Stick has that creepy predator vibe about him. And he's an asshole, which is canon. After his fight with Matt in Matt's apartment, he ends up fucking Matt and THEN leaving.

Only it's not the first time this has happened. They did it when Stick was training Matt. Maybe more than once (probably more than once). That + Stick abandoning Matt is exactly what fucked Matt up for life.

Give me creepy predator Stick preying on bb!Matt.

Stick knows how ugly things get in a war, so to prepare Matt for a certain kind of worst case scenario, he rapes him. Possibly repeatedly?

Bonus points if Stick isn't even sexually attracted to Matt. He seriously believes he's helping Matt become a better soldier.
