With the rise in superheroic activity in New York, a handful of close, trusted individuals with an impeccable approach to secrecy and a no-questions-asked policy has sprung up. There are certain needs that superheroes have, above and beyond what your average Joe might think of. There's tactical gear to be sourced, repaired, tested; there's new research into special nano-fabrics for Hulks awesomely stretchy yoga pants; and, most importantly of all, a need that lies very close to their chest...

One night, the only trusted superhero esthetician goes missing. And now, with their chest hair slowly growing back and time running out before they begin to look like actual human males, Daredevil, Captain America, and Tony Stark must team up to find out who abducted this incredibly important individual, and get her back before it's too late!!!

i got to the end of this prompt and literally choked on my glass of water :D

Real talk: I wonder if Matt's enhanced senses make his body hair irritating to his skin?

Cap and Tony have no such excuse, though.

I feel like, with Cap's enhanced metabolism, maybe he has to wax every morning, just to maintain that baby-smooth pectoral valley.

Tony does it because his body hair gets caught in the tiny bits of the suit. V. painful.

Matt, tho... It might feel better to wax everything, in which case one must conclude that everything is waxed if you know what I'm sayin. From the redwood forests to the gulf stream waters, y'all. Then wouldn't the stupid grow-out stubble be infinitely more annoying at some point??

These are important questions.

Super Soldier serum seems to get rid of body hair (bc Erskine's ideal man is a baby smooth twink?) as seen in the progression of Bucky's chest hair.

Tony has always manscaped. His pubes are the same shape as his beard goatee thing

Matt has so many possibilities. I figure electric clippers makes the most sense since they're fast and his perma-stubble seems like it's from the length guards that prevent him shaving off his nips/nose/whatever.
Or for the waxing route There might be an office spa day where he paints Foggy and Karen's nails, Foggy helps him wax, and Karen rubs that blue soothing stuff on him while Foggy braids her hair

Tl;dr: Matt and Steve are probably fine. Tony is fucked

The whole "same shape as his goatee" had me letting out the kind of cackle that reminds me how it's a good thing I live alone. (I used to get in trouble for waking people up at night.)- but just this thread in general- all the love nonnies, all the love.

I'm also kind of seeing Foggy waxing Matt now. On Matt's end it's a combo of trust, pain (of the self-flagellation variety) and practicality. He's starting to have fight down awkward boners during waxing sessions.

Foggy on the other hand is "THIS IS WHY I DRINK THE EEL, MATT!" (What is happening, how is this my life?!)
