killgrave is resurrected and goes after Jessica, but encounters Daredevil instead. And since Jessica can resist his powers, he wants a new toy to play with. I really want to read protective!defenders/Jessica. If you want to go darker, killgrave can catch Matt and do things to him while the others watch (Maybe he even makes them restrain Jessica).

I really want to see this, largely because it would be an angsty mess of Jessica thinking she was done with this shit but now it's happening to a friend right in front of her, Danny being faced with yet another Hand failure that the Iron Fist can't handle, Matt ending up getting humiliated and/or raped repeatedly in front of everyone, Luke being terrified because this is one thing he isn't strong enough to deal with, and how they'd even get out of the situation and deal with the aftermath.

The Defenders are surprised by how extremely ethically strict Frank is, within his own ethics. He's obsessed with not having any collateral damage, researches targets for days to make sure that they're actually guilty, and never, ever takes advantage of anyone offering him 'trades' or sex in exchange for something else.

Bonuses:

-if a/b/o, omega!Daredevil accidentally gets hit with a heat-activating drug and rescued by Frank. They brace themselves for a forced bonding or even just Frank fucking him, but he never does anything of the sort.
-Danny tries to pay him for helping and Frank flatly refuses
-Luke is worried that he'll kill guard dogs, finds that Frank adopts them briefly and then gives them to good homes instead

While Matthew is recovering, Elektra is filling her time by observing his friends. No, not the boring ones; not the chubby little lawyer or the pretty secretary. She checks on them, too, sometimes, but it's the other ones that catch her interest.

The violent ones.

She has no intention of ever interfering into their goings, except for maybe ending their lives, but then the belligerent one is drunk at exactly wrong moment, her opponents are at distasteful advantage, considering how poor their fighting skills are, and the smell of Jessica's blood is annoying. So she steps in.

As it turns out, there's no going back from that.

To put it more plainly, I'd like Elektra to become an almost-friend ally-enemy to the Defenders, and all because of one silly mistake of saving Jessica Jones' life once. It's an annoying and peculiar punishment for her moment of weakness.


Bonuses:

+ Jessica is too drunk/too badly injured to either be sent home (Elektra's desired scenario) or demand answers (Jessica's desired scenario), so Elektra has to interact with Danny Rand instead.

++ Jessica was on a case. According to Danny, that's Elektra's case now, and he'll help. Jessica has many conflicting opinions on that. Elektra is of the opinion that she's not interested, but annoyingly, the shivering child that witnessed the fight reminds her of someone, must be Matthew, and, well, she was bored anyway. Fine.

+++ Elektra refuses to talk about Matthew. Jessica refuses to stop asking, and Danny isn't really different, just less vocal about it.

++++ The debates on whether or not to tell Luke, Claire and Coleen are frequent, heated, and varying in results. (So, not all of them get told, but maybe one or two do.)

+++++ We get a classic "Father Lantom talks shit out" scene at one point, starring either Jess or Elektra. I'd settle for Danny, too, Buddhist background and all.

+++++++ Jessica may be bedridden and unable to leave the room (or even pace around for too long, though she does that, a LOT), but damn it, she's not going to be left out of her own goddamn case. Working from a room can still be a lot of good, as it turns out.

++++++++ Some of the shit that was said during the fight was fucking unambiguous. Nothing happened, in the end, but it was close, and it was Elektra fucking Nachios that saved her, and Matt might be alive, and fuck, it was CLOSE. She can only keep it under a lock for so long.

+++++++++ Jessica's relationship with alcohol gets complicated when it's Danny Rand who's in charge of the supply. Thankfully, other people visit too, sometimes, which makes for a lot artful lying on what happened and what's going on, but at least provides some opportunities, too.

++++++++++ Of course Elektra is right fucking there when old secrets eventually spill out. In return, Elektra tells her about the shivering child that she once was, and maybe some stories about Matthew, even.


Ehh. There's more, but maybe I should leave some things to your imagination ;) I'm thinking eventually the secret will burst out, making a mess of whatever truce got made, and the one remaining Defender and two sidekicks will become Elektra's not-friends, too. And maybe, just maybe, Matt will get involved, at the very end.

Fratt and the Defenders

Everybody thinks Matt's dead, including Frank. Matt returns, Frank decides to hold onto Matt with both hands and not let go this time. But Frank is really bad at this romantic shit, he's overbearing and possessive but all he really wants to do is love Matt and not lose him again. The rest of the Defenders can only see Matt hooking up with Elektra 2.0 and are extremely OH HELL TO THE NO about this development.

Does this end badly? Does it end well? Does anybody ever listen to what Matt wants? Does Matt quit everybody and announce he's moving to San Francisco?

Would Jessica, Luke and Danny go back for him? Would Matt tell them to go? Would they look for him afterwards or would they still believe he is dead? I would like to see how the ending would change if that were true.

Elektra/Frank: A gun and vengence

Frank finds the Black Sky, amnesiac and a killer. He knows she should be dead and while a killer she wasn't working for the Hand/ninja group. So he decides to get answers. A tranq and lots of rope later he's reminded of the rooftop and Red.

He discovers she can't remember who she is and well Frank isn't sure what the fuck to do but can't stand to let her be used unknowingly. She needed to earn the bullet or else it would be dirty.

it doesn't work well until she starts to remember him and the rooftop and vaguely Red. It's a start.

On their way to taking the ninja down they start getting a bit closer than intended. It's not love but its something that makes them feel alive and a recently dead woman could definitely use it.


Then they come across Red again.

Puppy Turk Barrett somehow runs into Luke and Matt when they're investigating something together or whatever. Either it's a coincidence or they really just RUN INTO him or they are actually looking for him.

Bonus points:
- Matt is well, just a blind lawyer Murdock, who just accidentally shakes Turk's recently daredevilled hand a bit too strongly,
- Turk doesn't recognize Matt, but the blind lawyer dude still kind of creeps him out,
- before or after that both Luke and Matt being like ''wtf he pissed off YOU TOO?'',
- Misty Knight or JJ or Bobby Fish kind of mixed up into this or not, depends on idea.

Jessica/ Matt & Foggy, morning after

"Uh."

"You should leave." She said, tone dry.

"I'll come back later." Foggy said, face heating up at the realization he had probably walked on them naked.

"Foggy." Matt looked annoyed.

"I'll just leave this here. Call me."

"Not today he won't." Jones replied. Matt grinned and oh boy, yeah he wasn't getting a call today. He left quickly. He might not have super hearing but he had heard his best friend having sex far too many times for his liking.

He made it to the ground floor when a window broke and he saw something land by him. His case. At least it was still bound. He glanced at the window and shook his head.

Probably hadn't been Matt.

Protective Defenders: Danny is still a "kid"

What if time passed a lot more slowly in K'un-Lun and its inhabitants age more slowly. When Danny came back, no one had any reason to think he was anything but the age he should. Eventually it's discovered that he's actually only 17-18 and the other Defenders and their group of friends get extremely protective. They've been letting this kid fight alongside them, THEY fought this kid.
How does everyone react? Does Luke take him even more under his wing? Does Jess push him away in fear of losing another "little brother"? Do any of them argue that he should still be allowed to fight with them?

Matt might. I think Matt knows better than any of them that once you start something like this, you're not going to stop, and having everyone around try to make you is a rather traumatic experience. He will probably be the first one to realize that keeping Danny on the team would be much safer than driving him away to work on his own, too.

Give me a very AU Defenders or post Defenders or just complete AU where Misty hears Matt constantly saying things like "no, he's not lying", "three dudes just entered the building" etc and she assumes Matt's abilities are similar to hers.

Major Depressive Daredevil

I want Matt (Secret Identity still) to be...major depressive. I mean, forgetting to eat, not caring about injuries, ignoring sirens because 'someone else will get it', exhausted all the time, sleeps in bed for 3 days straight or sleeps on a roof somewhere after he laid down a day ago and never bothered getting up.
Defenders get concerned but mostly annoyed and not sure how to bring it up, or if it's just his personality.
I want this to be as realistic as you can get to depression, not something that has a bright cheerful ending because life isn't like that. Add in whatever you want to make it more real.

Bonus:
+10 if Matt 'misses' punches so he slams a fist into a brick wall or something as a subtle self-injury
+10 if Matt is SUPER unreliable with his phone and just...doesn't care to pick it up, even if one of the Defenders is calling him
+10 if Matt has a specific haunt or a normal warehouse he hides out in for days at a time, up to you if he's homeless
+1000 if the Defenders are joking around and Matt tries to answer a question and his voice is hoarse as heck or practically gone because he hasn't spoken to anyone in four days or actually had any human interaction
+10,000 if Matt sometimes hides out on Foggy's office roof and just listens to him talk because he's masochistic and is addicted to hearing Foggy move on with his life and be relatively happy while Matt is most certainly not

I want Matt an amputee, but like, similar to Stick.
Either a hostage situation and he's handcuffed by his ankle or hand to a bar, or he's trapped under something in a collapsing building, or whatever, but he ends up mimicking Stick unknowingly and vanishes off with a stump.

+10 if he has Melvin make him a prosthetic before he's actually ready to be out and moving, so he's ready to fight crime only a week after.
+100 Matt was going solo because 'I don't need a team' and he doesn't tell the Defenders about his injury...until he either shows up to fight or they look for him
+100 Matt doesn't even hesitate to chop off his foot or his hand because he doesn't care about himself, only others
+10000 (IF HE LOSES HIS LEG) he doesn't tell Foggy but has a pretty standard small limp, and Foggy gets pissed because he's fighting crime and Matt is actually really sensitive about the stump because he KNOWS Foggy would be upset he's daredeviling, but doesn't realize how horrified Foggy is that Matt CHOPPED HIS LEG OFF

Um yes.

Some questions:
So as far as medical treatment goes. It's pretty impossible for him to survive this without actual medical intervention, not something that Claire does in her apartment, and certainly not what Stick did. (He would have bled out already or be close to death from an infection, honestly man.) What are your preferences as far as that goes? I ask because if he was hospitalized for any period of time, Foggy would probably found out and make it difficult for him to keep it from them.

Also, what about the immense amount of DNA evidence that would be involved in this?

Additionally, how would Matt manage to keep this separate from his Daredevilling (aka- two men in Hell's Kitchen losing a limb at the same time is highly suspect, even if one of those men is blind and the other is a vigilante.)
