YES! Murdock is a lot like MCU!Matt while being his moral opposite, that's what makes it such a creepy experience for Foggy. Because he can clearly see HIS MATT in this dude, but at the same time this dude is NOTHING like his Matt.

so i'm a sucker for the "character a is injected with truth serum and character b cares for/deals with them but unintentionally finds out some pretty heavy truths" trope and basically i'm looking for the same thing with matt and foggy (i don't mind who gets the serum, i'd love to see either) but this particular truth serum (handwaving goes here) taps into repressed memories not just secrets being kept/lies being told.

so your standard truth serum fic (the how/when/why is totally up to you) with whoever's under the influence telling the truth/being weirdly uninhibited (a la traditional truth serum) but occasionally will blurt a repressed memory out and immediately follow it up with "oh, i didn't know/remember that" (because up until this moment it was repressed) but very matter-of-factly because they're not exactly with it, until the next day when they serum has worn off and they've retained knowledge of these newly unrepressed memories.

I feel almost sorry for whoever is going to be openly hostile towards Foggy. Almost.

So, Matt and Frank will often argue/fight with each other over some criminal or other whom Matt does not want Frank to kill, while the criminal is still there watching.

So, give me various bad guys (probably at Turk's level, rather than Fisk's) speculating on the nature of Matt and Frank's relationship and coming to the (not unreasonable) conclusion that they are fucking and fighting over them is some sort of demented foreplay.

Bonus if they discuss it in a bar somewhere and Matt interrupts to question one of the goons, clearly having heard everything they were talking about.

So Karen has some fucked-up ideas about periods cause misogyny, body-shaming culture, previously existing body issues, etc.
She's terribly ashamed of them and has always hid them from her boyfriends (whether or not this behavior was exacerbated by an ex who treated her like she was disgusting cause of it is author's choice).
So she's sleeping with Foggy (can be established relationship, friends with benefits, qp partners who let off steam, whatevs) and she gets her period really bad and has to struggle through the horrible cramps and the near-constant nausea and the bloating (maybe Karen feels shame about the 'fat' way she looks too??), just Karen has the worst periods ok?
But she's desperately trying to hide it and being all sub rosa with her tampons and her meds and whatnot and she's basically trying to have sex with foggy in any way that doesn't involve penetration, just trying to keep him satisfied until her period goes away.
Foggy cottons on pretty quick that something is wrong and Karen almost tearfully tells him that she has her period but it's ok it'll be over soon and nothing has to change and please don't be disgusted, Karen feeling all the humiliation of it.
Cue Foggy being a perfect human being and immediately helping her out with like treats and meds and hot-water bottles and maybe getting her off cause orgasms relieve cramps??
And Karen is all like wtf? Why aren't you totally grossed out? And Foggy's like, it's not at all gross it's totally NOT gross karen, wtf?
Bonus if Foggy tries very hard to cure her of her internalized body-shame and being an awesome friend.
Extra bonus if Foggy gets Karen off cause helpful orgasms and Karen in both extremely turned on but also incredibly moved that he doesn't find her body disgusting and she cries silently during sex but reassures Foggy of her ok-ness with vocalizing her pleasure.

My bet is that his Catholic group home was part of (or had a partnership with) a Catholic school, but I could also imagine them sending him to the New York Institute for Special Eduction, which has catered to visually impaired students since 1831.

While it's summer for most of the world, my part of it is deep in winter. And it's freezing. So could I have any characters with warm winter snuggling? Drinks by the fire? Bundling up in blankets?

+1 if Matt goes Daredeviling and has to be warmed up afterwards because it's fucking snowing why the fuck did you go out in that you arse. Have another blanket.

(this is Tony Motherfucking Stark. he has probably given at least one of the more advanced machines he sends nelson & murdock an ai. prolonged exposure to matt and foggy and karen [and also claire] turns it into the snarkiest little shit that makes sight puns and fusses needlessly over matt.)

OP here. Yes I am from Australia! I'm in Sydney (ish) and we've been having the windiest and coldest winter in ages. I'm so looking forward to spring and not freezing.

So of course I want Daredevil's characters to suffer along with me.

Matt has another well-kept secret: He "burrowed" one of Foggy's sweaters and never returned it because it smells like Foggy and Foggy's scent is like catnip to Matt.

Consumed by guilt, Matt shows up at confession one day, trying to explain to Father Lantom that he stole an old sweater from his best friend because of gay feelings, does that mean he's going to hell?

Father Lantom tries hard not to die laughing because he's certainly heard weirder things during his career as a priest, but on the other hand, this is the guy who seriously contemplated committing murder and now he's freaking out because of a crush?
