This post is for prompts based on Daredevil and the surrounding MCU only. Any prompts involving characters or plot points from Netflix's Jessica Jones must go on the Jessica Jones Prompt Post. Prompts focusing on comic characters and storylines should go on the Marvel Comics Prompt Post.

Subject lines should only be changed if you're posting a prompt or a fill (indicators like OP or Author!Anon should go in the body of the comment).

RPF is allowed. Crossovers, characters from the extended Marvel Universe (excluding characters from Jessica Jones) and comics canon are allowed, but must relate to the 2015 TV show in some way.

Prompts involving characters from Jessica Jones (including crossovers with Daredevil characters or the extended MCU) must go on the Jessica Jones Prompt Post.

Prompts that are exclusively about the comics should go on the Comics Prompt Post.

Discussion not related to the prompt should be moved to the discussion/off-topic post.

I think that most of the time, the bottles are actually full/closed? Or put in, uh, neck facing out? That's how I've seen it mostly so far.

And oh god, that's the exact kind of crazy shit that Frank is totally trying to avoid, though I bet it's happened to Peter at some point.

Ok, that makes more sense.

The dark comedy of the 'victims of a deranged society'+ 'kids do the darndest things' makes for interesting re-reads. One to get the surprised (sometimes involuntary) laugh out, one to think about world building implications, and a couple more just to enjoy it. Good thing this isn't A03 or I would totally kill your view-to-kudos ratio

Probably. Think his previous owners sprung for an impromptu vet run or did they just get the toolbox and make whoever had the steadiest hands (probably Matt) try to figure it out?

Hrm...I think either way is plausible. Get a mob vet because lmao it's the mob, why not, or make the blind slut do it (since they're so ~bonded~ after all, it's not like Matt's hands are shaky anyways).

Guess it would depend on how much they value the slaves (or how inconvenient it is to find a new one at this hour) they could have some sleazy Organic Mechanic-type doctor/vet to give them actual treatment bc it's hard to find slaves to suit their unique mob needs, or they could be burning through them at top speed. (Conspicuous consumption, eh?)

Maybe they considered Peter used up and were just gonna fuck his mouth then feed him to the dogs, but Matt intervened and that sounded like a much better proposition. Everyone's been to a mauling or seen that liveleak video of [NOPE].
A diy medical procedure being thought up by a mechanically inclined slave, then carried out by a blind slave? No one's seen that before. You gotta at least film their attempt

Sometimes I think about it being staged as a fucked up family sitcom with an unsettling laugh track. Especially during the awkward silences as Frank tries to take in Matt and Peter's latest scheme

fuck, what if Frank finds the video? how badly is he going to kill everyone? (so very badly, if the Slaver arc from Punisher: MAX is any indication)

as the a!a I am so glad the unsettling/comedy of it is coming across; humor is really hard to write but dear god, these fucked up babies of mine just keep going further and further down the rabbit hole

It all depends on the demographic of mobster. Id say a younger group of assholes doing their college experimenting in sociopathy would be likely (esp if one of them is the don's son or something).

that glass shoelace trick that everyone goes on about is what immediately springs to mind (i haven't seen many glass breaking methods that you'd want by your ass, but that one doesn't leave shrapnel) i don't know shit about glass (or breaking vacuums or removing things from asses) but I know a little about drunk people doing stupid things they saw on the Internet

I don't envy your task using humor in such a dark setting, but dear god il ove the results and I'm also following the rabbit hole

I also have no idea how to break glass safely in such a circumstance. Pretty much what I know about glass + sex is a) use a fucking glass sex *toy*, b) it's hot and c) it takes a LOT of force to break a glass dildo (a guy at a university near mine did it. never drank tequila again let me tell you).

Thanks! I have Frank Castle angstily buying dildos in the next chapter planned, followed by a fairy-light-studded pillow fort construction, followed by murder and/or the reveal of such a video, so we're all gonna have fun, hopefully
