Foggy is trained as a Mage/Wizard/Spellsword/Whatever. I just want to see how this affects his life, his relationship with Matt, and in general how often the magical world Foggy is familiar with intercepts with the regular one (this is the Marvel universe after all).

Was Foggy born with these abilities? If not how and when did he start studying magic?
Are there different kinds of magic? If so what kind/style does Foggy prefer?

Does Foggy tell Matt about this at college, or does he keep it a secret until Nelson vs. Murdock? If he keeps it secret is it because he thinks Catholic boy Matt, raised by nuns who wouldn't even let him watch Harry Potter at the orphanage, would flip his shit at the idea of Foggy practicing something like magic, or is Foggy trying to protect Matt from evil magical forces that Matt couldn't begin to understand. Or maybe even both?

Was he a former vigilante that used his powers for good use but stopped after some traumatizing event? (A tie in to the prompt somewhere above maybe pretty please?)

I just wanna see magic!Foggy. Matt/Foggy preferred but it doesn't need to be the focus. I don't really have a preference what magic world author anon wants to go with, but something other than Harry Potter would be nice (I love HP don't get me wrong! I just wanted to see something different, ok?)

Bonus points if Doctor Strange is involved in the story some how. Foggy and Doctor Strange know each other, maybe even Foggy was his apprentice at some point.

So I just read Daredevil: Dark Nights, and on issues #1-3 (go read them right now, they're amazing) Matt sets out on a mission to save the life of a little girl who desperately needs a heart transplant. The mission involves him jumping into the Hudson, during a freaking snowstorm, to retrieve the heart the girl was waiting for because the helicopter that was carrying it to the hospital crashed when the storm got too bad. As if that wasn't enough, he has to make his way on foot back to the hospital wearing nothing but his completely drenched daredevil costume because there's no other forms of transport and he can't see due to the storm (which means no swinging around with his billy club). And oh, he also has to fight baddies along the way.

Give me Matt passing out due to hypothermia after making his way to a 'safe' place once he's delivered the heart to the hospital. Give me a helpless Matt who can't even stand on his own two feet anymore or even stay awake, and who'd probably die if someone didn't find him on time. Give me someone finding him and bundling him up in a million fuzzy blankets, trying to keep him awake and taking care of him because he's a beautiful cinnamon roll too good too pure for this world, but he has no self-preservation instincts.

Bonus points if he's found by an Avenger, Spiderman or another superhero, and they decide to take care of Matt on their own because going back to the hospital would compromise his secret identity.
Extra bonus points if he's found by the Punisher because the closest place Matt could think of where he could hide was one of Frank's safehouses.
ALL the bonus points if they get naked under a ton of blankets to keep barely conscious!incoherent!Matt warm (I'm definitely okay with this somehow ending in sexytimes once Matt is awake, but it doesn't have to) because the pipes are frozen and they can't run a nice hot bath for him.

(I clearly know nothing about hypothermia and how to deal with it other than what I've learned from movies. It doesn't even snow where I live, ever. Feel free to make your own research, though it's not necessary ;) I'm just here for the feels).

the gifs are of the scene where matt's lung is collapsing and basically, out of context, it reeeaaally looks like matt could be having some sweet ass sexy times. so, i was thinking...what if charlie wasn't sure how he was gonna do that scene? it's not like he knows what a collapsed lung feels like...and another cast member suggests that charlie maybe pretends he's having sex. hell, pretends he's having a fucking orgasm.

Prompt - Matt, Foggy and Karen all have two soulmate names that sort them out into a nice little menage a trois (So Matt has Foggy/Karen, Karen has Foggy/Matt, etc). The problem? Soulmate names go by birth first name only. It's alright with Matthew, but Karen has no idea who Franklin is and neither Matt or Foggy recognise the other female name they have because, due to Karen's ~mysterious past~ the name she was given at birth wasn't Karen. This leads to confusing feelings of attraction all round.

+ The confusion over 'Franklin' is why Karen isn't responsive to Foggy's obvious attraction to her: it's not that she doesn't return the feeling, it's just that it seems cruel on both of them if neither of them are soulmates to pursue any romantic relationship, whereas it appears far more cut and dry with Matt (even though Matt initially doesn't reciprocate because while he likes her, he doesn't have a 'Karen' written on him.

He knows just the right thing to say, how to read someone like a book, and he quietly enjoys the fact he's able to use his powers for himself, to make him and his partner feel good, even if the only (minor) disappointment is that he *knows* he could ask anyone out on a date and they'd say yes because he was drop dead gorgeous, not because they want to get to know him.

One night, drunk, Matt gives into his burgeoning feelings for Foggy and turns the old Murdock seduction technique to eleven.

It works, but Foggy still says no.

Matt asks repeatedly, trying to convince Foggy that they should date, and every time, its a gentle but clear refusal. Matt gradually becomes fixated on getting Foggy to say yes to a date (or even at this point a kiss because Matt's too far gone for this to be anything other than full scale adoration) which turns into a long declaration of intent through wooing, because no one had ever refused before and he can't understand why his friend won't date him. Foggy is definitely interested in pursuing a relationship (and had admitted as such) so why are they not exchanging flowers, pushing their beds together and having passionate vocal lawyer sex?
