I kind of headcanon a little that Stick's "training" makes Matt more susceptible to older men giving him orders, and this fits perfectly with that.

It is also my headcanon that...Matt has some...sad, weird imprinting going on! He trusts older men who give him orders? (and is more-or-less conscious of it, and horrified by it, and. uh.)

I'm currently working on a rape recovery fic, though the setup is different than what you asked for here.

Foggy has been in love with Matt since they were at college, and when Matt finally realizes he feels the same way, Foggy is overjoyed.

They take it slow and there is lots of kissing, and as much fumbling as they can get with their clothes on, but when Foggy tries to go further Matt always stops him.

Foggy jokes that Matt must be hideously scarred, and Matt says he is, but he doesn't want Foggy to be disgusted by them and leave him. When Foggy persuades Matt to show him, yeah, he does have more scars than the last time Foggy saw him with his shirt off, but he is by no means hideous.

Foggy decides to show Matt just how loved he is by worshiping every single inch of his body.

forget Natasha, think about Bruce. depressed, nervous, deliberately-not-having-panic-attacks semi-angry semi-suicidal bruce banner.

"i'm okay." "not a big deal." "it's fine."

and normally matt wouldn't...call someone out like that, y'know, because he's not an asshole, but. The Hulk.

Everybody has photos from their school-days that are proof of some...questionable fashion-sense/hairstyle. Foggy so far has been spared teasing about this particular matter for obvious reasons. Enter Karen who is delighted about finding these pictures and very eager to give a detailed description.

Ahhh, I need this in my life!

There needs to be a fic in which Matt somehow bonds and connects with Bruce and becomes his friend. At a time when Bruce is really pushing people away and needs one (besides Tony).

Just to illustrate some of their similarities:

Both of them lost a parent very violently as children.

Both of them grew up essentially orphaned.

Both of them two different sides to their personality, one of which is fueled by intense rage/anger issues and the other of which is mild-mannered and often underestimated.

Both of them are very reluctant heroes who don't want the attention and praise that goes along with what they're doing.

There's a lot of "Matt meets the Avengers" requests out there. I just think there needs to be a fic where, out of all the various Avengers, Bruce ends up being the one that Matt is closest to.

Matt is a sleepwalker. Maybe not all the time, maybe just when he's stressed or something, but law school must have been pretty stressful and the problem is that when Matt sleepwalks, he does stuff he really shouldn't be able to do...

I was watching HIMYM and it was the intervention episode where they all have interventions for really dumb things (you have been wearing that hat too long, you suddenly gained a weird British accent and it needs to stop, you are orange and need to stop spray tanning, etc).

Can we get the Daredevil version of this? Matt and Karen have an intervention for Foggy about his singing? Matt gets confronted about losing all his canes? Maybe do Wilson, Vanessa, and Wesley having an intervention for each other. idk, make it as serious or silly as you want really. :)

I would like to see a fic where Foggy is forced to cut his hair or someone cuts his hair against his will. This can happen any way you want. Maybe he gets something in and they have to cut it or his hair gets burned/singed and he has to cut it. Maybe a bad guy cuts it for some reason.

Foggy is profoundly upset about it. H/C happens.

I am torn between 'oh yes please' and 'I am not sure if I would manage to read this because the thought of this happening to me is extremely upsetting'
I mean...I have seconded a lot of prompts that involve huge amounts of physical pain but this is special.

I can definitely imagine Foggy with that hairstyle. It's have to be a bit of a variation on that though, considering how long his hair is by law school. Unless it would grow that fast? I actually have no idea if it would. But anyway, this is seconded! I might even write it, but probably not. But maybe...

Actually, ideas are brewing...

I like this idea. I've always thought they could be friends, if they would ever meet, but I find it hard to imagine how they would ever meet. I don't get the idea that Bruce goes out in public much.

Foggy admitted that he had 'felt sorry' for Matt during their big fight. I could see Matt being very upset that his best friend had pitied him.

It would be nice to see some sort of fall out from that comment.
