that great lately. I know there's been a bit of a backlash against vigilantes and...gifted types in the last few years."

"I think we should kill him, sir."

"No."

Frank flinched back, stumbling and almost falling. God, he felt pathetic. He was a grown ass man who had lived a long, complicated life and now a stern no was enough to have him shaking in his boots. Did he really want to keep living like the thing they had turned him into?

"Frank, I'm sorry..." Matt said quickly, looking at him and shaking his head. "I didn't mean to."

"You didn't, sir, you didn't," Frank said, eyes on the floor. "Don't worry about it. I'm sure that we'll come up with something to get rid of him that doesn't involve offing him. If anyone can come to it, it's you, right?"

"Yeah, it's me."

Poor Claire would probably become an urban legend among whoever she was trying to deceive!And someone would definitely try to come back on the sly to ask her about their bedroom troubles.

"So...I mean, the Daredevil thing, does it really work? I mean, I always thought that the women would really like Captain America because he seems like the sort of guy who would treat 'em right ya know?"

Also, this made me realize that the Daredevil costume is probably the kinkiest in the MCU so far with the whole devil theme.

So by choosing to defend someone else (like Matt) they are putting themselves in danger. Isn't that what Knights do? And by acting in self defence (Karen) they are again choosing themselves to put themselves in danger. So really they should sit around doing nothing and ignore wrong doing or cries for help.

LOL It really is so the kinkiest in the MCU - particularly the original Man in the Mask/Dread Pirate Roberts look. =) Though, the updated, newer costume is pretty alright.

(Actually, the comics, when he's all in red, that's pretty kinky too, imo)

Brett knows about Matt and Daredevil. He figures it out sometime in s2.

Give me those times Brett finds hard not to call out Matt when he sees it on his DD suit and how eventho they are not in good terms Brett always ask Foggy about Matt and how things are going.

Until Foggy kind of figueres outs he knows and it becomes a play on who will crack first.

We have all these prompts about Matt dating an Avenger, but what about Foggy or Katen, who are both probably going to meet with them in their professional capacity sooner or later? I'm not sure either of them have the patience for Tony Stark after Matt burned them, but I could see either of them dating one of the others(though Clint should get his wife's permission-no cheating please).
