Foggy is a language comprehension genius. He actually knows a ton of them, some of them obscure, and he can pick up others very quickly.

Either:
- He never bothered with Spanish because like, everyone knows Spanish
- He never bothered with Spanish because he doesn't want to steal poor Matt's thunder
- He knows Spanish, and is just massive punking Matt
