gen: matt has to choose between foggy and hell's kitchen

Prompt: a villain discovers who daredevil is and decides to kidnaps/torture foggy (and karen if you wish it) to mess with matt. he/she/they decide to make matt decide between the two loves of his life - foggy and hell's kitchen. he can have foggy back alive, but hell's kitchen burns to the ground (however you want to have the villain threaten to destroy hell's kitchen is fine, i'm not picky about my disaster scenarios), or hell's kitchen survives but foggy gets murdered.

dealer's choice how it ends, whether matt chooses foggy or the city or figures out a way to save both of them. i just want some foggy whump and foggy being brave and telling matt to please save hell's kitchen.

i want lots of angst. drown me in it. preferably with a somewhat uplifting/bittersweet ending, but again, whatever you like.

PLUS: Potentially even more painful: Foggy assumes automatically that Matt won't choose him. Like, 100% believes this wholeheartedly, is all immediately 'It's ok, I understand', because in his head there is no universe where he would choose Foggy because why would he? And he's oddly at peace with it even though he's scared, and Matt's just like 'why aren't you fighting me on this?' and Foggy's all 'what would be the point', and even if they both miraculously get out of it, Matt just can't get over the fact that Foggy doesn't think he matters when he does.
