We're not quite two months and three rounds into this meme, and some people are already reposting their prompts.
Could you please call a hold on anymore reposts until there is a final ruling or community vote on whether or not this meme will allow reprompts (and if so, how many rounds one must wait to repost)?

I've been wondering about that since post two opened, but as people seemed to be generally supportive of reposted prompts I've been happy to ignore them. But a community vote sounds like a good idea, so I can make it a rule one way or another - I'll make a new post and link to it on the prompt post, so people can see it. Thank you!
Hullo mod, I was just wondering what the protocol is on podficcing fills? If we ask for the author's permission but they don't get back to us should we take that as a no? Bc like it's hard to know when an author!anon just hasn't come back to check on their fill (I know I don't always...)
So I accidentally started a fight on a prompt and I am very sorry about it and I think that if you would like to let it run its course or do something about it whatever, I just thought you should know. I really didn't mean to start a fight, it's just that I'm a white Latina and when the idea that white people can't be Latina comes up I always like pointing out the whole "IT'S AN ETHNICITY" thing, even when it's a joke. I should not have engaged, I'm so sorry.

I can indeed! My only concern is that it might be making things too complicated but I can definitely see the advantage, so I will make it a new rule and gently enforce it and see how that goes. WIP post will be up shortly.

To be fair, three posts worth of prompts only adds up to about 2,500 prompts :D
We will have a prompt freeze either once a month or at the end of every fill post, whichever works best, so there will definitely be more time for people to focus on fills.

I kind of feel like I brought this on myself, seeing as I created the account and didn't set any ground rules. I guess I am asking if it would be okay with you if I did, set ground rules, or if we could set some together? Since this is your community and literally all I did was put a burner email in the AO3 invite queue, so like. I didn't want to just start laying down rules on how people can and cannot use that account. But I think something like "do not alter other people's works without getting their permission first" should probably... be on there, now, somewhere. What do you think?
