Prompt: A lot of arousal and pleasure is connected to the feet, and with Matt being particularly sensitive, it feels even better for him than the average person.

Basically Matt getting off to Foggy messing with his feet. Foggy never thought he had a foot fetish before, but with Matt everything's always different. Especially when he makes such pretty noises.
