Matt's mother's family is disgustingly rich/noble/last of the Templar Knights/whatever. Circumstances means he inherits everything.
Culture clash, misunderstandings, snooty relatives. Maybe Matt/Claire?

Ooooh. Lost Prince au, I'm here for. Maybe a reverse Princess Diaries thing, where the Family (or whatever) is actually pleased by how he's turned out, since he was raised by "that boxer" and then a "charity" (sneers on the quoted words, of course). Meanwhile, Matt's doing his reverse snobbery thing.

Note: I have read The Lost Prince, but only caught snatches of The Princess Diaries and decided it wasn't my thing.

op; and I can't belive either that the most silly/non-sex related prompt I made got a fill so quickly..! really curious gonna go read it :D

ngl I hope season 2 involves Vanessa as the big bad

i had a thought that made me wonder how superheroes keep their suits clean. like matt only has one suit, it must get ripe as hell on the inside + outside. it doesn't strike me as the kind of thing that's machine-washable (does matt even have a washing machine? is there a communal laundry in his apartment block?) but like, how are you going to take a red leather suit with horns to the dry cleaners? is there some sort of superhero dry cleaning service? does matt just febreze his suit a lot? is he always running around smelling like b.o and flowers? does he hand wash it and hang it to dry on the roof? does he make a point to run around in the rain? has one of his neighbours caught their polite blind neighbour surreptitiously washing a leather suit at 3 A.M and have they walked away thinking he must be kinky-as-hell? i'm very curious about superhero logistics. how does matt keep his suit clean? can be as cracky or realistic as you want!!

I'm glad I'm not the only one who heard those lyrics and immediately thought "Matt/Foggy"

Charlie is a recovering alcoholic and drug addict, I always wondered how he finds the Matt drinking scenes to film. He confides in a cast mate his struggles, maybe they comfort him. Preferably Rosario

huh. really? I didn't know that. I kind of want to hug him even more now.

Yeah he's talked about it before. He did AA and NA was a long time ago now.

still op; I got a feeling like this would perfectly fit even in canon; and the kind of attachment that radar grew towards claire is so very clear with purrs, the movements, the vibe etc... they'd really make a kind of a pair.

Foggy's shower is longer than usual, he smells of more soap than necessary, and his heart is beating with guilt, but still Matt can smell the semen on his leg. It hits him like a reminder- Foggy needs this, Foggy wants this, and the little voice in the back of his head- Foggy will leave if he doesn't get what he wants.

Or worse. Foggy won't leave. Foggy will stay, and be miserable, and it will be all Matt's fault.

Ever since they first roomed together, Foggy has kept the pills in his bedside table. They calm him down, he explained to Matt, keep him from panicking. They make him normal.

Matt isn't sure the dose, he isn't sure how much is normal, but he knows Foggy doesn't count his pills. He takes two out and turns them over in his hand.

"First rule," Matt says. "No asking me if I'm okay."

He can tell Foggy is hesitant, but not quite enough that he'll argue.

"I mean it," says Matt. "I don't think I can handle that." I don't think I can lie to you more than once.

Foggy nods.

Matt learned, over three days that felt like years, what each of them wanted out of him. One of the men liked him to whisper compliments. Flattery would keep him from getting hurt.

"God, Foggy, that feels so good," he murmurs as Foggy's fingers prepare him slowly.

Another one had wanted silence, harsh gasps against the cold of the warehouse.

Matt restrains a whimper and tries not to move as Foggy lines them up.

The woman had been the cruelest of them all. She wanted him to beg. She wanted him weak.

"Please, please, Foggy. Please," he says. And Foggy slides in.

It's horrible. It's worse than the rapes, worse than the tortures, because he can still smell Foggy, can still hear his heartbeat, and the pills keep it distant but he can feel the panic roaring inside him like a caged animal. He wants it to end, he wants it to never have started.

He tries to push Foggy off, but his hands won't move. Or have they? If he was moving like he thinks he is, Foggy would stop, right? "No, no, no no NO" screams his brain, and he's not sure if he's saying it out loud or not, but Foggy still thrusts.

A hand braced against his chest, and Foggy's kissing his neck and Matt can't move, can't even enjoy this, too busy focusing on the hand and what it could do if it crept just a little bit higher.

And then Foggy's other hand, sliding down to wrap around his cock, and he can feel the way Foggy's heart skips a beat when Matt moans. It's the arousal, he tells himself, Foggy thinks it's approval. He wouldn't do this. He wouldn't.

Foggy finishes inside him and kisses him, working his hand until finally Matt's body comes. Matt falls unconscious- it would be an insult to call it sleep- as Foggy cleans him off. Soft, fond chuckles from his partner, and the echoes of cruel laughter in his mind.

The bathroom is closing in on him and he can't stop himself from panicking. Can't even bring himself to care if Foggy hears, but he still muffles his sobs in a bath towel. He smells like sweat and semen and he can't get it off him.

He vomits.

Foggy is still half asleep when Matt crawls into bed with him.

"Was that okay?" Foggy asks. When Matt doesn't respond, he finds himself wrapped in Foggy's arms. "You said I couldn't ask during, but I have to ask after, Matt. Please?"

The last man had been the worst. Not the cruelest, not the harshest, but the worst. All he had wanted was reassurance that Matt was enjoying himself, that this wasn't rape, that he was doing nothing wrong. His was the body that Matt couldn't get out of his head.

"That was great," Matt said. "You took such good care of me."

He can hear the blood rushing downwards, the heartbeat steadying out as Foggy is comforted and aroused all at once. In his mind, he begins to count the pills.

Author!anon is sorry this is so short, but she has to go to work and has no more inspiration. If any other fillers want to pick it up from here, I give thee permissions.

This prompt alone made me laugh so much. I hope it gets filled.

The reason Foggy was so mad and scared for Matt when he found out he was the man in the mask? Before Foggy met Matt at law school, HE was a vigilante (either a traditional man-outside-the-law kind or maybe he has some sort of mutant powers idk) and he gave it up when it went badly badly wrong - he got hurt physically/psychologically to the point where his body/mind is permanently affected; OR nearly caught; OR he nearly hurt an innocent and since then swore he couldn't ever do it again.

+ Half the reason why he's so pissed at Matt is that he knows exactly how it can ruin someone's life (and he kinda blames himself that he didn't see the signs because out of everyone he should have recognised Matt's behaviour for what it was).
++ Foggy tells Matt all this during Nelson vs. Murdock.
+++ Foggy at some point has to use his skills again when Matt's in trouble as Daredevil.

Please! I can actually see a younger, more naive Foggy trying to be a vigilante (esp if this were an AU where he had powers of some sort), but his lovely optimistic self not being able to handle being a vigilante in Hell's Kitchen, where good vs bad may not be as clearly defined.

Oh no. No way Matt wouldn't know what had happened as soon as he walked in the room, he'd be able to smell it. No way Foggy wouldn't know Matt would know either - the only time he wants to lie to him and he knows he can't even if it would make it easier on both of them.

Oh the angst - this hurts just thinking about it.

Hope some kind anon fills this.

So Matt keeps showing up to his day job all bruised up and there are so many times one can "trip" before red alerts start to blare. Cue someone (Brett? The Hells Kitchen comunity we are all sure N&M is going to become part of?) starts getting suspicious that blind, mild manered, catholic boy Matty Murdoch is having trouble at home...
