Foggy takes over Fisk's empire and becomes Kingpin

After Fisk is arrested Foggy somehow gets the chance to take over...takes it cause he thinks he'll do good...ends up in very deep.

Maybe he gets around Matt by just going around the truth instead of flat out lying?

.....or he was always apart of the bad people and somehow kept it from Matt the whole time.

Bonus points for the moment Matt finds out.
