This post is for prompts involving characters from Netflix's Daredevil.

Now that The Defenders prompt post is live, all crossovers between anyone in the four individual shows should go over there. Prompts only including characters that appear in Daredevil should still go here.

• General

  2. All comments must be anon. If you would like to be politely banned to avoid anon-failing, leave a logged-in comment on the mod post or pm the mod account.
  
  
  3. Subject lines should only be changed if you're posting a prompt or a fill (indicators like OP or Author!Anon should go in the body of the comment).
  
  
  4. RPF is allowed. Crossovers, characters from the extended Marvel Universe and comics canon are allowed, but must relate to the 2015 TV show in some way.
  
  
  5. Prompts focusing on characters from other Netflix Marvel shows or the comics should go on their respective prompt posts, but crossovers with Daredevil can go here.
  
  
  6. Drop a comment on the mod post if you have any questions or problems.


• Prompts

  2. Use the subject line for the main idea of your prompt (pairing or characters, keywords, kink).
  
  
  3. Warnings are nice, but not mandatory. Get DW Blocker if there's anything you really don't want to see.
  
  
  4. Reposted prompts are allowed once one round has passed - e.g. prompts from post #2 cannot be reposted until post #4. Please include a link to where it has been previously posted.


• Fills
  
  1. When posting a fill, either add [FILL] (or something similar) to the subject line, or change the subject line to the title of your fill.
  
  
  2. Announce your fill on either the Completed Fills Post or the WIP Post.
  
  
  3. Long fills can either be posted over multiple comments, or posted on AO3 and linked back here.
  
  
  4. Multiple fills are always okay.

Suits/Daredevil Crossover

Matt and Harvey have to meet at some point. They’re both hot as hell New York lawyers who enjoy boxing. They both have secretaries who are in love with them, and they both have best friends who are probably in love with them.

Can be a gen fic of Harvey and Matt becoming friends, or it can be slash with Harvey and Matt being together. I’m ok with Harvey/Mike and Matt/Foggy relationships in it. Please just no Harvey/Donna. Maybe Matt can start working at PSL or the pro bono clinic that Mike is affiliated with.

Also, I’d love to see Louis’s reaction to Daredevil’s fight moves, if at all possible.

Louis has to be there, because he's just the best character on Suits. I think Matt and Mike (!) should get along easily and he also has to see through Harvey's asshole exterior.
But what's your problem with Harvey/Donna? ;)

OP here, I understand Suits probably sees Harvey/Donna as endgame, but I just don’t like it. I find them to be a toxic relationship and to be honest, the show has completely ruined what I originally liked about the Donna character and turned her into an obnoxious person. I think they work better as friends. But hey, my opinion only :) I could get into a whole rank and file of what I think Suits has done wrong in terms of character development over the years lol, but this probably isn’t the spot for it. ;)

OK, yeah, I liked them as friends, too. I would actually be curious if they intended to make them a couple from the beginning. Changing that relationship was definitely the boring, conventional thing to do. But I'm also not up to date on Suits. So, maybe, I didn't see the toxic part yet...
I'm also not very on board with Matt/Karen yet. He has been such an idiot to her and they lied to each other so much, I really hope season 3 finally gives me a reason to root for them as a couple. I really want to.

It’s funny, I could see glimpses of Matt/Karen during season 1. Obviously Karen’s mega crush on Matt was easy to identify, but Matt played some scenes where I could see them together. His breakdown that he can’t do this alone late in season 1 comes to mind. But then I hated everything about them getting together in season 2. It felt so forced, like Matt knew Karen had a thing for him and he should try to reciprocate it and live more of a ‘normal’ life. And then of course Elektra showed up and everything went to hell.

I do think Deborah and Charlie have great chemistry together as friends and I think it could be extended into a romance. I just want it to be something they both truly want, and they had way too many secrets before. Now that Karen knows Matt is Daredevil helps, but she’s still hiding the Wesley killing, plus whatever is in her mysterious past. I want it all laid out and I want both of them to truly accept each other with their flaws/backgrounds before they begin a romantic relationship. Which probably the writers will never let happen because that makes too much sense and they’ll want it messy and complicated lol

And yes, going back to Suits, Harvey and Donna had a unique friendship that was vaguely flirty but platonic. Then it changed and it felt like all the flirting was due to real feelings buried beneath. Ugh. Why do writers have to be so predictable sometimes?
