I think there was a "Foggy is a selkie" prompt a while back.

I really want Matt as a selkie.

With Foggy somehow being responsible for accidentally destroying Matt's "true skin" or maybe it's a family heirloom he keeps hidden without understanding what it means.

All the angst that ensues from that, please. I'm partial to eventual happy endings but it's ok if that doesn't happen.

Matt, Foggy and Karen get turned into children. It's up to some clueless Avengers (I'm thinking of ones who have no idea how to take care of kids, so maybe Tony and Steve) plus Frank Castle to take care of the kids.

The Avengers may not know anything about kids, but they know that you shouldn't let a crazy murderer like the Punisher near them, so whenever Frank tries to offer input or help, they brush him off. He sits on the sidelines and watches as everything falls apart.

The kids end up screaming, crying and wrecking stuff, and Frank tells the Avengers what a shitty job they're doing. One of the Avengers says something like, "Yeah? I'd like to see you do better!"

Frank calmly gets up and in a few moments has the whole situation defused.

The Avengers, who either don't know or forgot that Frank used to be a dad, are dumbfounded.

My sexual orientation: Matt Murdock coming in his pants.

Can I have an AU fic where Foggy's secretly an infamous thief with a heart of gold or even just an infamous thief? He's still a good person, deep down, but maybe just super greedy or something. IDK.

Daredevil doesn't usually go after non-violent criminals but they get in each other's way for some reason. CUE WITTY BANTER. CUE THEM TRYING TO CHARM THE PANTS OFF OF EACH OTHER. CUE SEXUAL TENSION. CUE FLIRTING AND JOKING LIKE THE MASSIVE DORKS THEY ARE.

My first question was how does Fisk get ahold of Matt on the phone and then I remembered he took Blake's burner phone.

So shortly after the whole mess with the bombs and Vladimir and stuff Matt hears this phone buzzing somewhere in his apartment and realizes, oh shit, he forgot to get rid of that thing. He ignores it at first but eventually his curiousity gets the better of him and he answers it and oh shit it's Fisk.

Fisk just starts talking because he just assumes the man in the mask answered and Matt is like trying really hard not to give in and talk to him because whoa bad idea he gave away too much info the first time around and this is not good for his blood pressure okay and then Fisk goes "I didn't think you would be afraid to talk to me," and Matt is like "fffffuck youuu" and starts threatening Fisk because he's pissed off and stressed out and he's never hated someone so much before in his life.

And Fisk just takes it in stride and actually finds it kind of amusing how much he's getting the masked man worked up, so he starts to tell Matt exactly what he's going to do to him once he gets his hands on him, and he hears the masked man's breathing start to quicken and suddenly realizes how turned on he is and wow he's made a huge miscalculation here and awkward boners ensue.

They hang up and try to forget it ever happened until Matt gets drunk one night and calls Fisk back because he is an idiot who gets off on danger and Fisk is like "Vanessa, what do I do" and she gives him some pointers and makes him put it on speaker.

*AGONIZED SCREAMING INTENSIFIES*

I just...I'm broken, anon. You broke me. Thank you so much.

I would love so much to see Matt confronting Jack.

Can you imagine the snide comments, like, "Oh, of course he's blind. Only way Nelson could get a guy like that."

Like, people saying that Foggy must be tricking that poor blind guy into thinking that Foggy is attractive.

And Matt would just be trying so hard not to punch someone.

I find myself quite enamoured with this idea. Seconded.

And on one heist Foggy has a close call and is almost captured. Matt then has to put his foot down. No more stealing. ~~It's time to lure Foggy over to the side of good using Dat Ass.~~

Yessssssss. Give me all the fluff. Pet names, hand-holding, leaning on each other, in-jokes, arguments so old they've long since lost any heat and have turned into fond bickering. Smiles, hugging, kissing, diabetic bystanders compulsively pulling out their glucometers.

This sounds really interesting. I would love to read it.

Guys, I love the Mistaken For A Couple trope. I love it to bits and pieces.

But in my personal experience, the opposite is more likely to happen if you're in a same-gender relationship - well-meaning straight people everywhere straight up ignoring that your relationship isn't platonic, no, really, we're dating, not best friends or roommates or whatever, aaaaaaaargh.

Give me Matt and Foggy as boyfriends (or hell, husbands) having to explain over and over that yes, they are law partners, but they are also partners-partners, thank you very much.
Give me nagging "friends" and family trying to convince bi! or pan!Foggy to leave his "gay phase" behind and find a nice girl to settle down with.
Give me Matt being secretly a little wary of what the people at his church will think when he brings Foggy over to mass (or something like that).
Give me Matt and Foggy dealing with homophobes, both of the subtle and the straight-forward and vicious kind, like potential clients turning them down after finding out about their relationship or rivals making some mean-spirited jabs at them.

Just ... frustrated avocados in love being frustrated with the world? Please?

Ugh, I remember that fill.

I can also see Matt getting freaky with Claire for the first time while Foggy watches and when he sees how tense Matt is, he's just like "Don't worry, Matty, if you don't deliver, I can just take up where you left."
Matt's like "You're such an asshole, I love you" while Claire's trying really hard to figure out whether she wants to laugh or facepalm, because BOYS, NO.
