Punisher is going into Frank's past so it's split between his past Marine life and his current Punisher life. Karen has a few cameos in it, I think she's in 3-4 episodes but small scenes, and the rest of it is Frank's military buddies and Micro. His family will be in it, too, since there are flashbacks. So we get to meet the wife and kids.

I thought Karen was in all 8 episode.
Ill Google Who Micro is so i have a better knowledge of him.
