Maybe something happened to Foggy( some science or alien tech) causing him to jump through different events in Matt's life.

Oh, this is beautiful.

1. Pretend to be my own twin brother. Even if it somehow works.

My brother and I both had confirmation names--I was his sponsor, actually. His confirmation was about 5 years ago.

I think I knew some people who chose virtues as their confirmation names, like Faith or Serenity. But saints' names are by far the most common.

So, somehow, Foggy and Matt's senses are switched. Not a bodyswap, just their sensory abilities. Foggy wakes up blind and screaming because the world is *loud* and he can smell rotting garbage from three streets away and the texture of his clothes is excruciating and he *can't see*.

And Matt has to comfort him and try to help him through it, but this is the first time he's been able to see in twenty years, and it's fucking him up pretty bad, too.

+1 for their senses getting switched back at the end and they're both relieved.

+100 if Matt is so unused to sight that he actually finds himself tripping and walking into things.

+1000 for first-time comfort-sex when Foggy is completely overstimulated.

Is Vanessa a vampire, or is Fisk pining for human!Vanessa and afraid to tell her the truth? Ooh, and then she gets poisoned and he turns her to save her life...

I'm kind of seeing Stick as Tully, actually. Maybe he turned Matt to train him up as a child werewolf soldier and Matt doesn't find out it was him until he meets Stick again as an adult.

What about Claire? Could be she's Nina if you're doing Matt/Claire, or maybe she's a medium and can see ghosts (there was a character like that in the American version), or she's an ordinary human nurse who Matt gets to smuggle Karen some donated blood.

I'm pretty sure there's an issue of the comic (this is from a few decades back) where Foggy accidentally convinces Fisk that he's rival crime boss "Guts" Nelson.

"If you had told me your (aunt, cousin, mom, dad, Karen, author's choice) was coming over, I would have put pants on, I swear!"
*patiently* "It's not that you weren't wearing pants, Foggy. It's that you were wearing my underwear."

I am dead, these panels have killed me. (You know what else kills me, that time Frank killed a guy just so he could be arrested and sent to Ryker's JUST SO HE COULD LOOK AFTER MATT)

As the author of an actual Matt/Foggy bodyswap-WIP* that also involves Matt tripping over things because he's not used to, well, watching where he walks I second this.

*which I will finish I swear. Once I have survived my three final exams and drank a lot of alcohol to celebrate this.

Also, if it's bad enough ( and anything requiring headgear would be) Medicaid would pay for it. As a youth in the foster care system, plus as a blind person , Matt would be eligible.

Seriously, all I want is someone having to look out for DD after he gets de-aged, around to the time just after/just before Stick leaves and being amazed and completely horrified at this highly trained in combat/perception, blind child.

Maybe its the Avengers, who previously didn't know Matt was blind and assumed DD had been trained as an adult specifically to be Hell's Kitchen's vigilante, not a child soldier.

I get the feeling Stick was training Matt to kill people, not just fight, and if this is before Stick left and before Matt remembers and honors his father's lessons and general ethics/morals, de-aged Matt would be a lot more casual about killing and brutal if he got in a fight. He would still totally kick ass, and probably need to be dragged off if it went too far.

Basically someone sees firsthand Matt Murdock's Shitty Childhood.

I'm just laughing because the first thing I thought of was that this is just one is a long series of kidnappings Matt endures once they find out his secret identity. Every time Fisk and Vanessa are having a boring night they just go "what would be the most embarrassing thing to do to Matthee?" and they grab him from wherever he happens to be at the moment and do it. And Matt is to the point where he's just completely exasperated. Also the photos keep leaking on to the Internet and that's not cool, Vanessa.

*snorts with laughter*

He could accidentally wind up too close to a time portal some scientist or witch opens up and keeps portal-hopping to get home? And the spell or device is using Matt as an anchor, which is why it keeps dumping Foggy out near meaningful events in Matt's life?

It might be a mite difficult for Matt's aunt/cousin/mom/dad to come over. ;)

So, Matt is obviously a tactile guy, right? He's been hugging and teasing Foggy since college, stitching and bandaging his father up since childhood, he fights with his fists, he reads by touch, etc.

He hears about people who get the names of their loved ones tattooed on their bodies, but it's meaningless to him. Ink doesn't affect someone's heat signature, and once it's soaked into the skin it doesn't feel like anything. So he goes one step further.

I want Matt cutting his name into Foggy's body, scarring it in (with consent). At least one version of Foggy has a tattoo anyway (http://40.media.tumblr.com/b8481389e4eba8126de0723d517f3246/tumblr_npyi7akG5X1r94w1go1_500.jpg), so he's not opposed to the practice of body art, or tolerating pain for an end result. Cutting isn't his thing (or maybe it is), but he trusts Matt, trusts him to do it carefully and safely and precisely and well, and he wants to give Matt this: a mark, a claim, a name he can touch.

Whether the letters are in English or Braille, whether they do this as friends or as an established relationship, I just want Matt carving his claim.

Bonus: Foggy claims Matt back.

A question for you OP, if you're still watching: Were you specifically hoping for a Disney Gargoyles thing? Or would you be interested in anything featuring a Foggy that is some kind of gargoyle?

every good snacky's list should make people cringe and NEED to know the stories behind it, and this is a good list.
