So, um, this is something I can't get out of my head...

Matt has a thing about taking care of/protecting other people but he's kind of shit at looking after himself. And uh, i want foggy to use this as a way of punishing Matt - he makes Matt stand in front of him and jerk himself off, when he's obviously desperate to get off foggy. Foggy might touch Matt occasionally (I wouldn't mind a bit of humiliation here too) but he won't let Matt touch anyone but himself until he comes.
