I really wonder what kind of music Matt would like. I’ve read a few fics where he enjoyed classical music (which makes sense), but my mind is getting stuck on a scenario where Foggy catches a rare moment of Matt getting lost in music (maybe with headphones on), and he checks what he’s listening to. Cue something along these lines:
Foggy: Loreena McKennitt? *Really*?
Matt: Yeah, really.
Foggy: You can’t get any more un-Daredevilly than Loreena McKennitt. You know that, right?
Matt: What? I like her! Have you listened to “The Mummers’ Dance”? Her music has layers.
Foggy: Layers? Murdock, whatever drugs you took, I want them too.

Would prefer gen, and humour is fine, but I’m not overly fond of crackfic.

AU where Karen is Kirsten McDuffie's secretary. How did Karen get that job? How long did it take before Karen realised she had a massive crush on her boss? How much does Kirsten hate that she's living the cliché of wanting to bang her secretary? Who has to get threatened for them to admit their feelings?

So, um, this is something I can't get out of my head...

Matt has a thing about taking care of/protecting other people but he's kind of shit at looking after himself. And uh, i want foggy to use this as a way of punishing Matt - he makes Matt stand in front of him and jerk himself off, when he's obviously desperate to get off foggy. Foggy might touch Matt occasionally (I wouldn't mind a bit of humiliation here too) but he won't let Matt touch anyone but himself until he comes.

I'd like it to be consensual - either they're in an established relationship and have discussed this before, or first time and foggy takes charge but it's clear Matt would up and leave if he didn't like it (maybe he asks if matt has a safeword or smth idk)...although saying that, I can deal with dub-con if that's where you see this heading...

Okay. So. Matt gets into a relationship that he’s reeeeeeeally reluctant to be in with Fisk and Vanessa, because they’re creepy and he’s expecting a knife in the back at any second (literally and figuratively).

And yeah the sex is fantastic in that so-wrong-it’s-good kind of way. And well… after a while he makes the mistake of letting his guard down and allowing himself be vulnerable around them and he foolishly allows himself to hope that maybe, just maybe, there’s something genuine starting to form between them.

And then ~something~ *hand-waves* happens to make him think it really was all just a trick to humiliate him and that they were just dragging out the long-con to maximize the hurt. And Matt’s just completely devastated by it. Worst sub-drop feeling you can imagine. Foggy and Karen et al are too worried that he’s going to go off the deep end to even think about saying “I told you so."

And then Fisk and Vanessa come looking for him after and Matt thinks it’s to gloat and he just cannot. face. them, because he’s going to make an even bigger fool of himself and cry, offs, because we all know what a terrible liar he is.

I kind of want it to be all a really big misunderstanding and not an actual double-cross. But if you’d like to make it angsty and rip my heart out with an actual betrayal I’d be okay with that too, hahaha.

There are so many Avengers Meet Daredevil fics out there where the Avengers try for a while to get Daredevil to join the team and only after Matt’s gotten to know them does he reveal his identity.

But I want Matt’s identity to be the first thing they learn about Daredevil when they come face to face. Maybe he had a really, really bad head injury and they had to remove the helmet/mask, and it was bad enough that they felt it necessary to try and track down next of kin (FRIDAY runs a facial recognition program on him and eventually tracks down Foggy).

But then Matt wakes up and is super freaked out by this and wants nothing to do with them (he didn’t really want anything to do with them to begin with, and this is just icing on the cake).

But, they do know his secret. Have them try to befriend Matt instead of recruiting Daredevil.

Kink meme gods, I beg you to deliver, I've been sitting on this prompt for over a week now.

Matt's mother bailed when he was still a baby and so he doesn't remember her. He never had a mother. And then he met Mrs. Nelson.

Kink meme, please give me a fic in which Matt calls Mrs. Nelson "mum". I don't care why, it might be a joke, it might be a slip of tongue, Matt might be drugged, Matt might be dying. Just make him call Foggy's mother "mum".

Matt never really gets to benefit from foreplay.

Fisk can't just let it out what actually happened to Wesley without implicating himself in a lot of criminal activity so when people who knew Wesley but weren't in the know (like his family?) ask how Wesley died Fisk just blurts out the most absurd lies.

I've seen a few fills where someone sees Matt's injuries, assumes he's being abused, and he either denies it lots or comes out as Daredevil and then denies it lots. What I want to see is Matt letting someone think he's being abused in order to protect his secret identity. He knows how to use body language and Heaven knows he can play the 'helpless' card for all it's worth, and he knows exactly how rare it is for abuse cases to end favourably for the prosecutor, and how much evidence someone needs to have before the magter's taken out of his hands.

("No, I don't... need help. It's, uh, a mark from walking into something. That too. Please stop looking at me like that. Really, it's. It's fine.")

I don't mind about pairings or if Matt has to tell his partner(s) about this deception, or if he tries to keep them in the dark. What I really want is the powerless rage of the person who wants to help Matt, and Matt feeling awful but knowing this is his best chance of staying secret.

(I am going to Hell because I know that domestic violence isn't taken nearly as seriously as it should be and crying wolf is awful but I am a trash person and I have trash needs)

Looking for some Fisk/Wesley fic, where they are a thing, but Leland and the others don't know. Which they are both fine with, it's something for just them.

But I want jealous possessive Fisk, maybe someone flirting with Wesley at a gala or something like that. Wesley knows just what he's doing by flirting back a little. It's a normal game for he and Fisk.

CHOICE NUMBER TWO: CROSSOVER TIME (OWEN GRADY + MATT MURDOCK)

have you not seen Jurassic World? That's okay. In it, Chris Pratt plays Owen Grady, Velociraptor Dad whose type is very much controlling redheaded hotties who make terrible mistakes almost constantly. (i know, i know, matt is only sometimes a ginger, in the comics.)

Lemme tell you bout what I want: let us say that, oh Matt gets word of a mysterious delivery coming in to the docks in about a week's time. Everyone on the street has a) no idea what's actually being delivered, and b) is really nervous about it, because it's a SHITLOAD of money and people are getting erratic about this delivery.

Matt manages to intercept the delivery, and it turns into the kind of chaos that's normal for him - people screaming, people shooting guns, things on fire, etc. Things take a wrong turn when the crate holding the delivery gets busted open. Which is when Matt hears and smells something he has never before sensed IN HIS LIFE.

cue VELOCIRAPTOR VOCALIZATIONS OH NO THEY'RE LOOSE IN HELL'S KITCHEN

Foggy is supposed to go interview this new client for the firm, but he's got the flu. So he begs his best friend to do the interview for him.

Which is how Matt ends up in James Wesley's office, and how Wesley decides that he has got to get this attractive young lawyer into his Red Room of Pain. Cue showing up at his work, buying him big ticket gift items, and roping (if you'll pardon the phrase) him into a sex contract.

Foggy is sleeping with Daredevil, not knowing Daredevil is Matt. (Up to the filler how that works. Blind folds? Really dark apartments?) Can be as dark (or not) as the filler wants.

Bonus points if Daredevil asks if Foggy is with Matt. Foggy lies and says he doesn't like Matt like that. So when Foggy finds out that Matt is Daredevil, that's the lie he's talking about; Matt knew Foggy likes Matt and said nothing.

Matt is full of guilt and he's convinced that everything bad in the world is somehow his fault. Before he became a vigilante, he had to deal with that guilt and self-hatred when it became too much, right? So. Matt used to go out and pick up guys, the violent type that would always end up hurting him. Then he proceeded to let them have rough and violent (and bloody?) sex with him.

He stopped doing that when he became Daredevil. But now he's benched because of a really serious injury and the guilt is too much.

Some powerful force (magic or technology) gives Matt his vision back. Only he can't deal with it. Sighted people get so much information from their vision that it not only overhwhelms him. There's too much sensory input and his brain is freaking out trying to process the sight because it's devoted so much of that area to his other senses.

He takes in his 'sights' (Foggy, Karen, the sky, etc) and then blinds himself (chemicals or worse).

Cue freaked out reactions. Maybe not Foggy and Claire? Who understand from a overwhelming emotion and medical aspect respectively.
