Rules:
  • General
    1. YKINMKATO. Play nice. If you don't like something, scroll on.

    2. All comments must be anon. If you would like to be politely banned to avoid anon-failing, leave a logged-in comment on the mod post or pm the mod account.

    3. IP Logging is currently on. Only the mod can see them, and the mod will only be paying attention to them when threads turn wanky and she wants to identify comments made by the same person.

    4. Subject lines should only be changed if you're posting a prompt or a fill (indicators like OP or Author!Anon should go in the body of the comment).

    5. RPF is allowed. Crossovers, characters from the extended Marvel Universe (excluding characters from Jessica Jones) and comics canon are allowed, but must relate to the 2015 TV show in some way.

    6. Prompts involving characters from Jessica Jones (including crossovers with Daredevil characters or the extended MCU) must go on the Jessica Jones Prompt Post.

    7. Prompts that are exclusively about the comics should go on the Comics Prompt Post.

    8. Discussion not related to the prompt should be moved to the discussion/off-topic post.

    9. Drop a comment on the mod post if you have any questions or problems.

  • Prompts
    1. All types of prompts are welcome.

    2. Use the subject line for the main idea of your prompt (pairing or characters, keywords, kink).

    3. Warnings are nice, but not mandatory. Get DW Blocker if there's anything you really don't want to see.

    4. Reposted prompts are allowed once one round has passed - i.e., prompts from post #2 cannot be reposted until post #4. Please include a link to where it has been previously posted.

  • Fills
    1. Put [FILL] or something similar in the subject line when posting a fill.

    2. Announce your fill on either the Completed Fills Post or the WIP Post.

    3. Long fills can either be posted over multiple comments, or posted on AO3 and linked back here.

    4. Multiple fills are always okay.

    5. Fills can be anything! Fic, art and vids are all welcome.

    6. If it wasn't written specifically for the prompt, it doesn't count as a fill. You are welcome to provide a link to already existing fic that does fit the prompt, in case the prompter hasn't seen it, but it doesn't count as a fill.

Yes yes yes please and thank you! :D

I really love the idea of them knowing each other beforehand. How much do you supposed Frank costs? If that injury caused permanent damage that might drive the price down, but that fact that he's the Punisher would probably make it very high, right? Or do they give him cheaply to Matt to avoid him ending up in the wrong hands?

Could be a 'I know you were involved somehow, Murdock, but I have no proof so instead I'm going to push for Castle to be put in your custody so that the second he gets caught doing something suspicious you're both going to Rykers forever' ala Analyze This 2.
(of course this depends on Frank caring enough to not fuck off into the night)

oooh, that dynamic would be hilarious. But a bit hard to proove, that it's *blind Matt Murdock's* fault that a seriously dangerous felon managed to escape his custody...?

That's where the super duper special slave implant chip/collar or the disabling injury comes into action.
Also let's not forget that the comic book legal system decided *blind Matt Murdock* would be fine in prison gen pop without his walking stick.

Like a shock collar that Matt has control of? But if they get too far away from each other it shocks the shit out of both of them?

Ah, but Matt might feel too noble to use it. He just hopes Frank doesn't try to kill people and doesn't make him use it (and maybe he can't even use it during circumstances that he would like to. Like, if Frank's already slipped out of the house, remotely disabling him could get him killed, depending on circumstances.) I wonder how well that would go...

(Also, important question: How do we get to the shipping part of this? Who initiates and how?)

Subdermal implants that must be brought into close range once every x hours. For totally legitimate scientific reasons, these are designed to be implanted in the appendage of one person and an orifice of the other.

Ok that was a joke but if someone can pull off a scene where a very sincere young scientist earnestly explains this batshit fuck-or-get-remotely-tranquilized idea, they totally should

I think it could work just as them being forced to touch somehow, and that way they would be forced to share a bed every night. ( or to wake up multiple times to 'check in')

"And this is really the most effective way to do that?"
"Based on the studies that that strange stretchy man did for us, yes. This method is also much more difficult for Castle to utilize if you're incapacitated."
"What prevents him from utilizing it by cutting my dick off?
"... We actually didn't think about that bc that's just gross"

I feel like we need to talk about the disabling injury part more. Exactly how was he injured? CAN Frank still be the Punisher?

Re: Frank/Matt with slave!Frank

Of course he can, because everything else would make it too easy for Matt. It was a bullet in the leg, and Matt is expecting he has about a week left before Frank will be able to run and jump and kick the shit out of people again, so he needs to figure out how they re gonna live like this before that

Probably there's some agency that 'checks in' on new slaves/owners, especially dangerous criminal slaves, so Matt and Frank have to perform the charade all the time, as the visits are totally random and any lack of proper dominance on Matt's part will lead to the execution of Frank.

5 implausible cover stories given when their caseworker almost walked in on them beating the shit out of each other +1time they actually did stop midway through moving furniture to have sloppy make outs on the remains of an ikea table

ayrt: Hm, I'm thinking felons would be auctioned off rather cheaply - like property seized by the governemnt like luggage or bikes, they usually get sold under their value as well. - Frank is not the most unattractive guy, and he has some skills that could make him valuable as a bodyguard, but he's also got a list of behavioural issues a mile long, is scarred and cut up to boot, is getting a little old, and is a convicted felon - sooo, yeah, likely cheap labour. Which is good, because MCU Matt hardly has the money that comic Matt does.^^°

But yeah, I also like the idea of them knowing each other - it makes for a far more balanced dynamic, since Matt also knows that Frank could rat him out, and he doesn't. But that still doesn't mean Matt won't try everything he can to stop Frank from killing again.
