Yes ugh, I've actually had this on my list of stuff to fill for ages haha, maybe this is the shove I need to get cracking...I loveeeee this prompt. (If anyone else filled it tho I'd be so freaking happy)

Guhh yes, this is really good

MattFoggy- Daredevil has to fuck Foggy, or else hostage dies

(Anonymous) 2015-08-17 09:51 am (UTC)(link)
SO, there was a really good prompt that had an AMAZING fill by the way, will link here: http://daredevilkink.dreamwidth.org/1742.html?thread=2858190#cmt2858190

The prompt was basically that Matt and Foggy were in a situation where they had to fuck. (Matt had to either suck Foggy's cock, or Foggy had to bend Matt over a table and fuck him.)

If they didn't, [bad guy] would kill [hostage].

SO OKAY. The fill for that prompt was AMAZING. Loved it. Author chose to make it so that Matt had to suck foggy's cock.

But now, I'd like to see one where, Matt has to bend Foggy over a table and fuck him this time.

I REALLLLLY NEED IT.

(Completely up to you, whether or not Foggy know's Matt is Daredevil when this all happens.)

+1 with matt being super in love with Foggy, and feeling super guilty about the entire situation and going through it.

This is an amazing prompt.

Re: Jack Murdock lives...

(Anonymous) 2015-08-17 10:00 am (UTC)(link)
ok minifill anon here and like

that is the most adorable thing ever, pls imagine baby superheroes showing up on Jack's doorstep when Matt and Foggy are at court, like "HEY JACK". he probably has, like, an open-window (bc none of them ever go through the front door, his own kid doesn't even use the front door, they all just drop in on the fire escape if they even deign to let him know they're there) policy and keeps his fridge stocked with his mother's tastiest recipes and the medical kits stuffed full of bandages and thread and basic first aid supplies. some of them end up prodding him into teaching them how to box, though he deeply disapproves of the fact that they're all superheroing so young.

(he has a lot of conflicting feelings on that, honestly. they're kids, they shouldn't have this much worry and responsibility on their shoulders. it's something he and Matt can agree on, despite their own differences re: Daredevil.)

This is amazing!
I have such a weak spot for Brett/Foggy.
Thank you for the fill!

Re: OCD Matt Murdock, blasphemy obsessions

(Anonymous) 2015-08-17 10:40 am (UTC)(link)
Uh, OCD doesn't really work like that. With OCD, you know that all your compulsions and obsessions are crazy but you have to do them anyway. Plus each little ritual behaviour doesn't make you feel better, it just stops your brain from screaming at you for a moment.

Still with and OCD Matt you could really pump the angst angle.

Hell, there were times I was in tears because my brain wasn't convinced a step in my pre-bedtime ritual wasn't done properly, and I have to start all over again from the beginning- I just wanted to go to bed, but I couldn't, all I could do was start all over again and try and not mess up a procedure that I knew was crazy and didn't make any sense.

Plus my OCD is rather vicious. Behavioural therapy only makes it worse, and I spent *years* seeing various psychologists and trying various therapies in an effort to appease my mother, and ending up worse off every time. I'm now almost totally housebound- leaving the house requires a lot of preparation and stress, and I only leave for psych appointments with a psychiatrist who not only doesn't trigger my OCD, I've actually seen some progress under him.

TL;DR: OCD peeps know their obsessions are not real, but that can really pump up the angst angle. Try- http://www.cracked.com/blog/4-things-no-one-tells-you-about-having-ocd/

Matt would know that he doesn't have the devil inside him, but he'd have to do all the rituals anyway just to get the feeling to stop for a little bit, and then it starts all over again. Brain on a loop, it's not real, can't control it, it won't stop, start all over again.

Re: Gen or Foggy/Any-Super(villains) love Foggy

(Anonymous) 2015-08-17 11:10 am (UTC)(link)
I'd combine it with the "all the goons like Foggy" prompt. Various villains getting pissed that their goons won't rough up one measly guy. The job of "sending a message" by roughing up the Lawyer with the ridiculous name gets entrusted to higher and higher ranking minions, until "If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself." and then they too end up liking Foggy.

A divide grows in the criminal underworld- there are some psychos out there that will actually hurt Foggy Nelson. Decent hardworking criminals and super-villains don't associate with those guys- they're scum.

Repost: Matt and the Devil: Faustian Bargain

(Anonymous) 2015-08-17 11:56 am (UTC)(link)
People always said that the Murdock boys had the devil in them. Matt just made it a bit more literal.

Is Stick Mephistopheles? Does Matt get any supernatural powers? Can he still be Catholic, and if so, how does he deal with the guilt?

tl;dr Matt sells his soul to the devil to get the power to protect Hell's Kitchen.

Original Prompt: http://daredevilkink.dreamwidth.org/725.html?thread=595925#cmt595925

In a past life? Foggy was Judas. Go figure.

(Anonymous) 2015-08-17 12:05 pm (UTC)(link)
Foggy made a terrible mistake in his former life and has spent thousands of years in purgatory trying to atone for his sin. In order to test whether his redemption is sincere, heaven offers him another chance, and he's reborn as Foggy Nelson, determined to redeem his soul by being a good person.

The trouble is, that mistake he made? Biggest one in the new testament. The ultimate betrayal. If he fails, there's a special circle of Hell reserved just for him.

Bonus:

*One of the reasons Foggy takes Matt lying to him so badly is not only that he always assumed Matt was the better of the two of them, but he's terrified that he'll somehow end up betraying the people he loves again.
*Matt somehow finds out he's been best friends with the Bible's biggest sinner outside Cain and Lucifer. Your choice on how he takes it.

Coping methods: Foggy slept with another hero (or villain)

(Anonymous) 2015-08-17 12:28 pm (UTC)(link)
So, Matt coping method is punching people while dressed in red.

Foggy though Matt slept around a lot because that's HIS coping method: getting drunk and having sex with a random stranger. (And he is very good at it)

So, some time later he starts meeting superhero people because of Matt and it turns out that he knows them already. Foggy has a bit of a reputation with heroes... and some villains as well.

How does Matt take this? I'm thinking much inner jealousy.

Homestuck Crossover

Somehow, some way, Matt meets Terezi Pyrope. And our favourite blind, lovers of Justice get on? Or not?

Because I'm trash and this idea was too cracky to not post

(Anonymous) 2015-08-17 12:39 pm (UTC)(link)
This is...I...Hm. Intriguing.

Would give you the opportunity to identify Matt with the Christ, which is always a popular move in superhero movies. Maybe Foggy thinks that Matt is the ultimate test of his soul? Like, here's a misguided blind guy putting himself in danger and utterly dependent on you to not give away his secret. What are you going to do, huh?

Re: In a past life? Foggy was Judas. Go figure.

(Anonymous) 2015-08-17 01:01 pm (UTC)(link)
different anon. The whole 'betraying identity' thing is interesting in the context of the several fills/prompts we've had with Foggy refusing to identify Matt as daredevil even when bribed/threatened. Could be him refusing to make the same mistake twice.

Re: Satan/Matt (noncon or dubcon)

Oooh, but what if Matt dies (like, flatlines? Has to be revived by CPR), and in that time he gets a visit from the devil?

supernatural murder mystery - Columbia era - optional MattFoggy

(Anonymous) 2015-08-17 01:17 pm (UTC)(link)
to be fair this is more of a prompt to myself because I love ghost stories and I'm going to take a crack at this once I've finished my Frank/Matt fills. BUT the eschatology discussion pinged my interest so I bet others will like this prompt too.

Matt and Foggy became friends and realized they made even better partners after they solved an old murder that took place on the Columbia campus twenty or thirty years ago.

They only became aware of it after hearing a series of ghost stories about their dorm building. At first they laugh it off because who really believes in ghosts? But Matt being Matt, his interest is piqued and he puts his nose to the ground and finds out as much as he can about the victim. After a month of this he takes it to Foggy - "This really happened, that girl really did go missing and they never found her body, can you believe it? It wasn't theater undergrads making shit up." And they discuss the case in detail, what the cops did right and wrong, are we sure she's really dead and she didn't just run away from home? etc. It's a nice bonding moment. Foggy is a really smart guy, wow Matt loves talking about this stuff with him!

Then they're studying late in the library one night and they hear - well, Matt hears then Foggy - a commotion at the door. Marci and Elektra bash their way into the safety of the library, hit up their boyfriends and tell them that something out there followed them all the way across campus. At first they thought it was some creepy drunk guy and Elektra was preparing to kick his ass until they realized there was something weirdstrangeoffbizarre about him, and whatever it was upset the unflappable Marci Stahl and has Elektra's face completely bloodless. It takes some coaxing from Matt and Foggy but they eventually admit the man had some sort of ghostly and/or impossible features, like a crushed skull or no legs or he kept getting closer and closer to them, even when they were running and he was just walking like a regular person, and there was nothing they could do until they got into the library.

Matt is pissed. Foggy is worried out of his mind. They start investigating for real and all sorts of trouble falls into their laps.

Here's the twist: the murder victim has already moved on. The ghost is the killer, and he's going to do it again unless Matt and Foggy can find the girl's body and dispel the ghost.

This is going to get complicated.

Op: that was one of my original thoughts when this prompt popped into my head, especially because the show is so concerned with religious iconography - I'm sure I saw some sort of review somewhere which made tentative steps towards doing the whole superhero= Christ figure thing you mentioned because of the recurring imagery of Matt's sidewound being related to Jesus' crucifixion imagery. Idk know far that could be taken, but is interesting nonetheless.

And Matt would definitely be the ultimate test of anyone's soul.

Makes me wish I went to Columbia. :(

Re: In a past life? Foggy was Judas. Go figure.

(Anonymous) 2015-08-17 01:32 pm (UTC)(link)
There are so many different ways you could go with this prompt like....

> Luke has it that "Satan entered into Judas" so we could be looking at demonic possession here.
& even without that there are so many different interpretations of why he chose to betray jesus (or even interpretations outside of him being a villain, just look at Gnostic Christianity for example)

> reactions to modern religions (specifically Christianity and Judaism) as compared to when Judas was alive. Because Jesus and the apostles where all Jewish (their belief in Jesus as the Messiah being a following/trend within that faith) and it took ages for Christianity to split into a completely separate religion and become what it is now.

> the possibility of a crisis of faith or political views going on

I'm doing skim-research and this guy is such a vague figure in history/religion we really know so little about him and his motivations and i find every available option fascinating tbh.

Re: OCD Matt Murdock, blasphemy obsessions

(Anonymous) 2015-08-17 01:38 pm (UTC)(link)
AYRT uh not to be an asshole but I have had OCD since I was thirteen (maybe eleven?)which is ten years for me and I don't really need an earful about how it does or doesn't work.

For me I have pure obsessional OCD which is a lot of rumination, research, restriction, and confession. I personally was terrified I was an incestuous pedophile and I was also so scared of food poisoning that at one point I barely ate anything for three days and at another point I ended up making myself too anemic to give blood. For me, my actions still my anxiety for like five minutes and then I'm off again.

This is how mine operates in a very loose sense:http://www.cracked.com/article_21834_5-realities-life-when-your-brain-wants-you-to-murder.html

Not that it's any of your business or this kink meme's which has no issue being flippant about hallucinations or any number of other mental health issues but for some reason I get an earful because not everybody's OCD presents in the same way.

After Dobbin doesn't work out (and is carefully re-homed), what other bizarre service animals are there?

Can you get service ferrets?

Re: In a past life? Foggy was Judas. Go figure.

(Anonymous) 2015-08-17 01:41 pm (UTC)(link)
D!A from above

oooh, but imagine, WHAT IF Foggy doesn't know Matt is his secret test of character? OK yeah he laments the fact that yet again he's managed to find himself someone with a belief in something greater than pits him directly against established authority and therefore puts himself in danger, but what if he doesn't figure out that this is his chance to get things right this time? So Foggy gets the chance to denounce Matt three times in a Peter-type challenge (so the first could be when he finds out about DD, the second could be getting interviewed by the police or something, the third is out right being threatened to give Matt up), and Foggy succeeds not because he's thinking about his own soul but because he's only thinking about protecting Matt.

Re: In a past life? Foggy was Judas. Go figure.

(Anonymous) 2015-08-17 01:44 pm (UTC)(link)
Now I'm just thinking about how perplexed Foggy would be by the Catholic rituals Matt does. "Wait, you eat his body and drink his blood?" "No, not literally." "*looks up transubstantiation doctrine* YES, LITERALLY!"

Regarding the "Satan entered in" bit, it's probably best not to take that too literally, or at least not in the sense that pop culture currently depicts demonic possession. In context, it's most likely a metaphor for giving in to the unholy impulses that constantly tempt mankind to stray from the Path of God.

And lo, the anon did bless the community with their comment.

And there was much rejoicing.
