I've seen a prompt like this before, but I can't really remember where it was, so: what's everyone's emotions like? okay, not just emotions, but also: personality islands, core memories, imaginations, their fucked-up subconscious, all that, what are those like? do Matt's emotions have a timeshare like - Anger gets the console when Matt's being Daredevil (and has the tiny little horns to boot) and the rest of the time it's slightly (slightly) more balanced? how much of a tizzy are Karen's emotions in post-shooting, when it becomes a core memory of hers (oh, shit is the best way to sum up their reactions)?

I am fairly certain that Foggy's Joy is in charge, but considering that he drinks rather a lot, I figure his emotions are also kind of a mess like Riley's in the film. actually I want to see how they react to Nelson VS Murdock, like. wow. WOW MATT.

bonus points:
+ minor characters! let me see the inside of Brett's head, or Ben's.
+ Dream Productions, you guys. I kind of want to see what it's like, and how the emotion on dream duty reacts to whatever they're viewing.

i'm just imagining some sort of weird troll!AU thing like

somesort of fusion/crossover thing that takes place after feferi's become empress and it's been a couple hundred sweeps or something

and freelance legislacerators foggy and matt trying to get highblood!fisk on trial but UNFORTUNATELY he's a highblood and basically exempt from what little laws do exist

so vigilante matt (on a planet where vigilante justice is TOTALLY LEGAL AND ENCOURAGED) is Doing His Best and idk wanders out into the forest or some shit, probably yelling and throwing things tbh

and terezi like. backflips out of a tree or some shit, this elderly blind badass a la Toph in LoK, "WHAT'S UP BUTTERCUP?" and matt definitely does not scream a little and they talk about JUST1C3 and their lives and being blind on Alternia

(and the Horrible Terrible No Good Very Bad hatecrush that matt definitely does not have no siree)

It could be said that Poison Ivy is like a chaste honeytrap - luring men in with flirtations and allure and going as far as kissing, but not actually bedding them. Hell, Foggy could use his chastity as a lure. ;) "Better men than you have tried to get some of this and failed - you think you're up for the challenge, baby?"

now, see, I'm thinking Matt's Joy, on occasion, gets a turn: day of graduation, day he met Foggy, day he and Foggy passed their finals, day they graduated, day Nelson & Murdock became a reality, stuff like that. unfortunately Matt is a sadsack who is just terrible about happiness so outside of big momentous occasions, Joy's just off to the side like "guys. GUYS. my turn?"

(Matt's Joy and Fear probably just form a peanut gallery or something, since they don't come into play so often. when Claire got hurt tho it was def Fear and Anger at the controls, they work surprisingly well together when people Matt loves are in danger.)

Yeah, I really can't see driving being a good idea for Matt with the movements and noise and glass and metal all around him... XD I mean, maybe with the windows down when it's not too busy? But hell, New York. He still wouldn't be able to see lights or tell traffic signs apart or see street signs or anything. The vehicle itself caging him in would interfere with his ability to detect pedestrians or cyclists, either. Maybe if he were like... on a Vespa going 40mph, haha...

Dom!Foggy/Sub!Matt. Matt can take a punishment without making a sound and ask for another, but when Foggy ties him up and lavishes him with affection and tells him how beautiful and wonderful and what a good boy he is and how much he deserves this, Matt has to safeword out.

As much as he might desperately want the praise and tenderness and attention he just can't bring himself to believe that he deserves it. Cue awkward shame spiral because obviously he and his issues have also ruined this and clearly he's Not Good and doesn't deserve nice things ever, and Foggy being awesome and caring and aftercare?

Are we talking mostly about c-listers here or really evil, really competent villains?

ALL MY KINGDOMS for Matt taking the hard stuff but unable to handle praise. ;_;
