Oh god yes this!

"I'd rather die," Foggy spits and instantly regrets it because he knows how they'll respond.

Sure enough, the gun moves from his temple to Matt's forehead.

"Would you rather he die?"

Matt doesn't move, as impassive as if he is still wearing the mask they had torn off him. "I would," he says.

A finger tightens around the trigger. "Prove me wrong, and one of you might get to live."

Foggy looks up. "Promise it will be him?"

When they nod, he crawls over to Matt. Some strange impulse has him pressing their lips together, but Matt's mouth is closed in a tight line and he tries to pull away. "Foggy," he says. "Please, don't."

But Foggy won't stop, he can't. Not now, not when it's Matt they're threatening.

"This city needs you, remember?" he says, as he undoes Matt's belt.

"I need you, Matt. I need you alive, even if I'm not," as he slides down his pants.

"I'll take care of you," he says, "It won't be that bad. Just a little fooling around between friends. Nothing we haven't both wanted before."

He goes silent for a moment, wrapping his lips around Matt's cock, trying to suck him into hardness. When he pulls off, Matt is gasping, low, strained sounds.

"Please, Foggy, don't do this."

"It'll be okay, Matt." Foggy doesn't look at him. He runs his hands through Matt's hair. "You always take care of us, keep us safe. I'm going to take care of you this time. I'm going to fix it."

Matt is crying now, shaking under Foggy's hands and the cold barrel of the gun. "Please, Foggy, I can't take this again, not from you. Not again."

But Foggy resolutely ignores him and goes to work.

He's doing the right thing.

He's saving Matt's life.

He's doing the right thing.

Matt will forgive him.

Somehow.

(The gun goes off.)

Maybe it's because he's been a bad, bad, boy who needs to be "punished" (wink, wink, nudge, nudge), I can kinda see Vladimir as a brat

What if Matt's attempts to explain/justify "it's ok, sometimes we both just need to let off a bit of steam", end up convincing the jury that it's all because of kinky sex stuff, and Matt and Frank both end up having to roll with it because they really have no other explanation that will keep Frank out of jail.

Five times karen caught Matt and Foggy fucking on the shiny new office furniture + one time she got revenge?

I don't really care how it happens: fuck or die, sex pollen, alpha/omega, whatever. Or maybe Frank has just finally had enough of Daredevil getting in his way, so he decides to teach him a lesson. Really, whatever whets your appetite.

Only one thing: I don't mind if tranquilizer darts and/or drugs are used in the set up, but I want Matt to be conscious for the main event.

I'm dying, I love this so much. Matt's sexy vengeance plan is so simultaneously terrible and sweet and so very MATT.

I immediately thought of all the silver age panels where someone is suspicious bc they saw him hail a cab or dial a phone without assistance. Or Elektra asking how he knew to step around a puddle instead of how he could do a matrix-style martial arts battle

Heh. In reference to their peeudo-shared comics universe, young Matty has TMNT bedsheets in a fic I'm working on.

That would be a fun design to play with. I'm thinking an extra wrap around his eyes and a chest wrap that looks more like the harness The Golden Youth wears in Road Warrior (bc what's the point of a 'male version' if not to uncover the man-nipples)

Unreliable narrater with 'I'm not the bad guy' angst and 'another mans evil'. nice.
Maybe lesser assaults on one night stands, then the consequences when he does it to someone he cares about (or being involved in a sexual assault case) and realizing that oh shit it's actually a problem

This is my biggest kink

I would like to read a Mattfoggy version of the Spanish book "Where the Angels don't sleep" but with a happy ending. I just read it and it's the saddest story.
The protagonist is a blind lawyer called Matt Denver that gets accused of raping her young niece and goes to prison for 10 years (even thought he really didn't do it) where he suffers abuse from the other convicts and from the guards, who end on making him an heroin addict and a kind of prostitute. There he befriends a murder convict (who killed all the men of a gang, that previously had killed his wife and daughter) who actually is named Steve Rogers (lol).
When he finally gets out of prison, now an addict he becomes an actual prostitute for an agency, to finance his necessity. In his new work he meets a young man named Dick who falls in love with him, and who is the assistant district attorney, (the actual District attorney ends up being Matt's twin brother, who hates him) he does everything to try and help Matt whom at this point actually believes he raped his niece, because he thinks that with all the bad things that have been happening to him he really must have done something bad even if he doesn't remember it. Dick helps Matt meet with his mother who was the only one who always believed in him Tragedies keep happening, Matt falls in love with a young eighteen years old girl (who is also a prostitute) and she ends getting pregnant of him, but dies in childbirth. His brother, Dan finds him and takes the child saying he will give her back if Matt helps him get a murderer of male prostitutes, he agrees to help and while serving as bait the man attacks him but Dick saves him. After all of this his brother doesn't want to give her daughter back and Matt escapes. Dick and his mother don't know nothing about him for a long while, and her mother gets cancer for which he dies after she stops caring for herself prying or her son. Dick finally finds Matt and he tells him that his daughter is fine, Matt finally tells Dick that he loves him and they make love for the first time (well with both of them loving each other) but Matt flees again and ends up dying alone of a pneumonia for sleeping naked on the street on winter.
Sooo this story really caused a big impression on me, and with that terribly sad ending I just wanted something good to happen to him, because he was innocent :(
Anyway the main reason for which I want it to be a Mattfoggy AU with characters of the MCU is 'cause I couldn't stop thinking about Matt Murdock while reading this... For obvious reasons... I mean, come on, the guy was called Matt he was blind and he was a lawyer.
If someone can make this, it would be awesome. Thank you for reading :)

There's another prompt with non-con photography, but not consenting (consented?) pictures. For maximum emotional damage, consider him being photographed in a blindfold because he (or his partner) didn't want his eyes in the picture. Someone notes the resemblance to Daredevil and suddenly comparison images are trending and there's way more interest than a typical 'random hot person's nudes' photo set
