Re: Does the fact the kid Luke was trying to help was cleaning up after murder rub anyone else wrong

I mean, Luke's point isn't that covering up a murder scene isn't wrong, it's that going after the lowest level of the Hand/ their grunt contractors is stupid, especially when Danny has the privilege and power to go directly after the leadership.

To clarify, I think Luke's point is about the greater dynamics of the situation than the specifics of what the kid covering up a murder is doing. To him he can see that the kid isn't some evil brainwashed zombie, he's a kid who a) is not told jack shit and probably has no idea what he's actually doing and b) is doing this out of being trapped in a cycle of poverty, jail, and crime, not because he's a sadist or got some body-covering fetish. The kid is, in essence, totally ignorant of any real useful information and also not doing any of this because he wants to per se, and so Danny being a rich white ninja going after poor kids in Harlem who are dumb and desperate enough to take job offers from White Hat is an instance of privilege blinding him to his the pointlessness and privilege of his actions.
