Foggy has been in love with Matt since they were at college, and when Matt finally realizes he feels the same way, Foggy is overjoyed.
They take it slow and there is lots of kissing, and as much fumbling as they can get with their clothes on, but when Foggy tries to go further Matt always stops him.
Foggy jokes that Matt must be hideously scarred, and Matt says he is, but he doesn't want Foggy to be disgusted by them and leave him. When Foggy persuades Matt to show him, yeah, he does have more scars than the last time Foggy saw him with his shirt off, but he is by no means hideous.
Foggy decides to show Matt just how loved he is by worshiping every single inch of his body.
