This post is for prompts involving characters from Netflix's Jessica Jones.

Spoiler policy: Any prompts involving the events of Jessica Jones Season 2 should go here until 8th April 2018, regardless of who the prompt focuses on. All crossovers with The Defenders/any of the individual shows should go here until 8th April - after that, crossovers can go on whichever prompt post you think fits best.

Rules:

General
1. YKINMKATO. Play nice. If you don't like something, scroll on.
2. All comments must be anon. If you would like to be politely banned to avoid anon-failing, leave a logged-in comment on the mod post or pm the mod account.
3. Subject lines should only be changed if you're posting a prompt or a fill (indicators like OP or Author!Anon should go in the body of the comment).
4. RPF is allowed. Crossovers, characters from the extended Marvel Universe and comics canon are allowed, but must relate to the 2015 TV show in some way.
5. Drop a comment on the mod post if you have any questions or problems.

Prompts
1. All types of prompts are welcome.
2. Use the subject line for the main idea of your prompt (pairing or characters, keywords, kink).
3. Warnings are nice, but not mandatory. Get DW Blocker if there's anything you really don't want to see.

Fills
1. Put [FILL] or something similar in the subject line when posting a fill.
2. Announce your fill on either the Completed Fills Post or the WIP Post.
3. Long fills can either be posted over multiple comments, or posted on AO3 and linked back here.
4. Multiple fills are always okay.

After the series is over, it becomes apparent that the combat enhancer Trish took has had some kind of permanent effect on her. That's gotta make an interesting addition to her sex life. ;)

1.
It happens so fucking quickly.

First, the smoke detector goes off.

Second, Jessica knocks over her really expensive Trish-bought whiskey as she jumps up to find the fire extinguisher.

Third, she rushes into the kitchen with said fire extinguisher to extinguish whatever the hell they had forgotten in the oven, but Trish is there before her, the smoking pan of incredibly burnt fancy appetizers already in her hand.

In her bare hand.

“Trish!”

The pan clatters to the counter the moment she speaks and Jessica douses the remaining flames before tossing the extinguisher aside and grabbing Trish by the wrist.
Trish’s palm and fingertips are deep red but thankfully not blistered; still, Jessica tugs the blonde to the sink and pulls her hand beneath the flow of cold water.

“Trish,” she sighs. “What were you thinking?”

“I didn’t—” Trish seems shell-shocked, her eyes fixed to the water flowing over her hand like both the water and her hand are foreign to her. “I don’t even feel it.”

Jessica wants to question that but the door knocks before she can even get the words out of her mouth. By the time she gets back from assuring Trish’s worried neighbor that no, there isn’t a fire, yes Trish is alright, no she’s not an intruder —she and Trish are very close actually—, Trish is on the couch, looking so casual that Jessica has to wonder if she even remembers what just happened.

So, it’s definitely not a one-off thing.

Jessica takes Trish’s hand, examining her knuckles carefully; they’re red and raw—the bruises certainly explain how her punching bag ended up on the floor.

“Okay, so your adrenaline is like on steroids is all. No big deal,” Jessica says, shrugging as she pokes playfully at the bruised skin.

“Stop that,” Trish says, snatching her hand away.

“Hey, I’m just trying to make sure you don’t turn into some kind of Red Pill She-Hulk when you’re pissed off or something.”

Trish actually looks like she’s considering that possibility.

“That’d be pretty cool,” she decides.

“No, it would not be,” Jessica laughs. “Can you imagine the Patsy jokes?”

“You’d come up with all of them.”

“Yeah, probably,” Jessica agrees.

“You think this is permanent?” Trish asks, after a moment, staring wistfully at her own bruised fists.

Jessica shrugs, because she honestly doesn’t know; she’s not an expert on this super-powered stuff—she’s pretty sure she wouldn’t even want to be an expert on it if she could.

“Well, at least you’re not the only freak around here, right?” She jokes, nudging the blonde with her shoulder.

“Right,” Trish agrees.

Jessica picks up the punching bag with ease, looking Trish straight in the eye and grinning.

“Bet I can split it in half without even breaking a sweat.”

3.
They haven’t done this in so long, but it feels like they never stopped.

Trish kisses her like she was born to do it—like she can’t think of anything she’d rather being doing.

Jessica kisses her back hard, fitting their lips and hips as she maneuvers the blonde, intending to back her against the wall.

She ends up on the floor before it can happen— with Trish hovering above her, looking so fucking smug that Jessica can’t help but pull her against her, just to wipe the smirk off of her face.

“I can’t tell if that was your ninja shit or your Captain America adrenaline shit,” Jessica hums, biting at the stretch of skin where Trish’s neck meets shoulder.

Trish gasps, rocking against her hard.

“There’s only one way to find out,” she teases, rocking against her again—hotly, with purpose this time. She grins—wild and feral, pupils blown wide. “Don’t hold back.”

Jessica doesn’t.

She picks the blonde up with ease, depositing her on the couch and covering her completely with her body.

Tugging Trish’s wrists above her head, she holds them there, fingers sinking hard enough into her skin to bruise.

“That doesn’t hurt?” she asks, searching the blonde's face for any signs of discomfort.

Trish strains up to kiss her, filthy and hot.

“Maybe in the morning,” she husks against her lips, smiling in a way that says she really doesn't care.

She kisses Jessica again, straining hard against Jessica’s grip —she almost breaks it.

OP here! Shiiiit, this was so perfect in every sense - smoking hot, full of their banter, and I love the way you've shown the discovery of Trish's powers, with them being surprised but also not surprised because their world is nuts! Thank you so much for writing this!
